I always enjoy going to Colby's. You can smell the baked goods when you walk through the door. The baked goods are delicious. Their pumpkin bread is the best I have had. Nice clean establishment. Great place for pies, donuts, ice cream, bread, and other baked goods.

🍇 Grape pie was very disappointing. The cinnamon overpowered the taste of everything. And the grape filling was like a thick gel (possibly too much cornstarch or something? You would never know it was a grape pie! Customer service is always good though

The grape pies sold at the Naples Grape Festival by Colby’s was the worst filling AND crust I’ve ever had — hands down. I highly suggest throwing away the recipe and starting over. Similarly, the pulled pork was very dry and the barbecue sauce barely helped the sandwiches become edible. Overall wasted $90 plus embarrassment from the people I gifted the pies to. Never again!

Colbys is a slice of heaven! They have an amazing array of fresh ones daily at reasonable rates and twofer sales! Their ice cream is delightful. They also make up home coked meals for one or two that are delicious 😋. Colbys also sets up a fun free Halloween interactive display on their large outdoor deck that is fun for all ages and not too scary. They often sell pumpkins , flowers, and other fresh products from time to time. The staff are always upbeat, positive, professional, and highly efficient. It is a lovely honey experience and beautiful family run business in Rush NY. 2 👍👍 up and a "10" all the way! Stop by as often as you can. Good desserts, service and place is fine but not standout - ice cream is way more expensive than other local non-chain joints of similar quality.Not bad, just an average, nice spot.

I can't recommend the food very much. It's closer to bar food that restaurant, but not well done. Others in my party we're underwhelmed as well. They do, however, have an incredible selection of ice cream, fudge, and pies. I'd stick to the sweets, and eat dinner somewhere else.

Very tasty, waffle cone was fresh and delish. Generous portion of the best coffee ice cream. Staff were friendly and happy. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Take the kiddos. No waiting for service

Always a huge selection of fresh baked pies, pastries, cookies and other assorted goodies. The prices of the pies are quite reasonable. I recommend the blueberry or cherry pie, just the right amount of real fruit filling.In case you're in the mood for something cold, they also have ice cream cakes, or many flavors of ice cream to choose from.

The Colby's staff did me a big favor by letting me in at 10:00 which is what Google said they were open. They open at 11:00 and even though they were very busy preparing for a wedding they let me in and I bought 9 pies for our Father's Day celebration tomorrow plus giving some pies as gifts. Thank you to their courteous staff who even helped me getting them to my car because I walk with a cane.You made my day with your excellent customer service! ☺️

Have enjoyed buying pies here. I was trying to purchase a bowl of ice cream the other day, but was informed that a customer cannot purchase a kiddie size if they are over 10 yo. I was, however, informed that I could get a kiddie size if I paid for a small size. I have never encountered this elsewhere and elsewhere I will go.

A charming little surprise, a nicely set up family run Dairy and bakery. It was a Sunday late morning that we popped in, so of course the stock was limited, but they had still a small selection of very attractive pies, Italian pastries, and donuts. I'm ashamed to admit that I sampled quite a bit of what was left there LOL and we're going back! At least for the ice cream if not more baked goods. What a charming young woman served us and she spoke very warmly of the family and the place. On a sunny day stop down there and treat yourself you will not be disappointed. Five stars but I want to see the rest of the selection and see how it all stacks up by going on a weekday or Saturday.

It's a very nice place, great view when sitting outside. Wasn't very busy when there, when leaving it got very busy.Didn't know this place was here until looking on Google maps :) lovely place as a whole. Servers were very nice and welcoming.Can't really explain my rating but it was excellent as a place, i only got ice cream with a friend so maybe it'll change if i go more times!

We like the brownie walnut caramel pie and tell everyone how awesome this pie is. I've even stopped and bought out all of this flavor pie before since we like it so much.Stopped for another pie and one of their carry out dinners. Was informed they no longer have food even though all signage still says take home and heat up meals. Employees lost a sale for this business. ( as the owner corrected my review - these are called grab and go meals)

This store has a country style place, warm and welcoming. They have large portions, huge variety and excellent service. The place was a clean and charming.Of course the ice cream was yummy!Because I saw how they are putting effort and care into every part of their business, I am happy to give them a 5 star rating. Stop in during your Sunday drive.

We ordered catering from Colby's for our rehearsal dinner. They have tiered menu that allows for flexibility, substitutions, and working within your own budget. Food was delicious and a little more inventive than your usual BBQ catering, which we definitely appreciated. All of our guests were happy, and there was enough left over for everyone to take some food home. We would absolutely order catering from here again.

The worst customer service!! Girl did not know how to count money. I had to explain what she owed me and still didn't get it.. Also, she put 2 scoops on, the top scoop fell on the counter and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a new cone. I certainly didn't want the ice cream off the counter. Won't return! I support local businesses and young workers! I don't support rude owners! It's a training issue!

Catering sounds like it's great, but the restaurant food has consistently gone down hill over the past few years. Today there are half a dozen cars in the parking lot leaving because their hours changed again and don't match what's on the wall over the door. Was hoping to try the new donuts and give them another chance.

This business has the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. I have no idea how the owner is still in business after the way he speaks to his customers. You can tell by his replies on other reviews. After confusion about store hours, he left a nasty reply on my review then blamed other customers, google, facebook, and me instead of politely clarifying. I called him and asked for an apology because no business owner should speak to their customers in that manner. Of course he was again very nasty, rude, and claimed that I was the one that owed him an apology for leaving a 1 star review. If I could leave less than one star I would. I was hoping it would not come down to leaving this review, but Jim needs to learn the value of customer service, and really just how to be a decent human being and speak to people politely. He will leave another nasty reply on this review because that's the kind of person he is, but this is exactly what reviews are for-to tell other customers about what they can expect when and if they decide to service a local business. I understand the appeal of servicing a local business in a town like Rush where there is not much around, but I highly advise anyone who lives locally to drive those extra few minutes to a business that values their customers and treats them with respect. Do not give your money to a business that does not go above and beyond for their customers, as all good businesses should. Ironically, it is typically the small businesses that have the best customer service, but Colby's is an unfortunate exception. Jim, if you want your customers to leave positive reviews that you think small businesses deserve, then act like it.

My family and I have been going to Colby's for a few years now. The food is great at a reasonable price. It is always at the top of the list for places to go when we decide to go out to lunch, dinner or are just looking for ice cream. Colby's has a great family atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and handle large groups with great efficiency. We were planning a birthday party for my 12 year old daughter and when we asked her where she wanted the food from, she chose Colby's. If you are looking for "fast food" without the typical "fast food" menu, choose Colby's. You will love it.

Excellent $5 pies in many flavors. I stopped in yesterday to stock up on my favorite pies. I hope they freeze well. I'm near Syracuse and always stop by when we visit my sister in law. I Love the Apple Crumb, but all the flavors are excellent. Someday I need to try the BBQ. The staff is friendly and it's very clean.I don't understand the negative reviews and wonder If some are just after Freebies.

Colbys is my favorite place in the summer time! They have a great selection of Hersey’s ice cream and something for everyone to eat. They also have a great selection of baked goods and grab and go meals for those nights you don’t feel like cooking. Would highly recommend you check them out!

This place is amazing, everyone is really nice and polite. The pastries are absolutley amazing. They also have other food there as well. I've only had a hotdog from there aside from their cookies and ice cream, but I definitely plan on trying pretty much everything they have to offer. If your reading this review, I highly recommend you do the same. If not for just a quick bite, then go for the cookies...seriously!!
