I missed the deadline for ordering Mother's Day flowers so they were not supposed to arrive until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when my mother texted me a photo of the beautiful flower arrangement Chase's Greenhouse just delivered (on Saturday). I grew up in Henrietta and even bought my prom flowers from Chase's almost 30 years ago. I now live in Arizona but I always order from them when I send special occasion flowers to my mom. They never dissappoint.

I have received floral arrangements from Chase's multiple times and each time they are spectacularly beautiful and fresh. The flowers have lasted well over a week each time. They even called me to ensure I received the delivery when the sender said it was ok to leave them on the porch if I was not at home at time of delivery.

They were absolutely amazing. I ordered flowers for my best friends birthday and I live in South Carolina. They sent me pictures of everything and even went above and beyond to switch up some flowers and make it absolutely perfect. They were so professional and so sweet to me the entire time. I had a great experience today! Ordering from Teleflora, I accidentally typed the wrong address for delivery. They called me and offered to adjust the address and still deliver!They also did the flowers for my wedding. They did a PHENOMENAL JOB! I will never use another florist again! Their customer service is phenomenal and their pricing is very reasonable.

I ordered a $75 to $80 bouquet of flowers for my sister. I made it a point to let them know, that I wanted it to be big and beautiful. The lady assured me that it would be. And she even mentioned that they received fresh flowers in that day.When I saw the flowers I was totally surprised and embarrassed. I could've done better from the flowers in my backyard. And when i called to complain, they HUNG UP ON ME! Never ever do business with these people. Absolutely horrible

Great customer service. I went in looking for flowers for "do it yourself" floral arrangements. I was treated to a mini floral arranging tutorial, picked out the flowers to use with Kimberly's expert advice, and was able to purchase all the supplies I needed right there. Glad to have this local family owned florist to shop at. Good experience whenever I have been there.

Fantastic service! My sister was in the hospital and they called and were told that she was in a special unit and couldn't have flowers. They then decided to deliver them to her house.They called my florist in Florida and let them know who in turn let me know. They called my sister at home to make sure she got the flowers tonight since no one was home. Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers!

Stepped into this wonderful gem not really knowing what to expect.I absolutely loved it! They have great prices on their succulents and cacti. Its family owned and you can tell. I have a young son and they had a lot of toys for him to borrow while I looked around. I will definently be returning and ive already been recommending it to all my friend. (ha ha... I'm new to the area.)

I ordered an arrangement for my husband in the hospital, and it was a delightful experience. The agent was kind and sympathetic. Chase's was able to create exactly what I wanted, and it was delivered quickly. My husband loved the arrangement (a dish garden with spring flowers and a stuffed animal) and it really helped lift his spirits at a difficult time. Thank you, Chase's Greenhouses!

Wonderful!!! Chase Florist was recommended to us by 2 friends as a great florist. My daughter used them for her wedding and it was fantastic!
