I live here in town and probably order from this place every other week or so. The food is always tasty and the portions are always generous, no matter what we get. The service is prompt whether it’s delivery takeout or dine in and the people are hardworking and kind. My son absolutely loves the ice cream on the other side and they make a great milkshake too. Most importantly When accidents happen they do their best to make it right. They are a great part of the community and we’re lucky to have them! Try the Michigan fries if you havent!

Pretty disappointed in the service and the food. The service was terrible, all 4 kids got and ate their pizza and spaghetti (which we brought most of that home) before we received our chicken bacon wrap and chicken wings!?!? By then the kids were ready to go and we had to scarf it or not at all. Kids sucked to not eat as a family, which was the end goal here. The food was a bit rough, the only part they got eaten entirely was the cheese bread sticks and to no avail the following morning myself and my oldest daughter are sick to our stomachs and can hardly leave the bathroom, she had to miss school. As a guess I'd say it's food poisoning of some sorts.

My wife and I drive past this place 2 times a month. I have tried every restaurant around rouses point. I wont eat anywhere else. The family that owes this place r the nicest people. We just ate there today my wife loved her sub (finlandia) and I got a small pizza (Tuscan). Both of us loved it and now tonight have a slice of pizza to throw in the microwave. GREAT FOOD!Kid-friendliness: I think it be great to bring my kids here.

Super nice people. Been going here for years. They have a vast menu to choose from with soft ice cream in the summertime!

This restaurant has been under new ownership and I would be surprised if they last a year in business. It’s sad since this was a well established place when the new owners took over. The food is horrible. The hours are horrible. They close at 7pm on weekends. The former owner joe is much missed

We've been eating calzones all our lives and these were enormous and amazing! And only $5 each? No way! Never seen 'em that cheap anywhere! And only $1 for an extra meat and $.50 for every extra veg. This was a few months ago but the guy and the food made it very memorable. We still talk about it from time to time. The person working was very friendly while also being very professional with every person that came in and everyone that called in an order. Amazing place, amazing service. You should definitely check the place out if you find yourself in the area! 😍

The food is amazing and this family owned-and-run restaurant is arguably the best pizza in the north country! The Mediterranean chicken wrap is my favorite menu offering (with fried cheesecake for dessert!) but I've never eaten anything here that I didn't enjoy! Joe Gino and his family are 110% committed to customer satisfaction and treat you like family every time you come. Joe also offers authentic Lebanese food is here as well - his gyros are delicious! A++ 5 stars

Very good service and fresh fresh food! I recently ordered a taco salad from here and everything was delicious, I ordered inside and I think the owner came right out and brought us our food while we were waiting. I say "fresh fresh food" because last week I ordered this same thing from another establishment and got very sick. Thank you for the good service and good food, Gino's 😎

I don't know if im just catching them on some off days, but this is the second time ive gotten the Russian Sub since its re-opened and they both looked just like this one. Almost night and day difference to how they were when i ordered one last year. Kinda sad tbh, hope they will improve these in the coming months.

We passed through here on our RV trip through NH, VT and NY. Gino’s provide us with delicious pizza, including one with a tasty gluten-free crust! We ordered online and the website said it would take 45 minutes but our 4 pizzas and 2 salads were ready in 20 minutes. There was a line of 20+ people at the ice cream window and a full parking lot in a Thursday night but the staff inside were friendly, helpful, and made great pizza! Can’t recommend Gino’s enough!

Awesome food and even friendlier staff! Gino made us an amazing pizza to help us finish the 30 miles left on our bike ride. Would absolutely recommend if you are in the area, thanks again!

The customer service was great. However I ordered a calzone and it had way to much garlic in it. I couldn’t cut the bottom of it because of how burnt it was and the mozzarella sticks were definitely over cooked to the point it was hard to chew. there was no good cutting utensils as well. The forks were all made of plastic and everytime I used them the forks would melt. I understand why they got rid of the metal forks, but maybe put signs reminding people do not throw away the forks or come up with a better solution. Any other restaurant would know this. Sorry for the bad review,, but this is very unprofessional.

The pizza here used to be good but not so much this year. Our pizza had a sprinkling of cheese and it was barely melted. We were really disappointed. The fried cheesecake is always awesome.

Feel like this place is overrated, I've ordered 3 times and never going back again. The pizza dough tasted sour, there wasn't enough sauce, and the wings...they're no longer than 3 inches, and some were the size of a cap eraser...10 FOR $9. Just go to McDonald's and get chicken wings there

World class hospitality. Come to this tiny, lovely town near the 3 borders of New York, Vermont and Canada, a small community of roughly 2000 people. Make sure to stop at the beating heart of this community and feed your soul with delicious, real food made with love at Gino's. My family had sweet moments and delicious food here, I hope yours does too!!.

Great restaurant. Most places our so robotic these days, but not this one! I remember the cook coming out and asking what I wanted, and I said a pizza. His response was "I'll give you a delicious pizza, not just a pizza". It was so cheesy and just delightful. Very good.

I am going to break this review in two parts. First is the pizza and the second is the dessert stand.No. Just simply no. This is not good pizza by any standard. The crust might be halfway decent, but it is simply let down by a terrible sauce so weak tasting it is over-powered by the cheese. We had the meat, a sausage/pepperoni, and veggie pizza - plus an Anti-Pasta salad. Each pizza was over-cooked and the anti-pasta was mostly weak lettuce. Even in a small town this is terrible pizza. The dessert stuff is slightly better (thus the 2 stars instead of 1 star). The Italian Ice was over syruped, but decent enough. The Ice Creams were kept at a decent temp with neither ice crystals nor overly melting.I would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The staff there is friendly and nice, but the food is expensive. I’ve been to pizza places way cheaper and with better quality pizza. The wings are another thing though. They’re tiny, real tiny. Do not recommend the wings.

Thin crust pizza (not my fav). Drinks are only cans, no 2L or fountain drinks. So if you drink a lot it is expensive. Pizza was decent but took longer than expected.
