Probably the cleanest, most organized and well stocked shelfs of a Dollar General Ive ever been in. Went today and couldn’t believe how spotless it is. Kudos to all the staff! Every employee deserves a raise! Always my go to getting my RC Cola(the only place you can get them),Matchbox and hot wheels cars. Plenty of snacks, sweet treats and more!

IMO, this is the cleanest and most organized store in the chain within 50 miles. I drive from VT just to shop there. Two thumbs up.

I agree with the other commenters. A terrifically well-run store with some very kind and professional staff and a very broad selection of products for a dollar store!

The little store sits back on a small lot and looks like it needs a makeover. Other than that the inside was stocked well. The staff was pleasant. The restrooms could use a good cleaning. Last month the woman's restroom was out of order. I hope it has since then been repaired and handicap accessible.

Always clean & well stocked. Greg is super helpful & willing to show you exactly where something is located. All cashiers I've dealt with are very friendly even when u have to ring the bell.

The store is always well kept, more organized than end other I've ever been to. The people are friendly, and for a small town its a great way to get what u need without traveling to wal mart.

The manager Dawn is very rude and not helpful at all when looking for something. She seems to have a attitude problem all the time especially when kids are involved. The only helpful worker I've met is a new guy by the name of Mike great guy who is kind and helpful.

I love it here, and i heard it is getting a remodel this summer. Staff are very helpful, store is well kept with new management. Its amazing, so good to see a store in a small town strive.

Former Grand Union location in Rouses Point. My parents actually do food shopping there since it's closed than Price Chopper in Champlain! It's more like a convenience store than a dollar store.

The person working the register was very nice. I just wish they had a public bathroom, but they said they are making lots of changes soon so there's hope. Lol. Thank you.

Love Dollar General in Rouses Point. The manager that currently runs it, has made the store a cleaner, nicer and friendlier than any managers in the past!!!

Have always enjoyed my shopping at DG, often find unusual items there. Staff is friendly & kind although they tend to have a big turn around of staff.

The Dollar General was a quaint little Cracker Barrel Store which I first encountered when a Teamster forced my Ford Ranger into a snowdrift outside Lexington, WV. Thereafter, I frequented the store in GA, but discovered that special interests in control of the local Walmart were somehow the driving force behind the St Mary's Dollar General and they were actually ordering takeout(Southern Hospitality in full Bloom). Why? Don"t know. Just that they wanted money and were fronting lovers I never knew to extort gain and profit. Thought it was over in 2019. When I walked in to purchase groceries at Rouses Point, NY the clerk had backwards fed the receipt roll so that my receipt would not print. The manager came up and was livid and hostile when I asked for a written Paid in Full. I told her to put down Paid In Full To KIMSEY after she scribbled General Store. She snarled we have cameras. I looked at her and thought, "Hell you are one fowled up business manager."

There seems to be issues with the register system every other time I'm there and it's not easy to find an employee. Alot of products left out in the aisles.

This is one of the worst DGs I've seen. It's a dilapidated shack, it's poorly stocked, has a lesser selection than most and is understaffed.
