Caught Pippy’s at the Catskills food truck festival. Everything we got was great. Had the chili cheese dog, banh mi dog, and Purple Rain dog with a side of potato salad. Best to come with friends so you can try a few different things. The potato salad was incredible, possibly the best I’ve had.

I drove up from the Bronx specifically to eat these dogs and I was not disappointed! The “Purple Rain” (the one with the crazy purple slaw) was particularly excellent. Potato salad was on point too. Recommend enthusiastically.

One of my personal favourites, will go out of my way when upstate. Love the variety of toppings and the names of the dogs, especially the Hawaiian dog (just needs the fried Spam😉 on top)

The Sunday brunch for our wedding was one of the last things we booked, and surprisingly one of the hardest. We wanted a variety of hot and cold items, and coffee, that would help give pep to everyone’s step the day after our wedding, and Heather’s food delivered 200%. I can’t even explain how much life those breakfast burritos breathed back into me on Sunday morning. And I tried a bit of everything—the yogurt and granola, fruit, sausage, coffee, bagels—it was universally delicious. We couldn’t be more thrilled we worked with Heather, and you won’t be, either. Her communication, variety, service, everything was excellent.

I love Pippy's. It's like a beacon of light when snow melts and the truck appears at the circle. The hot dogs, the sides,the specials, the cookies and most of all- the kind and enthusiastic, Heather, who makes sure everything is high quality. This place should have zero negative reviews, I feel bad for people with no taste buds. Do yourself a favor and go before the truck leaves for the cold months and you're left lonely and dogless.

Heather takes great care of vegetarians! My personal favorite? The veggie Bahn Me, a veggie dog topped with grated carrot, cucumber, cilantro and spicy mayo. Grilled tofu with rice and veggies, soups and homemade bread - all made with love - this is no ordinary food truck!

Every dog is delicious, and the specials will not disappoint. You can tell when someone enjoys what they are doing and it's obvious Heather loves her truck and her customers.
