This has to be the most unorganized store. They were tables distributed periodically throughout the store with Christmas items that were on sale. The sign says “50% off all Christmas merchandise at the register” I go to the register with a GRINCH CARDBOARD GAME. The lady tells me oh this is not on sale. “I scanned it and it doesn’t come up on the sale price”, although the sign says “50% added at the register”. I asked the lady kindly to go check the table and she did not. This is not the first time this happened with the sale associate “ Marie”. A couple months ago I went to purchase a snow globe and Marie again says the item is not on sale. Although it was marked down with a red ticket. Don’t put items that don’t have correct prices on the floor. Terrible shopping experience. The assistant manger was of no help either. NOT ONE OF THEM CHECKED THE TABLE.

Not the cleanest bathrooms but the customer service is always nice when I’m there. All of the associates take time to speak and are nice, the store just usually is a little messy but they may be short staffed which would make that understandable.

Sharice the store manager is a great asset to this locale. She provides excellent customer service. We had an issue with an approved TJ Maxx account and she went above and beyond to try to help us. Thank you so much for your professionalism and support. All the associates at the store are very nice and helpful.

Ok, I didn't find a large selection of plus size clothing and what I found was drab. Some handbags were high, ie $199., pretty good selection of ladies shoes and boots, but mostly smaller sizes. I went again no change for plus size clothing, I bought 2 sweaters, but it was slim Pickens, If they need a buyer, I'm available. Also, no mattress covers, what's up with this store.

The cashiers have disgusting attitudes. Both cashiers that I experienced had very bad attitudes. Keyshan needs better customer service skills. She needs training asap. Do better Tj Maxx

Was a terrible experience today. Showed up to the store at 9:30am and it was closed. We waited until 9:45am before calling. Eventually, we were told there was an employee issue. Later, they put up a sign saying they are closed due to inventory and will be open in 15mins. Its now 11:20am and they are still closed. Staff was very rude to several customers who just wanted to know a time it would open.

Good selections and the store is very easy to navigate. The cashiers need to be more customer centric and friendly despite how late it is in the day! We experienced a bit of an attitude because we think she wanted to go home given it was near closing time. Despite that I would return again if I'm in the area!

Worst experience at a T.J.Maxx! i have never been to a T.J MAXX and I wasn’t even able to make it into the store! The store was to open at 9:30am and when we showed up at 9:45am it still was not open! No one in the store even cared that people were standing outside wondering why the store was not open and no one came to give us an answer! Extremely rude! They finally at 10:15am said they will open in “ 15 mins” however it’s now been almost 2 hours!!! I even called customer service and they said they called the store, it was an employee issue and the store is opening right away, however all they did was come out and put up a ripped “ Inventory in progress” sign on the door. My family with my one year old baby ubered here before catching out flight back to Canada, needless to say I will never go to a T.J MAXX!

Poor selection and always long lines. Last month I bought a dress and it did not fit. I came back, chose a different dress and when it came time for me to do the return, the receipt was not in the bag. So I asked them to look it up by my credit card and they said that they do not do that (not true!). Then, I asked for a manager, and she happened to be standing right by. She said that there's nothing she can do because the item is not in the system anymore. The thing is, neither her, nor the clerk that refused to check the purchase by credit card ever scanned the item to check if it's in the system or not. They basically break the company return policy. I guess this location is not doing well, so they came up with these "new rules" and limitations. Needless to say, I am not going back to this store!

Is okay, I bought a pair of pearl earrings here and one broke off on the same day. The customer service is good and very helpful. However, the location needs improvements. The clothes were a bit outdated and the place was a bit messy. Overall, it needs improvements.

The girl at jewelry counter was a nice greet. But the worst tjmaxx experience at check out during covid. I was in area on way home so decided to stop in. I had a return with a receipt. I also had the receipt emailed to me. Ive done a return on emailed receipt before and works well...hands free, I dont lose the receipt, and saves trees.I feel bad because I try to be understanding but I am not sure if its language barrier or because my cashier was elderly but I was waiting in line and I was next. The lady I would have gone too was cleaning her register after every customer. The cashier with a customer hurriedly calls me over before the lady is done cleaning her register and his customer is barely walking away. Hand gestures to hurry, come on. I'm like are you going to clean your are? After 2nd time asking....he does. Then I have a cart full of purchases almost $200 and about $80 in returns with a receipt from yesterday.This is where he is confused about email receipts. I tell him to just scan the barcode at bottom like you would the receipt. It's legit exact same process. He keeps wanting to grab my phone and touch it. I said no. He said why not? I said covid? Sanitary measures? It's my phone. He argues it's the only way because he needs to see the numbers. So I said I could read them to him. Fast forward....it was a mess. Took forever. No return was made. I purchased my stuff and then drove an hour home to do the return with no issue from my phone.The store was a mess...complete disarray..and no communication/teamwork. One gentleman was kind explaining where garbage cans would be if they had any. But the manager was not kind. She was arguing with me as well about needing a paper receipt or I couldnt return. I mean regardless of whether they could or not ...the communication was not handled nicely..I was spending money. My receipt was from literally less than 24 hours ago and they just could have been nice. She thought I was crazy for not letting him have my phone. He wasnt even gonna clean his area unless I insisted. I shouldnt be made to feel bad for shopping and wanting to be sanitary.Wrote this Sunday but Edit add on at 2am on Tues because I was up all night trying ti figure this out and track....upon looking at my receipt because I wanted to return the sink strainer I bought in a color that did not match...it is not even on receipt. It was 2.99...instead I was charge 6.99 twice for 1 item. So I was not only overcharged by 4 dollars but now I could have trouble returning because it's not on receipt?! I was going crazy trying to figure it out!

I came in to have a few items return. All had original tags.They told me i needed to get on the phone and get specific info to have refund credited back to my card mean as I didn't have receipt. I literally stood here an hour waiting for them to process the refund. I really dont understand, if items all have taga and purchased at this store, What's the issue?? Other than this, its always a great buy at TJ Maxx!
