Spacious and well kept party store. There is no mandatory mask policies in place. It is very much wheelchair accessible but I’m not sure of any elevators to go up. There are a lot of party options so it’s a very convenient stop. This store is located opposite Ashley’s Home store.

It’s my new Sunday brunch place with the wife. I pick this place on a whim and I was shocked because this diner has Caribbean vibe. Can’t wait to have dinner here

I came to do a return and I was told that only Joe (the manager) could sign off on the store credit in order for the items to be returned. Despite calling him on the radio multiple times and waiting for more than 10 minutes with zero communication I needed to wait. After awhile I finally convinced the employee to leave the front /cashier area to go find Joe so we could complete the transaction instead of making everyone on the line and myself wait They were courteous but the process is silly. An assistant manager or someone else should be able to assist if the manager doesn’t respond.Perhaps Joe was in a meeting or with another customer however in situations like this there should be a back up system in place to enable customers to not have to waste time while waiting

Very quiet and organized compared to the other Party Citys I've been too. Helpful staff, though not a lot of them.Wide balloon variety, party supplies- literally everything you can think of. From itty bitty babies to your greatest grandparents.

Just a nice shopping experience, went with my 2 kids, store was clean and quite, every one of the staff I encountered was absolutely nice and helpful, helping me get all I wanted for my son's birthday. Girl at checkout was very helpful and cheerful. Helped me get air in the balloons. I recommend this store 1000%

Ordered 8 small balloons. It took 35 minutes to get them blown up and by the time we got to the car one of them was deflated

The staffs professionalism is non existent for the night crew. The time they take to inflate balloons with helium is unreasonably long. I understand multiple customers can come in at erratic times but you should still have enough staff available to maintain the orders.

I believe that most of the staff are high AF. Took them over an hour to put my order together and it wasn't a complicated order at all. 7 balloons.. that's all it was. The girl kept messing it up. I was ready to leave my entire order and just go..

The store is huge and organized. Everything that was shown as available online was available in the store. I gave one star for the atrocious customer service. The girl that had her hair in box braids that worked the register today wouldn’t even speak to my family and I as we were paying for our stuff (1/2/2022). It was almost comical, we were asking her questions as though we were ringing up our own items. Not even a thank you or a goodnight. If I hadn’t waited until last minute I would’ve gone to another location. No other store members offered assistance either. They all just seemed miserable. If you don’t want to work on customer service then DON’T!!!!!

I love Party City but the customer service instore needs work. I shop at this location for the proximty to my home and convenience of parking. I spend more time than necessary, however, because there's rarely a sales associate to help and when you do ask a question they act like you're bothering them or they don't know. Party City, please train your teams in customer service!

I came into the store with no idea what kind of decorations or balloons to get for my daughter’s birthday. A very nice young lady, Aneisa helped me the entire time. Everyone one else ignored me and she was the only one who offered help!! She helped me find beautiful decorations and balloons for my daughter. Give this young lady a raise!!! She’s awesome!!

The area has a nice big parking lot! The store is very big and everything is nice and neat and organized, which is important! If you looking for different unique balloons this is the place! Love the large variety sections. They have a new section for only toys which is nice but I feel are overpriced ,you better off buying @amazon or walmart for cheaper prices. The cashiers are okay.... they took a while to take care of me and I was picking up an order. And I was the only person online so I cant imagine how long they would take when its busy!

Customer service here is very bad. I work with customers all the time and no matter how bad my day is going I’ll always speak to other nicely. I went to the store on 9/18/2021 and the cashier was very rude and nasty. No information is given to you if you don’t ask. I just called to cancel my order and yet again, I spoke to someone to sounded like they don’t want to work there. It’s rude and disgusting to have people speak to you like that when they are suppose to do their job.
