Took half an hour to return one item. It took 3 customer service representatives came to figure out what was to the box and there was a clear picture on the box and the instructions had all the model numbers. Be careful with tools purchased from here the bundle I purchased comes with the correct charger every where else but here I assume the cheap part was the reason for the sale.

wish I can give zero stars.store gave away our order of mulch that was ordered online and paid for.we went before it was due to be picked up.they offered a substitution that had less mulch in each of the 10 bags without offering ANY compensation for their mistake.Outside the store, 4 HARASSING men will follow you and not leave you alone until you let them help you to load up.they will NOT take NO for an answer.Dangerous situation. Horrible people inside and DANGEROUS people outside.DO NOT go there.

Great place. Some associates are helpful, but you have a few that do not want to help and are playing around with other employees on the floor or on their cellphones. Otherwise, they are well stocked, and their lines move smoothly.

I checked online, 11 pieces of that particular paint were available (It still shows available right now), went there and guess what? It's not available. After finding it everywhere, I asked an employee and he behaved like he didn't know anything and offered me another shade and type of that color. I want Paint+Primer and he offered me Base Paint like there's no difference. I told him to check if they also keep it somewhere else because Lowe's website says it's available. He said the website is telling it wrong and he's right. I left the store right away.Lowe's Home Improvement needs to fix and improve their website or inventory or training or behavior at least.Unfortunately this is the only Lowe's in Queens county, NY. Do yourself a favor, travel a little further and try Lowe's @ Garden City, Nassau County.

I went into the store to look at various tiles. They said they were fully stocked with each of the tiles I wanted along with their respective amounts. When I ordered them online from the store my order was cancelled because they didn't have that amount of tile in stock. I called them and they said they had half that amount but I could go and pick it up in Brooklyn (not driving to Brooklyn to pick up over 1,000SF of tile. I'm not in construction, this is for my house and I don't own a truck). I called corporate since I was told by the store to reach to them. When I asked them to give me a shipping code to waive $85 they said they can't waive that?!? I'm ordering over 1,000SF of tile...If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Worst service ever. No receivers. Ended up paying $85 for a shipment that was mistreated/fungus/cracked. I had to bring back the items which again nobody was able to help me bring in. Customer service, only one person which was an elderly lady (the best - Brenda) was doing the best she could meanwhile the other two young ones with the same customer service shirt hanging out asking their coworkers if they were ok instead of clientele. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

It's frustrating when you spend a significant amount of time finding exactly what you need, only to be told at checkout that you can't purchase the items. This was the case for me when I discovered that the items on the shelves were not actually for sale. I was informed that they were "discontinued" and, therefore, not available for purchase. Since no manager was in sight, I was forced to accept this subpar excuse. It's a shame that the entire shelf of this product will go unsold due to THIS STORE's policy of not allowing people to buy them—ridiculous store policy, which is NOT representative of the Lowes Home Improvement stores nationwide. First and last visit here.

I arrived at 730 am preparing to be confused with my upcoming project. I went to the flooring section where the most amazing thing happened, Mr Christopher Wilson walked up asking if we needed help. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the different choices of flooring he helped us pick out the floor, the matching paint, the type for our needs walked us over to each department, checked us out had my items delivered to my house and we were done in an hour! I left the store feeling like royalty! All I could do for the next few days is tell everyone about my experience at Lowe's on Rockaway. Additionally my items were delivered on Monday morning as I requested easy breezy! Thank you Lowes for having such wonderful Staff!!

My sister and I came to this location on Monday at around 11/11:30 to have a key copied. Unfortunately that was never done because I was told that there are two staff members who work that station (as the customers are no longer allowed to use the machine themselves) were “OUT TO LUNCH”. This was a huge inconvenience. How does management allow the staff members to go to lunch TOGETHER and leave this unattended? I waited at the machine for almost 15 mins before being told by another staff member that no one was available to help due to said reason. Hopefully this isn’t a frequent occurrence.

You need to get there at certain hours and time depending on the source of your visit to this supermarket. Late evening you get good deal at the meats department. Early in the day, you can find everything freshly replenished.

Hey, why send me messages to call you back when your workers arent going to get me in contact with you when I call. These people will answer, hang up, answer, put the phone down or just endlessly transfer you. They will keep you on hold FOR EVER. I spent HOURS calling over and over and getting hung up on to the point where I had to go to the Lowes myself, which was infuriating. And then the haul away service, which I was calling alllllll day to get added to my order showed up on the wrong day, FIVE DAYS before my fridge was delivered.They do not communicate with their delivery crews. And my fridge was delivered damaged. The one person in the store that was helpful was Irene the delivery supervisor, she was actually helpful. Why have phones if you are not going to address the customers needs or talk them. Its like a game to them. I was on hold today for 40 minutes just to get hung up on AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely horrible for any disabled person .. wanted a piece of wood cut and I was told I had to walk around the store looking for one the two employees in the dock area could not be bothered to overhead call for assistance... as I walk with a cane I decided to go the extra mile to home depot where they treat their disabled customers with respect

A far cry from other home improvement competitors, my first time here, the store was the most organized I've seen a home improvement store, employees seemed to have lots of professional development, as they are courteous and willing to go to through whatever it takes for customer help, support, and satisfaction. Highly recommended to stop by for all your home needs great place to check out if you have never been to a LOWES before!

Went to lowes to purchase many items needed. Found a few items that was mark down in price... got to check out line kaylah couldn't over ride the prices without her "mananger"... after many announcements requesting the manager,Said cashier apologize and said " I don't know how long you would have to wait, because I don't even know where my manager is...After patiently waiting manager Odacy shows up, said nothing let cashier scan her badge and went about her business again.Kaylah was great.

Absolutely horrific experience! Ordered an oven online 2 weeks ago. Confirmed. Scheduled delivery for Jan 6 and given a window time of delivery. The time came and went and no oven arrived. I then received an email for a refund. WHAT?!? I never asked for refund. Nor did I cancel the order. It just never arrived!! I called online Lowes, they said the delivery was coming from rosedale office. I called rosedale office. Spoke with kevin supervisor (MULTIPLE times) and each time told me he was going to call me back. Never did. I kept having to call back. He tells me they miscounted the stoves, and that’s why it never arrived and they decided on their own to cancel it with ZERO communication.Is he for real?!? Is this normal business behavior?!? THEN he proceeds to say he sees my same oven in the back that another owner just cancelled and he can deliver it in 2 days. ok, so clearly they lied, and are trying to cover up for their mistakes. Then he said he would call me back again. Never called back. I called next day spoke with Tonya, another supervisor who acted like she cared. Promised she would call be back and that kevin would be in shortly.Fast forward it’s now Monday morning …. And NO ONE has called me back. And I still have NO clue what actually happened and find this all very deplorable and unprofessional!!! Do NOT order from Lowe’s. Nor should you go to rosedale office. It’s clearly a game to these folks.

Pickup department is this how staff are trained to treat customers,Me "Hello I came to pick up an item I ordered yesterday "The service rep "Ok". took my receipt do her thing gave me back the receipt and I continued to stand there and wait for over 20mins. No update, no response to whats the status of my items, she just stands there completely ignoring my presence smh, not even dealing with another customer nothing. Y'all treat people terribly.

I'm giving a one star because I came in looking for sod. The sod available looked very terrible. When asked one of the managers for the garden department ,I was told a 3rd party randomly drops off the sod . Also I asked when will fresh sod arrive. The response Was "we dont know they just come drop the sod off. Home Depot here I come . At least they know they get sod 3 shipments a week .

Considering it was Black Friday, the store was well stocked and the associates were genuinely helpful and in good spirits. I was pleasantly surprised given the big box store usual minimal service. But it seemed here, if you looked like you had a question, someone would approach you. Very nice. The lines moved well too. I missed out on the Poinsettias door buster deal, but stocked up on plenty of the $10 Sherpa blankets for gift giving. I got some great help in the lighting section too. Overall, I had a great two visits today (went back for more blankets per wife's request). They have this location well run.

This store doesn’t even deserve a star, costumer service at this location was poor and also failed big way to support the life warranty on Klein hand tools and their products as well. I don’t recommend this store to any of my business associates!

Horrible experience! I placed an order for a bathtub, for same day delivery. Instead of bathtub they delivered a shower door. I've been calling for them to resolve the issue but it seems unending. My contractor is unable to finish the work because of this ongoing issue. No representative seems to no what action to take. I've been waiting for a calls scheduled by representative from store manager which I didn't place my order from. I order through garden city Lowe's, my order was sent to be completed at Rosedale. Very bad experience. I'm going to request a refund. No more business with Lowe's for me. Update, I was able to run into Lowe's to get my refund, which was rendered. I'm being told by management, I have to contact the delivery company to refund me the delivery fee. No apologies!

Do not spend any money at Lows.I bought a Hisense fridge from lows that does not work. I contacted Hisense technical support and for almost two months attempted to service my fridge and who could not fix my fridge. Not to mention Hisense customer service support was horrible. Finally was able to have them send my info to Lows for a return. I’ve been trying for two days to speak to a customer service rep for a return and customer service rep pics up puts me on hold or hours. I’m not exaggerating or I get hung up on. I would like to warn you not to by any appliances at lows because you’ll never get the help you need. It’s very easy for them to take your money for a purchase you think is worth buying and then you find out that you bought garbage. Please do not shop any of lows appliances because if it’s not working it is not worth the headache and you will not get the respect or help you deserve. This is beyond ridiculous I feel like I have to pay an attorney to get my money back. Please don’t shop at Lows customer service is horrible disrespectful and have no honor.
