Visited today and had a wonderful experience. Friendly and funny, had a great conversation. Tastings were great. Recommend the barrel proofed gin (tastes like an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan) The bourbon is spot on and up there with anything Kentucky produces!) Donations help a Veteran organization and the tasting room is filled with some cool military memorabilia. And they have a 10% military discount! We also took home a bottle of the bourbon cream, never a bad choice. Will be back soon!

A must visit for lunch, a cocktail, or just plain relaxing. Delicious food and the cocktails are excellent.We were greeted by the friendliest staff. Everyone I spoke to seemed happy to be working and proud of the product. We left with a bottle of their Beaverkill Bourbon Cream and were satisfied with one of the best Cuban sandwiches I've had in a long time.A must stop when you're in the area or actually worth a trip just to stop there.

I visited Do Good Spirits over the weekend with my boyfriend. As we walked in we were greeted by the bartender doing the taste testing, she was really knowledgeable about all the liquor she gave us to sample (the cream was my fav!). She recommended we get a drink from the actual bar and those drinks were great as well. But I have to say my fav part of the whole experience was talking with Jan & Dan, they were genuinely kind hearted people! I can’t wait to visit again so they can teach me how to fly fish!

This distillery in Roscoe, NY (AKA Trout Town USA) may soon be known more for Do Good Spirits. This amazing distillery were they make Vodka, Gin, Bourbon and Bourbon Cream (much better than Bailey's BTW) is truly a little gem in this stream . The owner Brian is a Master at his craft and the staff that day Kim, Julie, Grace, and Amanda are just great. I highly recommend you drop by.

Tried this distillery on the recommendation of Jen at Van Smokey. Did a tasting of the 7 spirits shown, all were very good. Very smooth. Thanks to Mark for the great info about the distilling process and the flight.

Free tasting of vodka, gins, bourbons, and the seasonal liquors. They accept donations for veterans in exchange. The other side of the building has ample outdoor seating with lawn chairs, picnic tables etc, serving a huge cocktail selection, sandwiches and appetizers. They were able to make any sandwich on the menu on a gluten free tortilla. Very reasonable prices, great people. Definitely stop by if you’re passing through the town!

My favorite distillery. The tasting is free and donations go to charity. The vodka and gin are my favorite and I love their new bourbon cream drink. Bottles are a good price and staff is super knowledgeable. I reccomend this tasting for a small group cause the venu is small. It's a cool place and it's in an old firehouse.

Great distillery! Mark gave us an awesome tasting, which made picking out bottles easy. After our tasting we enjoyed cocktails outside. They had live music, which was a plus. Also, DOG FRIENDLY:) Will be back.

Stopped by on the way home from a business trip and the owner gave us (myself & 2 coworkers) a detailed explanation and taste test of their various offerings (vodkas, gins, bourbons). Great products and friendly atmosphere. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, but next trip we’ll budget more time. Highly recommend and double bonus for supporting our veterans.

Lots of outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade , limited menu , but good hot food.Very dog friendly and board games to play. I don’t drink and I enjoy this place. also live music playing in a Saturday afternoon.

Fabulous visit! I stopped through on a snowy evening and was treated to a clever, engaging and informative introduction to Prohibition Spirits by the bearded and genial owner. I am looking forward to a return visit to this craft installation that represents well the spirit, bounty, history and future of artisan creativity in the Catskills.

Very upset with my last visit. Brought a bunch of family from out of town, bought a bunch of stuff, and was totally met with a rude, unfriendly, indifferent attitude from the dude working there. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but I’ve been coming here for years, live in the area, always bringing people here, expected some attention/samples but this just totally ruined my experience as well as the people I was with. It was quite embarrassing and a let down. I’ve been coming here way before this guy has been working here. If you’re having a bad day, just stay closed for the day. Peace.

Great distillery in the small town of Roscoe nestled between the rolling Adirondacks. I felt welcome and purchased the bourbon cream which comes in a beautiful bottle and tastes even better. I’ll be back this way just to stop by!

It's wonderful! We're longtime fans of the bootlegger gin, but this was our first tasting with them. We had a crowd with very different tastes, but everyone enjoyed themselves. The bourbon barrel gin was wonderfully unique. My favorite was the beaver kill whiskey. If you're in the area, it's a must see. If you manage to spot a bottle of any of their spirits in stores, grab it fast.

Great place! You can taste everything for free (suggested donation that goes to a charity), and ours tasting was run by a very charismatic guy. The vodka is incredibly smooth and their take on Bailey's is delicious!

THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE! From the second I messaged them on Instagram with a question, to the end of the visit, this is truly an incredible place. Very few distilleries have included, not only a guide who has such a vast knowledge AND passion for their spirits, but the spirits themselves truly show the hard work, dedication, and attention to detail they put into every bottle. I can't believe how much we learned, and the EXCELLENT quality of EVERY spirit! This was the first time my husband rated every single one 5 stars. One thing about vodka...not many people can make something so SEEMINGLY simple, something worth really paying attention to, and yet before we even walked in, a couple that was walking out said to us "GET THE VODKA!" They were absolutely right, and we came out with a box filled with aged gin, vodka, and more...but only one box of course, because according to the credit card companies, limits are necessary.I was so impressed with the kindness and excellent customer service. It was our first time there, but they made us feel so welcome. Every part of our experience was truly exceptional, and we cant wait to come back!

I only visited the store portion of the business, as I was traveling home and decided to take a quick look since the highway sign said it was close. I'm a whiskey person, so I figured let me see if there is anything to my taste. They had a bourbon and a whisky that was a blend of the bourbon and a rye. It's their rye but I didn't see rye for sale in it's own. I'm sure it's a nice visit and the tasting room and the bar/eating/hangout area would also be pretty good if it's any reflection of the store. I will review the bourbon, in a different post.

This place has my favourite gin of all time. And an awesome bar in the alley next to it! The staff is super friendly and the tour was really informative. It's an awesome, locally owned establishment, that makes an awesome product. So shop local, keep your money in NY!Stop in for a free tasting! You won't regret it.

This cute redone fire house is super cozy. The hostess Rachel was super knowledgeable and friendly as he'll. We did a tasting and she gave us the history of the 5 spirits they distill. I bought a bottle of the dark gin and a bottle of the cream flavored bourbon. Although we are from.the bronx I will definitely be making a stop here on the way to hike. A+
