We literally just went through an issue with moldy feed….,now when we did an order …they delivered it to someone else.., we called and a rude customer service person asked if we could go find where their diver left the feed…. Really… you want me to go farm to farm in hopes that I run across it ????? WHAT IS GOING ON WITH TSC … Co-Op here we come…

In a world where so many young people can’t look you in the eye or Cary on a conversation I was blown away by the young man who waited on me today at the Rome TSC. Very knowledgeable , extremely helpful and very personable. Bought a three point post hole digger. Heavy, needed a fork lift. This young guy made the whole procedure an enjoyable event. Wish I knew his name. Thank you young man.

I frequently visit this store. I have never been to a Tractor Supply that looked like the Rome store. So clean and so organized. I drive an extra 25 minutes just because your store is the best around. The management here is absolutely amazing. Chuck is an extremely pleasant and hard working person and it’s always nice to chat with him. He always goes out of his way to accommodate myself and my family who have some disabilities. Alongside Chuck, I have noticed the overall moral of this store has drastically changed. Every time I walk in a worker acknowledges my family and I and we always have a great conversation. There’s a smile on everyone’s face each time we go shopping here. It seems to always be busy and I applaud everyone in your store for always going above and beyond. A huge thank you to all the workers. Keep up the good work. 5 stars all the way!

Very clean. The place smells great and the worker I wish I got her name by the pet supplies. She was absolutely amazing and her knowledge on products particular flea products for animals was top notch. They also sell capstan which is the chewable pill for flea removal. And it works amazing.

Convenient. And unlike many retail stores that advertise, "Save money," at TSC, you really do save money compared to other stores selling the same or similar products. I shop the Rome, NY location once-a-week. My problem(and Theirs), is they request everyone with a backpack/daypack, to leave-it at the register while shopping. Well, TSC Management, I've had two items damaged on two separate occasions when the pack was left at the register. As if someone deliberately dropped-it or...KICKED-it. And your store is very much liable for damages. And it is also "PROFILING," people, which in New York state, is positively...illegal for a business to do. Some employees are courteous & understanding. Some are annoying, rude, and oblivious to other customers. One reason why online shopping is endangering retail store business. Now, the items damaged were no more than ten dollars. But the primary-point, is TSC, is liable for damage to items it specifically asks to be left at the counter, prior to shopping in the store!! That is small business law of New York. Which is why other large retail stores no-longer have the policy.I've also noticed that women, walk into TSC with large cloth shopping bags or purses, as big as a small backpack. Don't see employees asking those items be left at the front register. And it's much easier to steal items with a large purse, rather than removing a backpack off your shoulders. Again...profiling. And it is...discriminating. What kinda retail store has no security cameras? And many employees just congregate around a register rather than walking the aisles. Poor management.

I've been to just about every hardware store, and this place is by far most expensive!Not only that, but I literally didn't find anything appealing in there, and the Music should be universal! Country is cool and all, but it wasn't good Country Music!Please change these problems promptly!

Got stuff no one else has. I really like shopping there. Knowledgeable and friendly folks. Prices are good. Largest selection of Nuts and Bolts. Dog food and supplies. Layout makes quick stops for supplies easy peasy.

Always friendly service when we go there. They carry lots of items you wouldn't expect from a place named "Tractor Supply Co", like pet food, toys, doggie beds etc.Great place to get really warm Winter clothing & boots, too. Farmers have to be out in the cold, so they do it right!My only complaint would be the extremely narrow aisles.

Always nice to stop by and pick up supplies. Only thing is look around because they do occasionally have some deals on stuff. The staff there are usually pretty friendly and willing to help you out with anything and answer any questions you may have.

It seems to me the food and little things sell on their own because all the big items they can't give you a deal on and they don't care if they lose customers.I've witnessed another employee raise his voice to gentlemen in the store,which I didn't like.They think it's their store and it isn't,it's everyone's store and they need to learn what something is before they tell you it's not in stock.

I usually love tractor supply, however in rome they only price match to other tractor supply stores... why put up signs “we will not be undersold” “lowest prices in town” when you tell the customer to buy it at the cheaper store! Just left empty handed.

Tractor Supply in Rome does a great job. They always have a knowledgeable person on hand to answer questions. I bought my first air compressor there on a black Friday sale. My puppy also likes to visit and everyone is happy to see him.

They have some things you can't find anywhere else.If you are getting something that is available at Walmart, then Walmart will be less expensive. I bought garden soil, it was$2.50, same thing at Walmart was $1.50.The service is usually pretty good.

Ahh you really need to check this place out,it's so much more then just a Farm supply store,They have the nicest selection of Animal supplies for just about any animal!! And there Bird supply section is Ausome,and the selection of bird feeders and type of bird Seed they have is a large selection.

I go here for all my animals foods and supplies. You can also find a variety of tools, hardware, and how to's. Also probably the cheapest pet supplies around.
