For the past couple years this was my favorite stores in Rome. Would spend $100+ easily every week here. The past few months though the prices on everything increased DRASTICALLY, on par with retail prices. The shelves and racks are always full at this store but it's all the same overpriced stuff you saw last time you were there.

Me and my wife are frequent shoppers there. Love the store and staff are always friendly. There members program is good too helps you save even more. Products are great too and amazing prices. Highly recommended.

I been shopping at this stores for years since they open this location to,everyone was nice people until new lead from New Hartford coming now,I have my two little girl shopping today 9/29/23, my wife use the stroller because we don’t like the girls running around, the guy told my wife not to brings the stroller in to the dressing room, I’m very sure is not on the store policy that’s he’s policy, now a lot costumers complaining because him, I ask him what it the reason not to take baby on the dressing room this is what he answer me because people stilling staff, very poor answer from a manager, another thing he’s chasing everyone around and make people uncountable he’s like loss prevention person, looks like he’s not respect the costumers space privacy he’s to much, he needs more orientation to be coming store manager ..

I love going to Thrifty Shopper, I can always find something I can use, whether it be clothing, inspirational paintings and knick knacks, candles, and the odds and ends you'd never thought you'd find. Prices are comparable to The Salvation Army and the quality of the items are even a little better. I shop there frequently.

It's a great store with many bargains. I almost always find what I'm looking for when I go in! And i always find something I didn't know I wanted but will aid me in being creative to prepare for the next craft fair!

I stop by once a month when I look for things to do while my wife gambles at Turning Stone. I’m never disappointed!I always find great deals and good customer service.

As I was trying on a few articles of clothing, one of the employees was cleaning the fitting rooms next to me. She was huffing and puffing and exclaimed, "This is just f@%king disrespectful!". She continued to ramble on, throwing in a few curse words here and there, to some other guy about how people should clean up after themselves. This was very off putting and made me not want to try anything else on- so I put the clothing back and left without buying anything.

I absolutely love it here. The staff are so sweet and kind. I BOUGHT SO MUCH STUFF. I even went back that same day and bought more 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Love this place. Definitely coming back.
