I called at around 3:20 (they close at 5), to get a quote. Renee took my information and said someone would call me in a few minutes with the quote. By 4:50 no one had called so I called back and spoke to Paige. She said they were a little busy but still planned on getting back to me. She asked if I absolutely needed it that same day. I told her yes, it was very important. She reassured me that they would get back to me even if it was a little after 5. No one called me back. Had I known they weren't going to have time for me, I would've called another agent before everyone closed. I'm very upset by this as I know quotes take less than 10 min.

I recently bought a new car, and the day I was supposed to pick it up we had a massive snowstorm. The dealership wasn’t talking to the bank, and being difficult, so I had to call Stephanie’s office and ask them to send me the new insurance cards AGAIN so I could get them to the bank, and the office had no power! The staff at the insurance agency was beyond helpful even though their hands were tied with no power. About 2 hours after I initially called, I got a call back from the office and they said their power was back on and they could send all the paperwork over immediately and that I was their first phone call when the power came back on. Everyone over there is so helpful and SO NICE!!!! Steph has a great agency and I’m so thankful we’re insured through her office!!!!!
