Great food and ice cream for a low price. Good place for a quick bite and seating is ONLY outside so you are limited to a day when it does not rain.

My experience was okay. I brought the entire family for ice cream. During payment, my chip for my card kept saying bad chip with difficulty collecting payment. After several attempts, the manager who was an elder female came to assist. She did not have luck inserting the chip either and asked for a different form of payment. When I responded I didn't, she stated "I don't know what to tell you" while shaking her head. This was embarrassing and in front of other people. My original cashier offered to pay which I declined and asked if they can manually enter my card information. An associate by the name of Justin came to the rescue and manually entered card info and processed payment. The regular staff truly helped with passion and for that, I will be back and recommend. The ice cream was great. I recommend leadership and customer service training for the manager who simply could not handle the situation or go the extra mile for such a simple issue.

Cozy, Creative, and Delicious! We had dinner and dessert, and their menu is pretty creative! Easy to find something different, everyone is pleasant, and the food was delicious.

No too shabby. Flurries were very good, the small is about 14oz, so be prepared! Servers were very sweet and friendly.Will definitely return.

You have to order at the business. There is only outdoor seating. I ordered for curbside, my first time there. I ordered the sausage onion pepper sandwich the sandwich itself was small. I guess I was so hungry I was expecting Nicky Doodles style. I ordered a fried dough sundae. Thumbs up on fried dough. All my topping were in order. I only wish they had kept the sundae cool. When I got my sundae there was a puddle of ice cream at bottom, maybe from the hot fudge. There was alot of unrelated ice cream as well. I had to drive 20 minutes to get to Sam'z. I WAS HOPING FOR BETTER! DONT ORDER CURBSIDE UNLESS YOU LIVE CLOSE BY.

We let the workers know I was allergic to all nuts. Asked what Panda Paws ice cream was. Was told no nuts 3 times. Just vanilla ice cream, fudge, and brownie pieces in it. We ordered it. I ate some, but into one of the "brownie pieces," and it was a Reese peanut butter cup. When we approached the worker to tell her it was peanut butter, she argued with us that it was not. We looked it up, and it is!!! The girl would not apologize, and I ended up full of benadryl and swollen eyes and itchy body for 36 hours. Thanks!!! We won't be back here. Very disappointed!

Yum😁 We had hot fudge sundaes that were creamy, fudgy, and topped with a delicious whipped cream...so good!! They are now open everyday from 11-10. I can't wait to go back to try the food! They have outdoor seating if weather permits. Definitely a must visit👍(sorry no photo- we ate them so quickly I forgot. Next time!)

Aside from fast and friendly service, the food is always fresh and plentiful. On top of that it is the only place in town with Dole Whip. My wife and kids all have a cow dairy allergy and my youngest was able to get his first "ice cream" served to him from here. I love this place.

Love the atmosphere. Icecream was delicious. I had German chocolate cake icecream "amazing". Customer service was beautifully done. Will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them!

Place is decent enough. Stick to the ice cream and milkshakes, anything else I would entirely avoid. Especially their fried foods as they are god awful. Hamburgers are pretty gross too.Employees are very friendly though and do a great job when assisting someone.

Service was friendly and timely. Lots of places to sit but not alot of shade. There are frames to hold canopies but they werent up yet. There were several people who ordered food and were waiting, but it was coming out regularly and everything is cooked to order and no one seemed to wait too long. We had just ice cream, my husband got a banana split. It was over $6, but it was big (a whole banana!) ... he wasnt sure he could eat it all (but somehow managed to!! Lol). I got a small cone, butter pecan with no sugar added. I had asked if it had artificial sweeteners and was told no, but it had an after taste, so I think it did and wont get that flavor again, but it was very tasty just the same. Would definitely visit again.

Completely incompetent staff, they take orders but don't fill them. I waited 30min for a twist to find out they Completely forgot about me. Would not recommend.

I ordered a maple Walnut small bowl. It was freezer burnt. My husband ordered a twist in a cone. The ice cream was so soft the server put it in a bowl. My ice cream also had bits of ice in it. Will not be returning. Have to give one star to post

Amazing food and ice cream, I love the Dole Whip as I am lactose intolerant and Sam'z is the only one to have it. Customer service is outstanding and the owner is awesome also! I highly recommend Sam'z as a business to visit!!!!
