If I could give a lower rating. I would. I was attacked by a Mastiff on a public side walk on July 12th 2022 and NOTHING has been done. Dog owner and dog that attacked me, walk neighborhood regularly unmuzzled without any concern for safety from animal control. Owner has no control and dogs are highly aggressive towards small animals. Dog Warden has done nothing to secure safety of neighborhoods. Today, 8.26.22, bad dog owner has another large breed OFF leash in front of his residence on Floyd Ave and no one can use side walk with his dog off leash due to fear of attack and dog not being restrained AT ALL. "Officers" of this office should resign and find another job to bless with their ineptitude. And lack of concern for public safety and bad dog owners are allowed to cause physical harm to residents involving hospitalization and this office does not return emails or calls. If bitten by a dog, please do yourself a favor and retain private counsel in order to sue dog owner and city for liability.

Very impressed with Animal Control service when it was needed. Prompt response; friendly young lady.....didn't even get her name but she's well worth her pay!
