I love ollie's and I am very pleased that I no longer have to drive to new Hartford it's right in Rome.and clean as well...they always have so many things and priced accordingly... They have Mattresses,Rugs,socks,towels,they even have exercise equipment air-conditioning units, umbrella's for you or for your outside tables.. and appliances which I forgot they had when my can opener no longer worked..I found a unique cat tree and I wasn't able to locate the box and Kayla a worker was so helpful she made my visit even more enjoyable..I will be back for more shopping and to pick up that cat tree..Thank you Rome store....

Amazing book selection for the most reasonable prices. We bought several really nice quality books for my 6 yr old grandson that he just loves. We'll go back for the books for sure.

Great place to save money, just be mindful of prices and what they are being compared to. The majority of the merchandise is lower than normal prices, with the same quality.

It's as good as any other Ollie's.Friendly staff.As neat and organized as that place can be.The parking lot was overflowing with carts and there were few inside, but that isn't the end of the world.I love the deals this place has.

went here for Christmas shopping and was so surprised at everything they had! great deals, I spent a lot of money, but I got so much stuff. My only thing is to bring bags with you, but fr at this point shouldn't we always lol

Employees are really rude. We're moving merchandising around instead of going around the customer, they told me turn around and go back to the other way cuz she's not moving. WOW my arms are full too lady This all after I get stalked in the book section YES I spend an hr or 2 in the books alone! No im not stealing anything but u would think after I express my distaste in u following me directly to u that you would stop?? YEAH RIGHT

Some really good deals, look at what you're buying. I stop about a couple times a month may find one or two things or a cart full. They have 15 precent off a couple times a year. If in the area ck them out. They sometimes are cheaper than the dollar tree, which is next door.

I went to the store on my daughter's recommendation. I was not overly impressed by it. I guess you can compare it to a Big lots. As for "bargain outlet” I did not see any outrageous deals other than things that I would consider garbage or would stop working soon after purchase.

Don't get me wrong I love having a variety of places to shop here in Rome but you really shouldn't name a business with Bargain outlet if most of the items are just about the same price as a regular store. The store is clean. They need more cashiers and more help in general.

We went to this new Ollie's location last night and found so many great deals! We were so surprised by the amount of variety they had. It was also very clean and organized! The cashier was very nice as well and there were surprisingly alot of customers on the floor to help you.
