Not the best Hampton I’ve stayed in. You can definitely tell this is an older one. On floor 3, the floors were very noisy and I felt bad for whoever was below me. Bed box spring was shot and very loud getting in. Breakfast was good! Staff was friendly, although the dude working front desk mumbled so much you had to have him repeat himself constantly. Talking to co-workers, everyone sort of echoed similar issues.

Everything about hotel was acceptable. Very clean rooms, breakfast was as expected from a Hampton/Hilton flavorless eggs , wafer thin bacon (note this is attacking all hotels honestly pick up your breakfast game)Biggest complaint came from any and all interactions with an employee named CaseyHis work ethic was that of a slightly less than a slug , oh do you want to buy something from behind counter be prepared to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes just for him to decide you are worth his time, once you have his attention he will then kindly tell you that the credit card machines are down and the only way to purchase an item is by adding it to the room which is fine if you’re not on a company paid room,(note this is only ever a problem whenever Casey is on ) . It’s now the morning you go to check out and need a receipt and Casey is working be prepared to wait 20 minutes or expect to see a sign that he has made because he’s to lazy to deal with you that the printers don’t work leave keys on desk (thanks).

This is a fantastic hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The room was large and the bed was so comfy! I know how to look for bedbugs, THERE WERE NONE! The tv was large and excellent! (Bring your Netflix password info, but that was easy enough.) WiFi was also simple. The shower was great with shampoo dispensers. That’s new and convenient for me. We got complimentary bottles of water and coffee, microwave and fridge in room. Temperature control was easy peasy! The breakfast was especially extravagant with cheese omelettes, oatmeal, cereal, make your own large waffles, pastries, orange juice, flavored water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate! I was very impressed with both the hotel and reasonable price. I stayed here when in town visiting family in November. Staff was amazing. They were very helpful helping me stay in one room with the three reservations I had booked. I waited till the last minute to book my stay and was unable to do the straight week I had needed. I originally had two reservations with one night missing because the hotel was sold out. It was during Thanksgiving time. I then was able to book the night I was missing a day later. The front staff helped me when they didn't have to and let me stay in the same room the whole week. I greatly apricated them for making this happen.Breakfast was perfect and I enjoyed the rotation of the options. Plus you cant go wrong with waffles! It does help that there is a Stewarts across the street if you are looking to stock up on some room essentials.

Avoid this hotel as the management doesn’t address concerns. There were a bunch of kids banging on room doors throughout the night. I brought the issue up and pointed out that they have cameras on every floor. Management came back and told us we talked to their parents but nothing about the $200 that I paid to sleep there. Additionally, the room had no water pressure and this was not addressed as well. The front desk was completely ambivalent which is unacceptable for the prices that they charge. Do not make my same mistake!!!

This hotel is okay. Decor is nice, rooms are nice, seemed clean. There were tiles falling off the wall in our room though, so that was alarming. Hotel breakfast was okay - the oatmeal was both watery and rubbery, and the coffee was not great. Waffles were good, and good cereal selection. The pool was very cloudy and had a lot of stuff floating on the surface, the kids skimmed it before going in. Had to go out to the lobby to ask for towels twice when there were zero on the shelves. The person at the desk at check in was on her phone and did not acknowledge our family of 4 standing there holding all of our luggage for some reason, it was so bizarre. After about 15 minutes of standing there waiting I told her I had tried the digital check in but had not received our digital key yet. I asked if it would come if we got closer to our room, and she said “yeah, you should be good.” We headed up to our room and waited for another 15 minutes, no digital key. Headed back down to the lobby, told her it wasn’t coming, asked if I could have a physical card. She didn’t say a word beyond asking for my room number, just programmed a card for me and sent me on my way. Later I saw her check someone else in and she gave her the whole spiel: 2 keycards in an envelope with other info about the hotel, told her the Wi-Fi password, told her to enjoy her stay. So weird we didn’t get the same greeting! We were very patient and polite with her, did not act annoyed, so I don’t know why she didn’t want to help us. Also am very alarmed that she gave me card to our room without asking for any kind of ID. Strangest hotel experience we’ve ever had.

Family from Delaware:We travel every year for a family reunion and generally stay here. Excellent place to stay and location is good also.The entire staff are friendly and accommodating.Rooms are very clean and the breakfast is good.Stay here if you are traveling.

Pet friendly, although fee is kind of high if staying for just one or 2 nights. Good breakfast options. Clean. Comfortable bed. Cool seeing deer outside windowOnly complaint is smoking outside side doors by other hotel guests and outside front door by hotel employees. Really need to wither go 💯 smoke free or a place far away from entrances where the rest of us aren't subject to smelling it.

Hotel room was super clean & still had a new feel to it. Beds really comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well maintained.I am super Squeemish about hotels but was very comfortable here.Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good!One thing that could have been better cleaned was the lobby, hallways, breakfast area & elevator floors.But if they’re short staffed and concentrated on the rooms then it’s understandable and definitely shows in the rooms. Thanks Hampton Inn by Hilton for a really good 3 night stay!

If you plan on using the pool, take your own towels. No usable USB ports in the room. Food or something on one of the bedskirts.The breakfast was very good.Rooms: Time to do maintenance and some new bedding.

My wife and I made a return to this hotel after a great first time experience a few years ago. The room was clean. The bed was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything was clean and inviting. There was however, some leftover food in the mini fridge left by prior guests. Also, our toilet must of had a loose flapper in the tank as it kept running periodically all night and day. It was only audible while in the bathroom, it did not disturb our sleep. I cared about both of those things for about 10 seconds. The shower had nice water pressure, the wash cloths and towels were clean. We both slept great and were quite satisfied with the stay. We didn't wake up in time to take advantage of the breakfast, but I feel that the Stewart's convenient store across the street is a better option anyway. We will be back in the future.

This is really a nice hotel. The breakfast has plenty of options including two flavors of waffle batter. The business center is also very convenient. The website does not mention a laundry room which is unfortunate as I would of packed a little lighter :-). Unlike many other hotels I've stayed at post covid, this hotel seems to be well staffed. You do have to request that your room be cleaned atleast 24 hours before but that isn't an issue for me. My ONE and only complaint is that the walls are THIN. You can hear televisions, conversations, etc. I'm not a light sleeper, so this wasn't a huge deal for me but bring your ear plugs if you are. Note that there aren't a ton of food options nearby as this seems to be a newly developed area but the lobby offers coffee/tea options and there is a pretty cool gas station market across the street.

I stayed here in business August 8-12, 2022. The hotel was clean and inviting. Breakfast hours were useful for my work schedule and the breakfast selection was good and well-stocked. Pool and gym were also clean. I would stay here again.

Clean comfortable rooms,indoor pool,nice gym with modern equipment,and daily breakfast included. The front desk was attentive,and helpful ,when there were issues with the in room tv,sending someone to repair the issue in a reasonable amt of time.Breakfast is served until 10am,and the staff sticks to that time. Best to get there early for the best selection,and a relaxing breakfast, bf food is taken away,at 10 sharp!

Average and could be better.When staying at a hotel, details are big!All the hallways look like they haven't been vacuumed in a while. Stairwells have trash as well. Bathroom had some very bad tile work. Can you ever stay at a hotel/motel without finding hair in the bathroom? Wallpaper is peeling.Now the positives. Room had fridge, micro, coffee pot and TV. A desk in the room provides good area for computer work. Area has good 5G data signal. Hotel is close to many great places to eat such as Grandes, Boys From Italy and other fast food locations.A separate issue was trying to extend my stay. I seemed to get the runaround from all people. Asked and they were supposed to talk with the manager however, no one contacted me . A little disappointed there.

Diamond member here. I asked three times in person to have my Hilton Honors number added to my stay but to no avail. I couldn’t enjoy the upgraded internet, the TV operation through the app, the digital key, nor any of the other perks offering to Hilton Honors members. I suggest the desk staff be retrained on Hilton software.

The room was spacious and clean . The beds were so comfy . My room had a microwave & mini fridge plus a small coffee maker . Both the gym & indoor pool were available to use and breakfast was served at 7a. The staff was friendly, even though the key machine was down and each time I left the room I had to be let back in ( no fault of the staff) .Would definitely stay here again !

We stayed at this Hampton Inn as a family to break-up a 10-hour drive. The pool was an excellent way for my boys to shake off excess energy from being in the car all day. The breakfast had a good variety and saved us from having to get a meal on the road, which would have set us back extra money and time. The room was comfortable and met all of our needs. Overall, I'd definitely return when heading through the area.

Room was clean and quiet; bed was very comfortable. A/C was a little noisy. Easy room access with phone key--liked choosing which room I wanted ahead of my stay. Advanced check-in and checkout. I felt the hotel went out of their way to make me feel safe. TV was less than satisfactory b/c guide was out of date but they were in the process of changing cable providers. Breakfast included eggs, hot cereal and coffee. Eggs were served by staff.

Unfortunately my credit card was mis-charged and when calling to sort it out, the front desk was combative and all but told me I was a liar and that they only charged my card once for one amount (not 3 times for 3 very different amounts, that I was physically reading off my credit card statement from a month ago, when any potential "incidental holds" would have already fallen off). No amount of quality hotel stay makes up for the nightmare of credit card disputes. I cannot recommend this location for anyone looking for easy and peaceful travel.EDIT 11/23/2022: the credit card charges were ultimately all corrected, but it took someone on my travel team and myself multiple emails and phone calls to resolve over a period of 2 months. I'm still very unclear on why or how these charges were made to my card - the names associated with the charges were not mine and I didn't check in or out near the time the other individual did. The stay was fine, but if you choose to or need to stay at this location, check your charges early and often.
