Decent plaza in Rome, has dollar tree, dominos, T-Mobile and something else i can't remember at the moment, most the stores are relatively new and well kept, dollar tree being the oldest of the bunch and that's even still usually clean and kept up, overall decent experience

It's not a great plaza .. I like to help the less fortunate, and I give to them. But there are many hanging around there.I love Marshall's, and a few others.

Stores are fine. Parking lot is awful with pot holes. Homeless mostly druggies camp there and leave messes. Clean it up

Parking is ok. They are doing construction on one of the buildings at the moment so it makes getting through the parking lot a little dificult.

The store is clean and friendly. I was much happier with Tops. Grand Union is pricey and you really need to watch for sale items. The produce section has a mark down for fruits and vegetables and even that has gone up in price. I don't call it a discount when you're paying a dollar less for stuff that's gonna go bad.

Went to Grand Union, Worse name EVER for a grocery store chain.. First time I went in one I half expected to see people in robes and pointy hats walking around.. Anyone else ever get that Vibe? It's Very clean and absolutely beautiful inside and smells great ...prices are higher for many items then other grocery stores.. But "This is a corporation that just wants all your money" shown thru when they were using really old school registers,.. Friendly cashier's and a good deal on meat if you kid has a school barbecue

This plaza is absolutely awful. The businesses are fine, but the parking lot is horrible. It's falling apart in main areas, and the construction and new buildings make it so much worse than normal. Don't go here if you don't absolutely have to.

I would have given zero stars , grand union is terrible. Horrible store managers . Snooty workers in the deli. Overpriced under stocked items. improperly dated food, Dirty floors. Nope nope nope This was tops and was my only stop for shopping before grand union took over. One visit and I'll NEVER return. I steer everyone else away too!!

The plaza has some stores/restaurants that are of convenience, such as dollar tree and domino's. Only downside is that it looks somewhat run down and plain. Other than that, it's great!

I go to dollar store for my snacks movie theater is amazing. Cheap five dollar movies on Tuesdays and Wednesdays has free popcorn I think. Movie tickets are cheap and seats are nice people are welcoming. The GameStop is awesome love the guys there always a great help

Went to Label Shopper and they had a great selection of name brand clothing. Store was well organized and the employees were very helpful and friendly.

the worst of the worst , have a club for lower prices , but no way to learn about it , no one to help. walked through and everything I needed was double the price of other stores, gauging SNAP recipients in a lower income neighborhood, terrible

It's ok overpriced the store is clean and the staff is great but there price is to high and the sad thing is most of its customers are ebt and there the ones that need the money to last and grand union takes advantage of them and its not fair

Dollar Tree staff was extremely friendly service was great I noticed at this location that they have multiple products for great prices that are also sold in department stores such as Walmart and everything here is literally $1.25 they have great selections of school supplies for children lots of snacks for children and basic household arts and crafts I like this location it had more than the average Dollar Tree then again I am in New York Florida tends to be a little different off brand items that are literally worth $125 but at this location there were multiple name brand items worth 125

Parking is readily available here there are seven stores in this plaza as well as a building that rotates different stores through the year such as spirit Halloween during October. You don't see much trash in the parking area as you would other places you may visit in the area as well

The old home town ain't what it used to be.That said, it's the plaza that refused to die.Every time something leaves, another takes it place. Not the brightest lit or cleanest but daytime shopping is just as fun.

Went to see the Grand Union( ToPs). It is very expensive, clean mostly throughout, but the staff has gone downhill a lot. Unless there’s a GREAT deal, I won’t be shopping here. I’m sorry south Rome.

Freedom Plaza has some decent options for stores, like Dollar Tree and Marshalls, Pet Supply, Tops, but I only shop at the first two and I wish they would do something with the empty space that used to be JC Penney. It looks so sad sitting there all dilapidated.

Freedom Plaza has a lot to offer, but where it has a lot to offer, it also doesn't have much. There are different shopping experiences here, but they mostly offer clothes or food. Unfortunately, locations such as JCPenney's have left. I hope to see what they can offer next for the vacant location, but I do give them props for repairing a set of abandoned property.

Very dirty place to go. Everything is always all over the place. Some people who shop there must not respect the store and it's workers. Kids are always running around. People are quite rude. The workers seem nice but they must be under staffed because it always looks like a tornado hit.

Not a bad shopping complex. Parking lot needs a lot if work and repaving.
