The worst trip ever to Dollar tree the cashier moved in a snail's pace it took her almost a half an hour to catch us out when we said something to the other cashier instead of taking over he decided to help her which moved it along a little bit faster but still not enough he did a whole line of people in the time it took her to get a bag ready for us they need new employees. Will not be suggesting going back there anytime soon

One of my favorites, which pre Covid-19, was almost 5 unique items (e.g., lavendar floor cleaner; colored index cards; certificate frames; celeste pizza; Texas garlic toast) to a brand name product! Yes, I would love new carpeting (indoor-outdoor)!

It's become much cleaner and staff are friendlier than they use to be. Shelves are still impacted by the pandemic but still stocked enough to continue shopping there.

The store was very messy, but that's because they need someone dedicated for the job of keeping the store clean and organized looking. When you have to be at the register because of a steady stream of customers,there's not much time to clean the store. It really doesn't matter anyway because the products in the store are good.

Worst Dollar tree ever.. Never stocked with any of the merchandise that all the other dollar tree stores have, it's dirty with garbage all over the floors. Stock is knocked over and on floors, blocking access, Obviously the management has zero idea what there doing and this location should be addressed by the regional management, there making the corporation look terrible.. Drive up to the black River store instead, they are run properly..

The young gentleman that cashed me out was phenomenal the other gentleman that was there was very polite The female that was working she sneezed in her hand and then started touching things when I said that she should wash her hands or hand sanitizen before touching things because of covid she started getting a smart attitude and our attitude and said I'm leaving anyway so it doesn't matter I'm like it does matter you can get in trouble for it and you can get the store written up regardless regardless of how you feel about it it's still an issue and then she goes ooh hoo who cares I'm leaving anyways so it doesn't matter.....It's a good thing she's leaving because of the fact this fact that the Dollar Tree has normally really good employees and they don't need a bad Apple who doesn't care if they're spreading germs around or not.....Then she was arguing with the gentleman behind the register and he said no I don't wanna do it because I don't wanna get in trouble she goes it doesn't matter if I get in trouble I'm leaving next week anyways....he did the right thing and said no I'm not I care about my job.....all employees should be like him.....

Let me start by saying how much I love Dollar Tree. My review of this location is in comparison to the 2 other locations in my area that I frequently shop at. This particular store, which is so conveniently located for me as it is literally within walking distance of my house, is beyond sub par. They don't keep the store well stocked and are often out of many items. What they do have in stock looks messy and disorganized on the shelves, and the items are always filthy. Lastly, the selection is MUCH better at the other locations where they carry many items the Erie Blvd. store never gets.My one compliment is that they are very good when it comes to returns. In my experience, as long as you have your receipt, they will take anything back and let you exchange it for anything else they sell...assuming they have it in stock!

I was at the dollar tree on Sunday around 11am and I couldn't believe it but all the employees there were wearing their masks only over their mouths with their noses sticking out. I was very upset to see this and wonder how this store refuses to wear their masks properly in order to protect us customers and totally getting away with it!!!! If I become sick from my day out and the 10 minutes I spent in this store. I'm suing dollar tree for allowing their employees to carelessly infect shoppers like myself. Dollar tree has always been one of my favorite stores and I am disgusted that I have been home for months worried about the virus making me ill from all my medical issues and then try to go shopping for a change and actually leave the house to have to be confronted with COULD CARE LESS EMPLOYEES OF DOLLAR TREE. Wth is wrong with their policy and why are they putting people in harms way. Now I will not be shopping there anymore until the corona virus is gone. Thanks but no thanks Dollar tree!!

I do like getting cleaning supplies here. And gift bags wrapping paper etc. The sales people are very friendly and courteous but the store is not the cleanest and shelves are not neat at times.

This location is slowly going downhill. The people working there are rude and not very helpful. The store is dirty and barely kept up. And the customers that were in the store when I was there were less than desirable. Will not be stopping at this location again anytime soon.

If you have an underlining condition or you are at high risk for Covid19, avoid this Dollar Tree location. I’ve heard the staff on multiple occasions tell customers they don’t need to wear a mask in the store. The employees were NOT wearing any masks as well. I being at high risk and my pregnant wife will not be shopping at this location. We’ll make the drive to the Black River DT where they enforce the state policies.

This is the most disorganized and dirtiest store. boxes of items piled up in the aisles empty boxes on the shelves. Rude customers and cashier's. store has a vile smell that you notice as soon as you walk in.
