This store showed the huge difference between purchasing online or from a big box store, and buying from a locally owned store. The workers answered my questions when I called ahead, helped me find the part when I came in and came out to the car to help me know how to install it. Awesome service, worth the trip and a liile more cost.

My battery took a dive, unexpectedly, while on my way to Utica. Since I was passing through Rome I called ahead and arranged for a battery to be ready for me. They had it out and provided me with a toolkit that I used to change the battery. The fellow at the counter was extremely helpful and made certain that I was getting the correct battery for my Tundra.

Very reliable and very fast. They had this dog with a very unique wheelchair there one day very cool looking and just the most well behaved dog ive ever seen. There is this small guy named Travis who works there and built the chair for the puppy #wastedpotental but he seems to enjoy working there more often then not lol. when I get there he is partnered with this big black haired Hagrid looking guy he is always nice when im in there very quick to find parts and is very helpful. Those two are the only ones I'll buy from when im there. Other guys name is Jake or something but Hagrid best discribes him. Honest opinion/review of my visit take it or leave it calling it like it is.
