Stopped by this branch , my first and last time. I have never been subjected to such a rude manager. Yes it’s the lady? with the glasses. Very loudly chastising a young employee and complaining about all the work she has to do. I felt so sorry and embarrassed for this young girl and don’t know why anyone would put up with that abuse. Judging by the other reviews this was not a one time behavior by this manager.If you’re reading this review lady manager, if an employee does make a mistake or error the proper and correct way is to SPEAK to them quietly or in private. What you did was make everyone in earshot uncomfortable. I feel sorry for the employees that work in such an environment.

Just wasted three minutes of my life listening to teleprompts completely irrelevant to the purpose of my call. Just have someone answer the phone and answer the questions instead of making us sit on the phone through a bunch of stupid questions. If I didn’t know where the pharmacy was I wouldn’t be calling in the first place.

I stopped in to use the bathroom and get some supplies. I was told they don’t have a bathroom for the public. So KMA Walgreens. You lost a customer. Way to be human.

Second and last time using the pharmacy. Received a phone call from the pharmacy. The man on the other end was very obviously annoyed to be calling me “I don’t have your medication, you need to go somewhere else.” I ask simply asked “is it just out of stock? I can wait a few days.” Very rudely told me “it’s on back order I have other costumers that need it too.” Then hung up. Just a very odd interaction and clearly had no desire to even have a conversation about it. I know that meditation has been on back order but usually comes in a few days. I’m just still so taken back and confused by the entire interaction.

Always had good experiences with pharmacy until recently. Two prescriptions were actually short 1/2 pill. Odd. When I mentioned this, no response. Couple weeks ago they had my prescription delivered to someone else. They rectified it eventually, luckily that recipient realized it wasn't theirs.

Time of the year for flu shots! Very friendly pharmacy staff. Make appointment on line. Some difficulty with some insurances.

They are rude. Don’t answer the phone. You’ll spend at least half hour on line at the counter just to get help with an issue and then when you come back will need to wait at least that long again. If they encounter an issue, they don’t call they just wait for you to show up and wait all over again. You can literally spend hours here at a time for one medication

Was at the Rocky Point Walgreens n it's a joke. Why do you schedule an appt for covid shots when they dont go by it?? Bad experience and Just talking to her coworker friendly but not to the customer like that

I went here to ship a package through fedex and needed one small piece of packing tape and the older woman with glasses working, had a fit. Yelling saying she pays for that tape and there not a “packing place”. Felt bad for the younger girl at the register having to apologize for her outburst.

Poor customer service, which could be attributed to this location specifically having a low maintenance of staff. The staff is friendly but not very helpful.

Woman in the glasses (I think a manager) is extremely rude and disrespectful to both the staff/employees which is worse, and the customers. Vote with your feet and go somewhere else

Pharmacy staff fair but ordering prescriptions trouble. Can't get supplies and have to keep pestering staff to follow up. Switching to another drug store.

Pharmacy run by incompetent people. We made an appointment on the website to get vaccinated and when we arrived, they told us they are out of stock. Website doesn’t communicate with store. I guess they figure it can’t hurt to get you to come in because you’ll end up buying something.
