My dogs were scheduled for April grooming since it was the first availability they had. Jodie called me and offered to get them in sooner before the holiday. They both had baths and one had a haircut. They came home looking and smelling great with awesome Easter bandanas! Truly appreciate Jodie for calling and getting them in 2 weeks early!

Roseann is so terrific! My dog is always so nervous, and Roseann puts her right at ease. She is just lovely, and they are lucky to have someone who does a wonderful job and is terrific with dogs. I wouldn’t take Cocoa Puff to anyone else.

When you first enter the grooming salon, there was quite a bit of dog urine on the floor. Also, hair everywhere. In general looked filthy. I don’t even want to think about how gross the rest of the salon is that customers cannot enter. I worry about my dog getting sick. Cleaning staff needs to do better.

My groomer is routinely excellent and I am very happy with her service but I was due a free session due to it being my 8th visit but it was denied based upon the fact that my visit was "overdue" though nowhere was I previously advised that it had to be within a certain time frame which I find extremely annoying. I therefore had to pay when I expected my earned free session.

I liked being able to make my appt.early,when there aren't a lot of dogs there. My dog gets scared,especially when there are big dogs. I liked that she wasn't there to long as well. I was able to pick her up in a reasonable amt.if time. Thank you! Jodie does a great job!

You're going to want to make an appointment with Jodie. She's been grooming by bulldog for 4 years now and she's thorough, knowledgeable and most of all, she treats my boy like he's a king!
