I go here a lot and my food orders are Never right. They always ask but never make it right. Some of the people are nice. some act like they don’t care or it’s an inconvenience so I don’t say anything about my deli sandwich or breakfast sandwiches never being correct I just know what to not to get from here.

The cold cuts are not handled properly. Properly cooled and wrapped , the meats are bad. Went into the store to file a complaint and was met with opposition and told my son was sick. Also trying to dismiss what I had to say and spoken down to. In my opinion, This is not a place you want to eat at if you want to keep your health.

Don’t come here often but when I do staff is always friendly. I’m amazed at how much product is packed to this little store. It’s like a mini supermarket.

Ordered 2 heros, so much better then jersey mikes or subway and cheaper and I wasn't able to go into store and they brought it out to me very friendly

If you like to buy cold cuts from a dirty deli, get spoken to as if you’re an inconvenience, listen to rap music at unreasonable level, and have teenager employees nod rather than speaking this is the place for you. This place is not what you would expect from a small hometown place. Hey, staff/owner… in todays economy people are struggling. We choose to go to your place and spend our hard earned money. I don’t expect red carpet service but maybe show a little appreciation. Or maybe at least speak to us like adults. Woman at the deli section has the personality of a wet sock. Won’t ever go here again. “Shop with us” in Shoreham’s employees make you feel appreciated and open their mouths and speak. They don’t look at you and nod anticipating an order. And guess what… English is clearly their second language. Handy Pantry.. take note and try to be a little more like them. I’d never recommend Handy Pantry.

I tried probably the best named breakfast ever called Vegetarians Nightmare hero but was hugely disappointed. Asked for sunny side up eggs and were over hard. Bacon, turkey and sausage were dry, tough and very thin. May be fake bacon. No cheese! I expected much better for $16.00. A technical issue on their website doesn't allow you to order this hero online because it requires you to choose the bread but hero isn't on the list.

Always helpful. Always clean and well stocked even when the supermarkets aren’t! Deli is wonderful. Since the DeLucas bought this Handy Pantry it’s been a pleasure to go in. Staff is friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. Highly recommend!

Love the place! Used to go there almost daily once the pandumbic started. Reliable in having those things we needed. Great deli counter and cold cut selection. Super house prepared foods too. Best deal on Sunday mornings is the Kaiser roll special!😍I would still go there but the new gas prices make it utterly unaffordable! Would be cheaper to have them sent FedEx overnight!Thanks "Brandon..." Ya really screwed up everything down to a good sandwich 😂Oops, forgot to mention, we moved out to Arizona April, 2021. BTW, they are very community minded and supportive of local cause, always looking for ways to give back and say Thank You!

Our first visit to this store to order catering. My daughter used them for Father's Day. She had heroes that were perfect. The sandwich slices were easy to handle without all the lettuce and tomato falling out. The slices were cut 2 finger width which was perfect and the bread was the perfect height so it wasn't all bread. The staff was helpful as we kept changing our minds but the help and suggestions were spot on. The Manager finished our order as the store was constantly busy. I would recommend them in a heart beat and since my daughter lives close, we will be back.UPDATE picked up our order and it was ready when they said it would be. OMG there was plenty of food for the first birthday party...4 5 ft heroes (one Italian, one America, one meatball, and one mozz/tomato and my husband's home grown basil that they gladly added. The salads were so much better than usual deli ones. Thank you all for the memorable food.

So happy to have this store so close to home. We are regular shoppers there. Boars head cold cuts have frequent specials and we love that! You can basically get everything there! Owners are kind and always involved with the community.

I’m home with Covid. I’m finally up to eating again. I ordered an egg sandwich. I don’t know what happened, but the sandwich that DoorDash delivered was not what I ordered, and it was a mess. I couldn’t even eat it. I called Handy Pantry, and the nice lady I spoke with made me a new sandwich and delivered it curbside for me. Thank you 😊

I've lived in the area for 6 years now, & just recently had a breakfast sandwich from HP. The first time was a charm, the second time today, was even better!!!!! So delish & beats all the other local deli spots!

UPDATE: Handy Pantry reached out to recify and I appreciate that!To Handy Pantry: Thanks for your response and offer to fix the issue. Both orders were placed on Grubhub, as are the majority of our orders every week for Handy Pantry, usually with no issue. Grubhub already rectified so no need to, but I'm just happy this was acknowledged and hoping no issues going foward. Thanks!Order details per your request:6/3: Order # 97381906-0156175; pepperoncini and hot sauce missing on both sandwiches6/5: Order # 76291908-7915997; Over easy eggs were cooked over hard (usually always cooked properly)-----------Handy Pantry usually makes AMAZING egg sandwiches. It hurts me to write this, but the past 2 orders have been a disappointment, including incorrectly cooked eggs on one order, and missing several items on 2 deli sandwiches on another order.Also if you order through grub hub they *never* seem to read the special instructions box.I really hope Handy Pantry reads these reviews and makes adjustments accordingly, because they do have good food and I would love to give them the business. I'll order from them one more time and see if this is just a fluke or the new norm.

This is the place to go in the AM for bacon egg n cheese and coffee... and today it's the place to go for chop meat...i forgot the chop meat for the Sunday Sauce ... thankyou for always having what I need in stock. EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND SUPER ATTENTIVE at the Rocky Point Handy Pantry!

This store is always has great attentive service, has a great selection and is stocked unlike some of the big stores these days. There are a few workers that are staples and always working and then a rotating staff all friendly and helpful.

Deli worker doesn’t know what they have when asked for a product that was sitting right in front of me. She said they don’t carry that but in the glass display it’s there. She then walked away to chat with her friends that came in the door while I waited. She came back then asked again what I wanted and got it out of the case.Employee does not seem to care if they lose customers. Will not be returning. Merry Christmas

Kalie cuts cold cuts like a 20 yr veteran of the slicer. Its nice to have people care about things when you ask for Thin. many others just cut however jsut to get the line moving.
