My husband and I went in on Saturday to buy some things. There was a guy working the register alone during a very busy time of day. I would have been very overwhelmed in his position, but he handled the rush really well. He greeted every customer kindly and even arranged our purchases nicely on the counter so it was easy to pick them up. I wish I had his name, but we were very impressed by how professional he was while it was so busy and the care he put into his work. Great employee!!!

I love love love dollar tree!!!!! Today the BS that took place was unacceptable. Rocky point NY dollar tree the assistant manager would not help the women ring anyone up. The line was all the way down the aisle and the assistant manager said she couldn't help ring up. This has happened numerous occasions with this same assistant manager.maSomething

This is my favorite place to buy cards for all celebrations. There is a great selection and you can't beat the price. This store is organized and the staff is friendly. It's a Dollar Tree so as expected there is a bit of everything. What I appreciate is that everything is $1.25 or less. No guessing on price here. Super convenient place to shop.

This is a good-sized Dollar Tree store therefore they carry a lot more products than other dollar stores do.There is an excellent variety of items for everyone and I always find a lot of good values at this store. It's one of my regular shopping places just like the supermarket I go here just as often.They have a large variety of cards and holiday items depending on the time of year this is definitely a five star store. The employees that work at this store are some of the most pleasant people that you would find in any type of store.I really hope the managers/owners see this. They are all a great team. 👍

Managers treat the cashiers horribly in this establishment. On 3/16, the manager was too busy closing out registers at 8pm (closes at 10) and 'facing' the store. Ignoring the fact that there is a huge line. Leaving this poor cashier to do all the work herself (the true mvp).

Most of the shelves were fully stocked, which was amazing to see. Most vital items are still not on the shelves, though (rubbing alcohol, disinfecting products, etc). Would've still given the store 5 stars had it not been for the agitated associate that rung me up. I mentioned to her I only wanted to buy 2 bags when it was my turn. She still had tried to use too many bags for my items. If the bags were still free, I wouldn't have minded at all. When I brought this to her attention she started to get a tad snippy. I used to work in a Dollar Tree and have worked retail a LONG time. No matter what mistake was made, whether yours or the customers, it's just not worth it to lose your cool. Hope she had a better rest of her day.

I Iove the Dollar Tree stores but this is the most unfriendly and picky store about everything, the two times I had returns they acted like I was a criminal. Every other dollar store is very accommodating this one is terrible and the clerk basically told me if you don’t like it go to another store. The manager is nasty and unfriendly also, even tho this is the closest one to me I will not shop there I’ll drive to any other one,

Better than most dollar trees, clean, well organized, friendly people. Still there are many items that are often not in stock, or at least not on the shelves. Dollar Tree needs to do a better job as a chain of keeping items in stock and on the shelves

Not VERY, they are EXTREMELY nice people that work there. They will always take the timeout & answer your questions without getting they typical roll of their eyes, that I ALWAYS get in other stores! These ladies that work at this particular Dollar Tree, are Hmmm??? Well, I’ll just say it, because I CAN & it is the TRUTH. They are one of... If not they NICEST staff of young ladies, that I have ever met! Especially the young lady with the blond hair who I believe is the Store Manager? I’m not sure? Regardless though, they are ALL kind, extremely nice a very helpful.

Great place to get a variety of items. Dollar Tree, unlike other Dollar Stores, has everything in the store priced at $1. Some of the items I buy here include hand sanitizer, replacement bottles of soap (huge), regular pump bottles of soap, shaving cream (large can), plastic utensils for work, spray disinfectant (comparable to Lysol), toothpaste (name brands), tooth brushes (name brands as well) and cheap cookie sheets that last a few months with regular use.

All employees wearing a mask.10/3/20 Christmas decorations available and on display.11/12/20 hand/cart sanitization station available at entrance.Manager Neil makes me feel like a valued customer, addressing my concern (where is the herbal/no caffeine tea always carried) with real answers like "I will fix that for you asap".

I like this place a lot! I come here for stuff I need and things I can get for a deal! It is a dollar store so don’t expect much! Workers usually friendly! Gene isn’t very nice and old lady with grey hair and glasses is not kind!

Great place to shop where everything truly is a dollar. Once in a while, I give the kids $5 or $10 and let them pick out their own items. Lost a star due to the long lines; things back up when people need balloons. Other than that, the price is right!

Fantastic selection of things for only a dollar, quality items that can be found for all assorted prices else were. Worth looking here for assorted close to a dollar costing items and a few select items that would normally be three or four dollars.

I wanted the salad bowls 2 for 1 buck ,they didn't have any.Next no Tea bags .Then no rice not the jasmine regular. SO.. ..I was disappointed....
