If I could give ZERO stars I would. LEAHA was extremely rude. She should not interact with customers. She would not even look up to answer when I tried asking her a question.Thank you two the staff members that was stocking in the back who acknowledged me and answered my questions without a problem.

I did online order Friday and went there on Saturday, January 21. I drove about 21 miles as compared to the near be which is 11 miles from home as the products I needed were all available in this location. Upon arrival, I went straight to the registers to ask for my online pick-up. I was then informed that the staff did not have the time to put together my order.As so, I decided to grab it myself and start the whole process for ordering what I needed. It was very hard to locate products in the store. My quick pickup became more than 30 minutes looking for products.The 2 stars is for the personal that saw me being a bit lost and assisted me in looking for one of the products that I needed.The store definitely would benefit on having extra staff members and extended management.

There’s this one cashier that always though money at me . I thought it was me but no every time I go there it’s like she don’t want to touch ur hand. Also had a coworker go there same thing maybe she’s Races dry nasty attitude. She wears glasses always have mask on and or gloves. You might want to tryn check her I’m going in next time with camera recording n put on you tube !

Just left the Rocky Point NY store. I had a $5 off coupon only good for today. When I went to purchase the coupon would not go through the manager Brandon then accuses me of already using it. I asked what do you do with them after used he said throw it out so I asked them how would I still have it? I absolutely did not use it already I’m not that person that would try to get one over like that. He said well I can’t help you you used it. Absolutely the worst customer service and he is extremely rude.

Always have an issue with D.G digital coupons. You can only get the sale price that's advertised in front of product if you download coupons. I make sure I download all coupons. Time to make sure I received the sale price on 1 item and clerk yells me I don't have that coupons downloadedWhile my app says 0 coupons to download

I love this store I find everything I need the house Health good snacks dog treats dog food great prices anything you're looking for you can find in the store they have great prices and they'll give you if you spend a certain amount on your receipt give you $25 if you spend they give you a $5 off if you hook up an app to your phone it's even better but this place is great I would go in there are awesome another great place because shop at very clean very friendly and great prices I bought a large can of Maxwell House Coffee for like $3 in change great price and I get all my dog snacks there and a lot of stuff I get there great try going their for Christmas shopping they have so many toys have they have makeup bathroom stuff baby stuff great prices just please go check it out you'll be really satisfied

The worst place in Suffolk. Every time I go there is an issue here. Don’t ever go for the clearance events at all. There is nothing good in the clearance section at all. Never have a per you deal like other states. Christmas items had a sticker price and they would not honor the price that was on the sticker. Just all around terrible.

Dollar general is pretty coool but it would be 100x better if i could figure put how to save more.... at stop in shop its very easy to set up a store card where you can get more savings..... im still trying to understand if dollar general even has that available.

What a joke of a store sooo dirty smalls and the manger is ruddeee hung up on me. I asked for corporate‘s phone number and he said idk and hung up on me again. And they never have anything I need because their stock is never filled. They closest location down immediately

This dollar general recently asked employees who tested positive with covid-19 to come to work. I have to give this store a negative 5. The $15 minimum starts tomorrow and today they fired an employee or 2. I suspect this company is cutting staff to save on having to pay the new minimum. Dollar general is low class and employers managers at low wages to batter and fire lower paid staff. I've got no choice but to call DOH and CDC to report their poor practices as far as covid-19 spreaders go.SHAME !!!!! They need to be put out of business.

Pretty Good I like this store unfortunately it's not in my own backyard where I have to travel to it but all and all its got what I need and the prices are excellent and worth the trip couldn't find everything but it'll varry from week to week It'll all depend what you're looking for.

Couldn't do my shopping for the reason that your store don't have handicap scooters to shop. I am feeling very left.out. it's bad enough I can't walk and even worse when I can't do any shopping.

Shelves not really stocked. Hardly any generic over the counter meds.only name brand at 2x price. No big sales on soap or paper. End caps were a mess with no sales.

Great little store. They replaced the family dollar that was in the same location and the cleanliness and orderly appearance have increased greatly.

The cashier was very helpful and looked happy to have a job and I think that's great. I will go back and shop a few times a week
