This would have been a convenient 7-11 to buy coffee in the morning, on my way to work. I leave early in the A.M. looks like the new night crew closes the store for about an hour(to clean). So no coffee :(. Though, recently stopped in right when they "re-opened", but they didn't brew any coffee! I did go in this morning,(4:30am), got my coffee, and noticed they ripped the bathroom sign off the bathroom door. I asked why , the answer was "it's broken". Yeah, ok.... two other customers complained about it too. I thought it was bathroom open for customer when the first opened up? Even though, it's a little inconvenient, I go to the old 7-11 on rocky point road they never failed me!

My family and I rode the near by Bike trail we asked the woman inside to use the bathroom. We were told we couldn't use the bathroom. She said the owner doesn't allow customers to use the bathroom.This was the first time we were ever denied the use of a bathroom at a 7-11 . It's not like were drug addicts I was there with my family. The women was very nice about it I could tell that she felt bad about it. This is not how to treat paying customers.

My family stopped by for some hot chocolates tonight & was greeted as we walked in, a very nice welcome. The boss opened up a fresh can of whipped cream for us to top off our drinks. The staff is always friendly, place is clean & always fully stocked.

The 7-Eleven on North Country Road in Rocky Point offers exceptional service! The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a convenient stop for snacks and essentials, and their top-notch service keeps me coming back. Five stars for their outstanding customer service!

This is a great 7-11. Katlynn is so friendly. Reminds me of that old time corner deli where they knew and remebered you and your family.

Poor customer service , employees have nasty attitudes and are constantly taking smoke brakes while customers are waiting to pay for their items, hot food seems to be sitting for weeks also highly doubt the coffee is actually fresh. Bathrooms are also not allowed to the customers??Who are hiring these bums ?

I'm an on going customer, hands down the best 7-Evelen around. Well stocked, cleanest and always inviting. Staff are well informed and help you with anything you need. There's always fresh coffee, hot food and a veriaty of different things to chose from in the isles or out of the cooler. Kaitlynn is also one of the most wonderful staff members there, always happy with a smiling face.

I have never been treated so rudely from any 7-eleven on Long Island before. The woman spoke to me like I was a dog, then made fun of me to the next customers. I travel for work and have been in 100's of 7-elevens, including this one. The blond woman that works here during the day is very nice. This woman tonight not only disrespected me, but then laughed at me to the other customers. That was the worst part.

Never stocked, hot food tastes like it has been sitting a few days, flies everywhere and the managers always have an attitude. One manager will be in the back/basement and you can hear the typing feedback from their phone over the radio.
