This store is beyond ghetto. The pharmacy is terribly slow and will receive a prescription and not have it ready hours later. Then they will tell you to come back in 30 min and it’s still not ready. My sick aging parents deserve better treatment. Just close this location and make parking for everyone this location is a horrific experience for anyone.

Every time I go in this store it’s so neat and organized! They have great customer service, a young lady by the name of Jamie (I believe) is always so sweet, helpful, and understanding. Always has a smile of her face to brighten your day. Awesome sales as well! Great job Walgreens!

The floor employees are rude and unhelpful and bathrooms are supposedly never working but more than likely they just dont let customers use them. The pharmacy workers are nice and very pleasant but the pharmacy is so ridiculously slow. Just waited an hour to get my flu shot with no other customers waiting for shots. This store really needs better managment.

The Cashier by the name David was very helpful when I went in to buy some late night groceries. Very kinda and gave me my best experience at a Walgreens that I have ever had. I will definitely be back.

Understaffed. Floor staff rude. The other day asked for toothpaste that was locked up. Clerk said to me “do you need it now”? Today preparing to make my 3rd visit to pharmacy for prescription. Hopefully 3rd try will be the charm. Pharmacy staff pleasant but understaffed. Walgreens does not appear capable of providing pharmacy services at an acceptable level.

I was inviting Rite and Pharmacy last week with my mom. I was not feeling well and needed to use the restroom. I asked for the key to the restroom. Trying to tell the cashier in the front not feeling well I need to use the restroom. She was rude and says the key is locked in the bathroom and they don’t have a bathroom. So I couldn’t Shop what I needed I had to leave to go home so I can use Bathroom. So lucky that I did not get sick right there in the front of the store. I need to speak to management on rude cashier was. I made need to change pharmacy. Not to mention that we travel to get to the pharmacy it’s not around the corner.

Maybe it's not fair of me to single out this store for this problem but . . .Why do the cashiers have to chit chat with each other while ringing me up or counting out my change. It really bothers me. I'm giving you my hard earned money please pay attention to me. If I don't shop where you work you may end up with no place to work. It's pretty simple.On the bright side.Store is clean and fairly well stocked.

I give this location a 1 star only because I can’t rate it a 0 but I came in to by some grocery’s and items and left with no grocery’s because their register could not read my ebt card and when I asked to put it in manually she said she can’t when mean while my aunt work for Walgreens and does it. Definitely need more training.

Their pharmacy is garbage with poor customer service and rude employees ! Not only they didn't have my prescription ready, after waiting another 40 mins they put in the wrong medicine and then the worker Britney got nasty with me and told me if I don't like it not to shop there ! Great customer service exhibited by the person that totally messed up my order and could have gotten me extremely sick!!!! She also continued to say things about me to the pharmacist including using lots of profanity to describe customers that shop at rite aid. The rest of the store is pretty ok however the lines are always absurd with 1-2 people at the register.however , every person at register is very nice and always apologize for the wait. Although I live across the street I will be making my way to Duane Reade

Every time I go to fill a prescription this rite aid pharmacy never has it. Then I'm told it has to be order, comeback tomorrow. I comeback then I get "give me 15 minutes". 1 hour later still nothing! Plus the pharmacy staff are very cold and unfriendly! I dealt with Tina. I'm sticking with Duane Reade for now on and I will encourage my family friends & neighbors to do the same!

The pharmacy NEVER HAS ANYTHING! They make you wait longer than you have to.... always say 30minutes but as soon as you tell them you can't wait and have to go they prepare it quick. Aside from that the staff is so disgustingly rude !! I mean beyond rude!.

I have been shopping here for years never any issues. Now there is one on Jericho turnpike where the women that work there are rude at the register. Never say good morning or hello .

The store is closed before the actual time it’s supposed to. Staff was rude about changing the hours of operation for their own comfort. If the store closes at 12 then it should close at 12. The store needs a revise on staff if they feel like they want to close the store when they want.

It's very expensive, and some of the clerks are rude. It's right across the street from where I live, but I'd rather walk many miles to go somewhere else.
