No one ever picks up the phone. I had been trying to get in touch with them for about two and a half to three weeks eventually I found time to come in and talk with them about a situation.

Very nice employees and they are conscious about cleanliness of the payment equipment and counter space. And they have family bags of Herr's potato chips. Sour cream & onion are my absolute favorite. Thank you staff! 100 🌟 s from me.

The store is always way too packed with inventory in boxes. The employees are always nice for the most part. This store opens whenever they want. It’s never on time because most times the cashiers are upset that they are by themselves. I have been coming to this store for years so I know and have spoken with some of them.

Always the quick go to when I need a quick snack or household item. They usually have everything I need and the staff is nice.*Update: don't use your EBT Card here. They steal cash off of your card if you have public assistance. Be cautious.change your pin right after or Just use straight cash.

When family dollar first opened up all the shelves were stockedFor few years this store is never stocked and the manager is not friendly.They leave all the stock that they have in the isles where you can't get to the merchandise and is very dangerous. It looks like some of the staff members are very lazy. They should shut this store down. There were also Roches in some of the isles running . They need to clean up this mess and make this store look a lot better or shut it down. On April 23 22 I went there and the store was closed.

I enjoy going to DS prices are manageable for consumers like myself especially when I can buy what I need for my family (dispite Inflation) and finding new products, etc.However, this DS NEEDS to completely clear and reorganized the store's Merchandise & Inventory because its usual left in the isles. It's difficult to shop with merchandise obstructing the isles and blocking items on the shelves. Inflation reflects the empty shelves space that is not being utilized and this consequently poses a safety risk for consumers like myself. During recent visit trying to access various items was a little difficult and risky, etc. Inventory needs to be prioritized especially during the Holidays. I appreciate this DS and want to continue to shop there and like to see it as it should be safe, filled with merchandise, decent prices for a safe and pleasant experience. Fact, consumers are not always considerate for whatever reason their in a rush, they bump and push you just to get by but it can provoke an incident between the customers... as a senior I need to prevent these type risk.

Stopped by this family dollar once but never again!As soon as I entered I observed a long line with only one slow moving cashier present. I was a cashier all through HS and my line never moved this slow!I asked her if I made a purchase would I be able to get cash back. She said sometimes?? Clearly the staff was not very helpful.So I picked up 2 items that I wanted and waited in that line that was at a complete standstill. Once I got to the register and my items were rang up I pushed the request to get cash back on the card reader. Instead of simply granting my request I was informed of a fee! I had never experienced this at any other family dollar store that I've ever been to. Also, this fee was not mentioned by the staff member that asked at all - not that her answer was helpful in any way.I'll definitely be avoiding this store in the future.

Very busy store, alot of a selection, but also runs out of items alot, super quick. Most times things are not stocked but on pallets taking up space in the isles. Customer service there is very kind.

I worked at a family dollar so idk why if online states store closes 10pm why do they have no hours on the door of store weekday/weekend hours at all and the door is locked by 9pm update website and put proper store info so no one assumes y'all hate yall job so you lock the door to keep customers away...

As other customers have already stated, there is always a long line. There are never enough cashiers. They're always changing the aisles. Also they don't make the customers feel welcomed. Whoever is doing store surveillance likes to selectively put on the "is everything ok in the store" over the loud speaker. It's off putting when you always buy everything you pick up and you're a regular in the store.

The Lines are long. All day. Everyday. Stock is always in the walk ways. Staff doesn’t last long because it’s never enough of them and they seemed over worked. But the check out line is the worst! Prepare for at least a 15 to 30 minutes wait always.

The area is a bit run down the Family Dollar is part of a strip area that needs to be renovated and updated. The store can be pretty dirty, the workers are definitely friendly and have fun while working however, the items in the store especially the clothing area sometimes needs to be restocked or items needs to be maintained neatly.

As of today it looks like there is new staff and management, they don't know any info on products if you ask a question they are clueless and they have the nerve to watch you around the store at least have intellect if you are gonna watch someone. I hope this is temporary and the old staff comes back., they where way more friendly and personable. Also there is boxed inventory, ladders, etc all over the place serious hazard.

Lines are extremely long sometimes there is only 1 person at the register in the afternoon to evening times so the wait is long

The lines are always so long. In the middle of a pandemic people don't follow the 6 feet distance so all these people standing packed on top of each other is so unsafe. There registers stop working after waiting 15 mins in the line, everyone had to leave. They closed the store. So unprofessional.

The prices are good, they always have something that I am looking for, the staff is helpful. I have it 3 starts because the area this store is in is pretty lonesome, dirty, with panhandlers right outside the doors as you go in or tenants from the projects across the street talking loud smoking both weed and cigarettes as if the block is simply a hangout for them.

A Great Place to shop to pick up stuff you need for every day living. Most of the stuff is priced sensible but they also get a bit pricey with certain stuff.I feel they need to tone down there prices as i have found cheaper prices at other Family Dollar Stores other than that the manager Joe is Great always very helpful as are most of the staff members.Highly recommend shopping here!!

The stock clerk and the cashiers we're all friendly and very helpful I would definitely make a purchase from here again.I do love visiting the store as I did again today and still my reviews are the same I love the store shopping here is therapeutic for me in a sense

I shopped in this location on Saturday. When I walked in there was an older woman (customer) who asked for another cashier to ring her up because the woman she was dealing with was rude. While she was making the request, the cashier actually had the audacity to tell her she didn't care and to report her if she doesn't like it. This same cashier continued to verbally bash the customer while onlookers stopped their shopping to see what was going on. What really upset me is the other woman behind the counter made mention she was a manager and she too joined in on the rude behavior after the customer left by loudly bashing the woman's race. What happened to common decency and professionalism?

This Family Dollar store @ this location STINKS. The worker are SLOW, RUDY, and the LINE IS ALWAYS LONG and THEY ALWAYS have ONLY 1 cashier open. To ask for a manager is a JOKE. I wish they would either get some people who REALLY want to WORK or just CLOSE this store and replace it with something better.

The Family Dollar Store is dirty.. it leaks when it rains. There is only one cashier working at peak hours and they are rude and disrespectful! And the prices are terrible. And they sell items to the Key food and reap the profits. Needs new management! Immediately

I stopped in this location yesterday, Mar. 2, 2021. As I entered the store, an employee walked directly in front of me with a mask below his chin, talking to someone who was at a distance. Before I could get much further, he walked past me again, mask still not covering nose and mouth. A few paces into the store I saw a shopper also with a mask below the nose and mouth. I left immediately, not wanting to continually be potentially exposed to Covid-19. Signs on the entrance stress mask-wearing, yet even the STAFF did not comply. Won't be back.

I like the items and prices but it's a bit too cramped. The isles are very tight and there's always a long wait in line. A lot of times there is only one employee behind the counter ringing up a long line of customers.

I get what I need, can use my brand coupons there. But I'd advise corporate to re evauluate store setup. Many in the rockaways of nyc have scooters, walkers or wheelchairs. It can be a bit difficult for them to navigate this location

I always go to Family Dollar the prices are super reasonable the people are courteous they are long line sometimes because it's so popular but that's to be expected. They always have everything you need for all the holidays so from 1 to 5 I give it a 5.

Less expensive than the least expensive supermarket, yet same quality nonperishables that I purchase. Friendly staff, longer hours, and I can order many items not in stock. It's also a mini Target.

Went to Family Dollar on a Friday for plates, usually they have no plates or cups...but I got my plates and waited 29 minutes on line because they only had one register open... Disappointed

Is amazing to shop there prices are great but those lines are ridiculous. They have 3 registers and they want to have one girl charging. This Is the only issue there.
