Designer Hardwood Floors were recommended to us by my son, and I saw the great job he did at their house. We replaced carpet with vinyl plank flooring. Cole did a phenomenal job! He and Britton were right on schedule and stayed in the budget. They got rid of all the garbage and left the floor totally cleaned up. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about Cole and his team. I bought my first home and was moving up from the city. I was having trouble finding anyone open to working on a deadline. Cole took on the project with 100% transparency and enthusiasm. Great craftsmanship and totally fair pricing. Cole and his team made our floors look amazing!! Every single corner and spot on our floors are perfect after they sanded and stained them. He was professional, fast, fair, and so skilled. Almost our entire house of hardwood floor needed to be refinished and Cole and his team did them all in 3 days with a very fair price! They cleaned up beautifully and left my house perfect! Cole and Britton are incredible! We have 3 little dogs and had carpet in our living room. These dogs and carpet did not mix! We called Cole one evening and two hours later, he was in our house giving us advice and our estimate. We even decided to sand down the hardwood on the other side of the house and go with a darker stain. Cole is very affordable and does outstanding work! The lumber arrived in a matter of days and he even reached out to see if he could start the job a day earlier than originally scheduled! Who does that?!? Cole and Britton are professional, hardworking and a good time! They left our house super clean and even brought extra fans so we could use the stairs sooner knowing we have a newborn. I recommend Cole and Britton hands down!

Cole was very honest with me every step of the way, on time each day, and prep and clean up was superb. My floors were disastrous, and I asked him to do his best and he made them look great!! This use to be open porch and has been enclosed and had carpet over it. The repair was not done by Cole that was under the carpet

The floor looked awful. I went to home depot and have them take a look at it and I was going to have them put down flooring. The sales person pulled me aside and told me to have someone refinish it. I spent weeks trying to find someone. I was recommended Cole by a friend. Cole and his team came in and I am still smiling from ear to ear. My husband and I purchased our first home that was covered in old carpet. We knew half the house had hardwood underneath the carpet that was going to need to be refinished and the family room was going to need brand new wood entirely as nothing but plywood was under that area. We closed on 10/10 and called Cole who came within 45 minutes! He was super informative, and gave us a ton of options. We had priced this job out to 4 others and no one even came close to Cole's price or knowledge. The refinish job was beautiful (living room, stairs and 2 bedrooms) he even got out tough dark pet urine stains! However, I audibly gasped when I saw the new wood he had installed for us! The room was large so we went with a slightly wider plank and matched the stain from the other areas of the house. His work was amazing, he and his guys are the nicest, they didn't leave a mess behind and were extremely timely. They knew we were moving in on 10/27 and were finished days before that. I am recommending to anyone looking to refinish or install new hardwood floors. Seriously, call this guy.

Cole refinished my hardwood floors and stained them. He did 3 rooms and hallways. He was in and out in 2 days. I just can’t get over how amazing my floors look! The color change has made my floors look up to date and gorgeous!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone! They did awful job left staples in floor when I mentioned it said wohld leave a mark left paint can mark on floor by trim big gap they could of used wood filler and on top oh that there were bubbles all over floor they said buffed it out they buffed some out not all and redid it . They used different stuff. Said less odor but was very dull looking when they redid it second time . The old floors have more shine than the new ones. .wasn’t happy at all .I was better off leavening all the bubbles on floor at least had some shine to floor .

A family member had Cole and crew refinish their floors and they were lovely. So when we decided to take up carpet and replace with hardwood flooring Designer was our first choice. Reasonable rates, excellent craftsmanship and an eye to detail.Cole even mixed some grout to be sure all abutments looked perfect.On time and neat! Cole and his guys did a great job on our house. They replaced the upstairs carpet with hardwood floors and it looks great, and were even able to fix the squeaky areas of the floor. They also refinished the downstairs hardwood floor and it looks and it looks like a new house. I highly recommend Designer Hardwood Floors. They started and finished the work on time, came in on budget and did an excellent job. Cole and his guys were very efficient, affordable and couldn’t be nicer. After completing a kitchen renovation we decided to get our old rugs in the hallways, living room, and dining room removed and for the fist time in over 40 years expose our hardwood floors! After consulting with several hardwood contractors we decided to go with Designer Hardwood Floors and we're glad we did!Right from the start it was easy to see that Cole and his team was the way to go!! Cole came by and clearly explained the process and presented us with his recommendation and a very reasonable price!!When the kitchen project was completed we called Cole and scheduled the job. I called Cole based on a recommendation from a friend and boy, was she right. Very professional and friendly, accommodating of our crazy schedules...and dogs. Our floors were a prefinished oak installed by our builder 16 years ago. Time, sunlight, wear and tear had taken its toll. Cole recommended three coats of a super durable finish. We also had him refinish two sets of stairs. His crew was efficient and clean up was taken care of without question. He is very knowledgeable and we are so happy with our naturally finished floors. After pulling up a 20 yr old carpet, we were ready to take advantage of the hardwood floors underneath. Unfortunately, they were not looking so great. Pet accidents over the years had left ugly black stains on the oak. Cole’s team came in and completely transformed them. He suggested a darker stain to blend the pet spots and he was right…they blend seamlessly. The team was prompt, professional and left my home spotless. His price was quite fair and I would definitely use him again.

Cole at Designer Hardwood Floors was TERRIFIC! I found Designer Hardwood Floors with a simple Google search and messaged him via his website on a Sunday evening. Within minutes, Cole called and spoke with me about our home and the vision we had for our hardwood floors. We set up an appointment for an estimate, Cole was on time, professional, and sat with us for over an hour making sure he understood what we wanted and we understood the process. From that time on Cole was always in touch with us regarding materials, availability, and pricing. There wasn't ever a point where we were not 100% clear on expectations. For the week and half that Cole meticulously worked in our house he was reliable, pleasant, and trustworthy. Once our floors were finished they looked INCREDIBLE! It was exactly what we wanted and at very reasonable prices. No surprises. A pleasant experience from start to finish. I had my kitchen renovated last year and the contractor never returned to fix the transition between the old hardwood and the new hardwood flooring as promised. I decided to sell my house and needed the transition fixed asap. Cole graciously fit my small, but detailed, job into his already full schedule. The transition looks great! Wish I had have went with him to begin with when doing the floor! I won't hesitate to contact him for any future work I may need done on hardwood floors!

We had a section of flooring ripped up due to water damage. Cole and his workers matched the wood beautifully and blended in the new flooring with such precision that it looks like there was never an issue. We had the entire floor sanded down to bare wood and restrained a lighter color. Our floors look as if they are brand new! I would highly recommend this company Designer Hardwood Floors to anyone who is looking for either a new install, repair of an older floor, or just a color change. Cole takes pride in his work, as is evident by the quality of the finished product.

Cole and his team did an amazing job on our floors! We bought a new home in Feb with hardwood that needed some attention, as well as needing some new floor installed. He finished our upstairs; sanding, re-stained to our new color, and sealed in under 3 days. A few weeks later he returned to do the downstairs. In just under 5 days, 900 sq ft of new floor was installed, stained and sealed, along with refinishing existing floor that was there. The entire process took old, outdated flooring and made it look absolutely amazing! We couldn’t be happier with the work done, so if you want beautiful floors, this is the place to call!

Cole was excellent - he finished our steps and was extremely honest regarding refinishing floors. Other contractors told us they were in bad shape and had to be sanded. However, Cole told us how to clean them up and maintain them moving forward. Saved us a lot of unnecessary spending. He also fixed 2 problem areas he noticed. Overall excellent job and I am very satisfied. Would definitely recommend him!!👍
