Ice cream flights? Amazing. Cheese flights? Stupendous. The opportunity to mix & match the two?Such a unique experience! The shop offers some local goods and whatever you enjoyed you can buy a full pint (or block, for cheese) to-go. Good for the whole family.

Such a simple, wonderful place. A tiny storefront with provisions and a tasting menu- pick 4, 8, or 12 things to try (you can choose from homemade ice cream or cheeses) and they prepare everything on a tasting board. Affordable with generous portions. They have indoor seating and several options for outdoor seating. I enjoyed a picnic table under an umbrella with a cat who clearly loved cheese as much as I do. The shop had drinks, crackers, and other items to complement your tasting- they even had gluten free options! Highly recommend.

Voted the most MEMORABLE stop on our tasting tour of the FLX by our group. This stop was recommended by our driver, and was absolutely awesome! "Flights" of cheese and ice cream??? Perfect stop to break up the adult tasting tour we were on. Everyone loved this place. Highly recommended!

AMAZING.We had an ice cream and cheese flight. All of the cheese was delicious, they had some interesting flavours including chocolate covered quark which was great. The ice cream was some of the best we've ever had, and they had fun flavours too. Super creamy, flavourful, and fresh tasting. The kettle corn flavour is a masterpiece. We went back for seconds of it.There's also sweet little farm cats roaming around, and a machine inside that dispenses treats for them! Shake the cup and they'll come running.

I had the most wonderful experience. I learned quite a bit about how dairy farm operates. I even had a change to pet a baby calf. The ice cream and cheese tasting was great. Very fresh and flavorful and lot of variety to choose from. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. I highly recommend visiting and enjoying the treats this place offers."

So happy we stopped here for the cheese and ice cream flight on our vacation in the Fingerlakes. The flight was phenomenal, loved the cheese and ice cream was excellent. Our group consensus was that ice cream far surpassed another local, highly rated ice cream spot in the area. Would love to come back and check out the cheese making process next time. If you’re looking for really delicious ice cream this is the place!

Wonderful place with friendly staff. Great ice cream and this concept of a flight of ice cream samples is brilliant! Incredible views on either side; a quaint tent over toward the silo where you can see the cows or a gazebo with a bonkers view of the rolling hills. Also got some cheese to take home and it is fantastic.

We stopped here after seeing a brochure for their ice cream and cheese tasting. What a fun unique experience! The cheeses were delicious. The ice cream was excellent. It was just a lot of fun and very different.

A great stop that had a wonderful cheese and ice cream selection. The flight that we purchased had both cheese and ice cream on it. The list you could choose from allows 4, 8 or 12 items. We were additionally lucky by having one of the very friendly barn cats assist us in sampling the items.

Lovely family owned farm. They have a very nice selection of, maybe 2 dozen cheeses to sample, up to 5 year cheddar. Very good quality. They have a variety of dips and sauces to sample as well. The farm also offers a variety of flavored cheese curds that are all delicious. Being Gluten Free, I always wish shops would put out GF cracker alternative for their customers, and that is the one gap here. They also have a good variety of Java-Gourmet products available like Seneca Salt Company. Take a moment to look into the cheese making room if they are working.

Came here for a cheese and ice cream flight in between wine tastings. WOW! The entire menu was so difficult to choose from because everything sounded delicious. If you’re looking for a kick, the jalapeño Monterey Jack cheese and the strawberry jalapeño ice cream were both phenomenal (and did have quite the kick). The presentation was beautiful, the service was friendly and fast, and the entire experience was well worth it. Highly recommended!

Very good ice cream directly from the Mennonite Farm. Tastes are available. You have to try the jalapeno cherry ice cream. It was different in a very good kind of way

Although small on the inside, it's not the size of the store itself so much as the quality of their product. They did not disappoint! We got the ice cream flight. If we had time. I would have liked to try them all, be as it was, we got four different flavors. Each has a really rich taste from the coffee, to the caramel, they were all great and only wish we had more. An easy find right off the main road on the west side of Seneca Lake.My only complaint is that they really need to add more outdoor seating. Three picnic tables simply aren't enough for all the space they got.

Four stars only because even for homemade ice cream I feel like it was still a little overpriced. But it was delicious. You can do an ice cream “flight” which is pretty cool. Also said they have their own cold brew there.

I love this little shop. The cookie dough ice cream is the best I've ever had, the girls behind the counter are always very efficient and pleasant. Any time I am anywhere near this area I stop in for some ice cream and a block of cheese.They offer flights which are great for trying new flavors and those who can't make up their mind.Wonderfully clean place and I love watching them make the cheeses right there on site.Would highly recommend.

We had the cheese and ice cream flight of 12 items, and it was much more food than we expected! And all of it was great! There were options to choose any 4, 8, or 12 cheese/ice cream flavors off their menu. They included crackers and jam with the flight. I would recommend visiting to anyone in the area, and we will definitely be back!!

Shtayburne Farm Creamery is a delicious spot next to Seneca Lake. They sell local maple syrup, jams, and souvenir shirts. You can also buy pre-packaged products including pints/gallons of fresh ice cream, goat cheese, all kinds of different flavored cheese and cheese curds. Irregularly shaped cheese ends sold for just $5! Highly recommend the garlic butter cheese curds.If you choose to stay, you can sample a variety of cheeses and ice creams in a totally customizable flight (you can choose any 4, 8, or 12 options off the entire menu). The raspberry ice cream was a real standout.They have one indoor table and several outdoor picnic tables. Server was kind and informative.

Must try!!! Take a break from wine tasting and do a tasting flight of ice cream!! Or cheese- or both! The Kettle Corn ice cream was insanely good. It will be a flavor I dream of long after this trip.
