deli has gone down hill they use to have the best sandwiches ! the sandwiches are not worth the money anymore for 5 pieces of meat on one half, besides the sandwiches are never wrapped well its always falling out.

Prices extremely high. No sales. Everything is 20-30 percent higher than a regular supermarket. Deli has gone down hill since my last review. I now no longer shop here for anything. Produce is always on its last legs. Save your money and head to a real supermarket.

The ownership changed 3 times in 25 years, each time for the better. I call it the "everything store". They have everything. Hardware section has everything you need. Deli is fresh and clean with decent prices. Meat was good and mostly fresh. Grocery had many items but not many choices like a full grocery store. Store is pricey compared to a chain store but in a pinch, it is to the "everything store" we go. Friendly workers and clean.

I expected little walking in, with this being a hardware store AND a grocery store. Perhaps some dusty cans of meat, stale crackers and maybe some fishing worms. I was blown away the moment I walked in.While they may be somewhat limited on space, quality and cleanliness are certainly priorities here.Good displays that are very well maintained. I noticed that throughout the grocery area, everything was meticulously stocked and maintained. Clean and packed tight, but not cluttered with too much selection.If I were a resident, all of my routine grocery shopping would be here.

Well stocked everything shopping center. Pricey but top quality goods. From thumb tacs to filets of salmon you can find it here. Just browsing give yourself over an hour or more, two floors await your visit.

Ya know what, I love this place! I eat only organic and wild caught and they surprise me every time I go in there with something great! Never disappoints- something GOOD for everyone. Staff is friendly, helpful and funny.

They have fake Wi-Fi setups to make you think that they offer Wi-Fi but it doesn't work, they know it!I came to make an instacart order that I traveled 15 miles, but couldn't complete the order because there was no service there and the fake wifi didn't work, so I just burn gas and lost all.Asked them to help me for a few minutes, but there was nothing they wanted to do to help me.I get it that that is not many options to shop around here, but I would definitely steer away from this place.

I ordered (and paid over $400) on January 12, 2020 two ladders from the Rock Hill Trading Post. The order was delayed several times and I contact this business at regular intervals to learn of the status of my order. Today is June 13. Still no ladders. I needed this equipment to do renovations and had to borrow ladders all spring to get the work done. All along I was told the shipment was imminent. I am not going to say more now since I am not sure who is most to blame the local hardware store of ACE. I sent an email to ACE and have not heard back yet. Stay tuned to see how this gets resolved. I will follow up with this review upon learning how the store or ACE makes this right!The Trading Post ended up making everything OK in the end. It turned out that the supply warehouses were in chaos and the local store had to work hard to get it straightened out. Given their effort I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Local staff were responsive and courteous throughout and were just as frustrated as I was. I still recommend this store.

Great job on the renovations and the selections of products. This is the closest place to Mountaindale to buy hardware or groceries. I always love the meat selections here. The prices are excellent and everything is always fresh. The deli is also a great stop for Boars Head cold cuts and sandwiches. To those who have complained that Walmart is cheaper, then wait till you go there to buy those items. As for me, I’m happy to have a convenient local place to buy necessities without having to travel another 5-6 miles.

The worst deli staff horrible, stale rolls bought a sandwich came was on a roll that crumbled up as you bit into it, my girlfriend had rotten mushed up tomato on her cheese sandwich. I asked for lettuce on my sandwich didn't get it I also got mushed up tomato on mine. If you specifically ask the deli clerk for something first response usually by them is WE DON'T DO THAT... Terrible way to do business. And I assure you there are lots of folks who feel the same way trust that. For the last two years you can't get fresh produce or vegetables certainly not crisp at all soggy mushy to touch, when I asked one of the department managers do the freeze the produce & veg's I was told please don't repeat this they over order so they put everything in the freezer so it doesn't spoil . Horrible WASTE your money.

I was looking for an item I couldn't find at the major retail stores, they did and at a good price. Customer care was great. Didn't know about the gardening area downstairs. I was surprised about what the products they have there. Will go again.

The young man at the register, whose name I can't remember, I have to ask next time, is so sweet and helpful. He voluntarily dug around in the ice cream freezer today, trying to find the flavor I wanted, despite my protestations, and he's always cheerful and smiling. Last time I was there an elderly man came in, shuffling very slowly, bent at the waist, and he dashed over to get a cart for him to save him those 20 extra steps. You don't see this kind of kindness so much these days. Really refreshing. It's the kind of thing that will keep me going to the Trading Post. Management: He's a keeper!

I purchased chicken tenders, stain and ice cream. The cashier placed everything in front of me . She placed the chicken out of my sight. I called when I arrived home and explained no chicken tenders in the bag. Amy responded with, I will not refund your money because I have no proof. I cursed and they found it. I went through a CSI investigation with her describing the tenders in great detail NEVER NEVER WILL I SHOP HERE AGAIN.

The store is much cleaner and more organized than before the renovation. Limited choices of cheese and vegetables. The prices are still higher. The Diana wine is 11.99 while at Walmart it is 5.99. Frozen pizza is 5.90 while it is 3.50 at Shoprite. Poland Springs 1.95 but 1.00 in Shoprite.Closer than Middletown or Monticello. Good to run into for a last minute pick up of something.

I hadn't shop The trading Post in a long time and I was happily surprised to see the changes that were made. The vegetables were very fresh and the layout is terrific. Clean and pleasant to shop in.

Everything you could possibly need. Soup to nuts. Hardware is stocked and reorganized so well. Grocery department well stocked. Deli is good. Meats dept. could use some work. A little pricey but convenient!

This is a one-stop shopping kind of store. Groceries, deli, hardware stuff, auto stuff, etc. Nice to have a local store that is not part of a large chain.
