AMAZING.. I lived in Rock Hill for a little while.. since I have moved over 30 minutes away... They are still my pharmacy! Customer service is amazing, and they always go above and beyond to help, whether with insurance or Dr. Thank you!

So this pharmacy really doesn’t care about there patients. After I had a hassle to get my doctor. To take care of me by video and got my proscription sent to the pharmacy I called to find out if they had both since it was pills and a lotion .Moreover they kept saying that my doctor only sent one. So lucky me that i had a way to contact my doctor again and he confirmed he sent both. Furthermore I called second time and they still said my Doctor only sent one. so again I contacted my doctor and had to do a three way with him so he could talk to them. Moreover then They told him the second proscription came in. However guess what !? when my boy friend went to pick it up they still gave only one proscription. I called for the Fifth time ,and this time they said that supposedly it was sent to another pharmacy so they couldn’t bill it. Then I asked why couldn’t you guys say that so I can pay out of pocket???? They said nothing. Not to mention there staff member gave me an attitude because I ask for the closing time in order to pick up the proscripción that was never given to me. In conclusion this is the second time they mess my medicine up and last !

Love this pharmacy!!! Friendly staff, helpful pharmacists. They deal with the insurance companies and call doctors' offices. If you go there a few times, they'll know you by your first name. A while back, I needed to get some pain meds for my ailing dog. I went as soon as the vet wrote down the prescription, but the pharmacy was just closed (Saturday). A young woman was vacuuming, but she opened the door for me. As soon as I explained my need, she talked to the pharmacist who agreed to fill it for me. I cannot express enough my gratitude.

Unprofessional. My first and biggest complaint is their violation of HIPPA. With a very busy pharmacy and three people standing in front of me, asking me to shout the name the prescription was for made me extremely uncomfortable(I was picking up for a parent). I moved past the other customers (who were just waiting on their prescriptions but still stood directly in front of the counter) and approached the counter to give the name.She asked me twice in a very loud voice and then proceeded to shout the name back to me with the spelling. I wasn't under the impression we are sharing our personal information with the entire pharmacy. Unacceptable. Clearly the employees seem overwhelmed. However, there is no need to be rude to the customer. Saying, "Christ" because you couldn't find a prescription in the system and had to go to another computer is uncalled for. This pharmacy is a nightmare anymore. The employees need training not onlyon professionalism and politeness but most importantly, HIPPA!

Wife and I have been customers for several years with no problems, staff has always been polite until today.Suddenly I'm told my prescription, which they've filled multiple times in the past with no problem, can't be filled there. Given 3 completely different explanations each time, they just keep making up a new one every time I refute the previous one. Stuff like "you're a new customer" (I'm not), or "you need all of your prescriptions through us" (this is currently my only prescription, and they've filled others for me in the past). So basically they're straight up lying to me. It's a shame because in the span of a few hours they've gone from being perfectly friendly to treating me like a druggie. And when you need those important prescriptions, that really hurts.

New owner refuses to fill valid scripts if he sees that you get any of your other medicines from anywhere else. This includes the mail away pharmacies that most insurance companies force you to use!! He offers you no help, just leaves you high and dry after you've been a faithful customer for many, many years.Hopefully he gets back all he deserves from his new business.Scott, you are greatly missed😥

I switched to here because Walgreens was awful. Rock Hill has polite knowledgeable staff refilling is easy over the phone so happy I switch to this pharmacy

Been a customer for years. New owner is now refusing to fill my prescriptions because I transferred 1 refill of 1 medication 1 time. No notice. Refuses to return my phone calls. Horrible treatment. Used to be great. It's a shame.
