They have a really good selection of over the counter medications. Great prices on the groceries. The staff was also really nice and helped direct me to another in store in town to find a specific item I was looking for.

The cashier was very nice. Lots of things you need around the house! Also, packaged foods and some refrigeration items (like milk). Holiday decorations too. The store was neat and pleasant.

I can't stand it there, always a line and while the shift supervisor or manager sits in back or right at register while there is a line of more than 4 customers, poor cashier is responsible to handle all the customers waiting. No cash back allowed with a small sign you can barely see and when machine should not allow it very rude employees when you can't even see the sign, it seems that these employees are not fit to work in retail or provide excellent customer service. I work in retail and I am appalled at the service that is provided. I would never allow this behavior and the lack of service provided from this store. Not enough employees is not an excuse for this type of customer service I have been to other Dollar General locations and this one by far is the worse I have ever been to. Zero is my rating as they need to be retrained to provide better service or just hire better staff all together. Unfortunately I had to mark 1 star otherwise I would be unable to post this review. Very disappointed. I will go pass this location and go the Fallsburg location instead it's not worth my disappointment to stop at the closer location.

Although its a nice size Dollar General and usually clean and stocked, if they have more than 2 customers on line to check out be prepared to wait. Cashier is so slow and chatty, with a line of 6 people and to top it off its the 3rd time theu ran out of shopping bags. " I can give you a garbage bag or you can purchase a tote" 😠

Bathrooms are filthy, if they are working at all. Locks in the bathroom doors do not work. Makes it easier to put in a show for whoever can't read note on the door and walks in on you.Main store is messy. Some of the staff are rude. For a newer store, it's not worth the trip.

My daughter and I walked in and we weren't greeted with a Hello but the 1st thing that came out of the associates mouth was "you have 8 minutes to get what you need we are closing"...my response was I only need 2 things. He saw us in the isle about 3 mins later and told us again we needed to get our items and head to check out. Once we got to the register, he rang up the few things I had and I put my debit card in the machine... Apparently there was a technical issue he said " JESUS CHRIST ARE YOU KIDDING ME AGAIN?!" I wasn't happy with his service at all to say the least. As he finished cashing us out the other associate pointed at an elderly man and said go tell him put a move on it he's not moving very fast. The man walked over to the gentleman and said you need to checkout the store is closed! He came to the register and followed my daughter and I out and he realized he had dropped his wallet inside. The 2 associates saw the man trying to get their attention to get his wallet back and told him through a locked door come back tomorrow the store is closed! I have never had a good experience in this store I in Rock Hill but tonight was the last straw..go to family dollar or even Wal-Mart.. These people are the nastiest I've encountered yet!

The only reason they get 5 starts is because of Kiki. She’s always friendly and ready for a chat. We go here for basics - cat food for TNR cats or snacks for hikes, junk food, or anything small that we’re too tired to go and drive to Walmart to get.

Not a traditional "every item is a buck" store but a reasonably cheaper alternative to shopping in a grocery store, except that it doesn't have the fresh produce. I would compare it to shopping at Target. Decent value, variety of items both name brand anof thestore brand. They do carry a fair amount of junk food and "chachkie trinkets". If the service at time of check out were consistently friendly I might have given it a higher rating. One of the very best values in the area for milk!! Participates in SNAP program. Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking.

Very convenient,, a little bit of everything... But it's a (dollar general) store for a reason because some of the prices are much more than a dollar. But I love going there some things are very affordable and convenient.

Rude :(The employee Rich is a ****. He is super friendly to the customer when they are in the store, but the second they leave he talks a lot of **** about them and he thinks it's funny. I am a regular customer and have seen this many times when I was waiting on line to checkout. He made a comment to another employee about me coming in for the second time in one day saying that, "This is her second time coming in here today, she must live her life here." He started laughing hysterically. He can shove his IPhone X that he brags about up his ****.

This Dollar General is clean, very organized so you can find what you are looking for, well stocked and the sales staff is knowledgable, courteous and helpful. A good shopping experience.

Only one person on the register, there was a long line, line went very slow until another person came in to work and opened another register. Found everything i needed except for scented colored votive candles.

A very good place to purchase household items when you forgot in your regular store, this place has very good customer service and very low prices and is open lots of hours to accommodate all customers at all times

I love having a Dollar General in a town that doesn't have much in it Haha. The only thing that is lacking is the lack of employees most days.
