First time as they don’t have where I live. It was like 9:00pm. Store was clean full of groceries and related. Went for some beer and chips. Selection was good.

It's another clean, good quality product of Wegmans. The layout of the store is a bit different than the other stores. I was able to find our favorite prepared meal by them, spicy Buffalo style chicken cutlets. This store at the time I went only had two cashier's working.. and their self checkout doesn't accept cash 🤦 very frustrating

March, 2024: The Hylan Drive store is a nice Wegmans. Clean. The workers are polite & helpful. I appreciate that. The lady that made my sub. on 3/26/24 @ around 3 pm. made it perfectly. The store had my favorite donut 🍩: coconut 🥥!

I was in there for some donuts and the old woman in the Purple shirt at the first register, which very rude. She asked me what I had in my bag and I said donuts, then she got mad because I didn’t specify how many right away and rudely asked with a sarcastic attitude “how many Donuts” Rolling her eyes at me as she spoke. I Love Wegmans and this is the first time I’ve had a bad encounter with a worker there

I work for a pretty large company in the area, we had two orders placed in the last two days through meals to go… both were badly messed up. The first order we were missing the main dish and had to substitute it. The second order was for coffee that was ordered for the 27th. I got a call in the 20th that the order has not been picked up yet… when I explained that it was for the 27th I was told I had to place a new order for the 27th and that I would have to REPAY for that order because they already made the order for today… wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t $38 dollars for two boxes of coffee.

Quite the selection of great produce! Prepared foods amazing! Lots of great products. I don't live close so when in an area that has Wegmans we stop in.

Too expensive here I used to like this place when everyday you get are best not anymore Danny Wegmans got cheeper and cheaper I got a birthday cake 🎂 made for my birthday and it was so dry no one could even eat any of it I was pissed 😡 nasty 🤢

This is barely a wegmans. This is like wegmans disabled cousin. Don't waste your time. There is a better one 6 minutes away.The layout is nonsensical. They don't even have a prepared foods department. The options are limited.It's time to give it the East Ave treatment. Tear it down and start again.

Whatever you do. Do not buy subs from here . They do not make them the way you want. The lady at meals to go freaks out when the system for checkout stops working and starts punching the desk. She won’t let you go to self check out she will make you stand there for a whole 10 minutes until someone’s comes to fix the system and then have to take you all the way to customer service to pay for your order and then when you get there they say your card will only take 10 cents towards your order so then they have to ring it al up over again. I gave them another chance and went back but this time I didn’t order the subs over the phone I ordered in person and the lady still didn’t do my subs right AT ALL. I will never in my life come back here.

It's Wegmans so naturally it's fantastic but the fact that this location is just outside the City of Rochester and doesn't carry Genesee, Genesee Light or Genesee Cream Ale is an enormous mistake. Show some respect!!!

The store itself is nice (star for that) and employees are friendly (star for that), but the layout is pretty busy and confusing.Mostly I'm very sad and disappointed in the grocery pickup experience. Multiple times I've ordered hours ahead for pick up after work and had it rescheduled for the next morning just a little while before I'm supposed to pick up. I work in the morning... I can't pick it up at that time. Normally I'll cancel or just pick it up the next night, but it can be frustrating still. Especially because if I don't pick it up in the morning (I can't), I'll get a text that they're going to put it all away which sucks because it's not my fault I couldn't get it when they rescheduled.I haven't said anything because this store is busy but after this last time (like the 5th or 6th time), I figure I should warn others. If you want to curbside, keep that in mind. I have kids so I need my groceries but I don't have time to go shopping tonight because I have to drive an hour and half to pick up my sister from the airport and I can't pick it up in the morning because I have to work but I also need it tonight so I can quickly make dinner before I start my drive and they told me there is nothing they could do.While I understand, it was very disheartening. I ordered hours ago.Edit: Luckily, they were able to start mine this last time, I just got a text. Again, almost any other time it wouldn't be a problem but I just couldn't reschedule this time. I don't know if it helped at all that I called or if they were just able to get to it on time but I'm very thankful.

An excellent place to shop and usually busy.You can find almost everything you need.One of the only stores to buy Shiner's CheerBeer, from Texas.😋🍺 Excellent! They could definitely use the blue hand basketsfor shopping, like they use in other Wegmans stores!!

Marketplace Wegmans' (Rochester, NY) clientele pulls mainly from the colleges that populate the area.The school year brings many students from diverse schools-- the big ones being RIT, U of R, and MCC (and others such as St. John Fisher and Roberts Wesleyan College).Marketplace is a smaller store that may not be as up-to-date as the Calkins Rd. location (which is only about a mile or so away), but it does bring about a family-like feel to the store and is easy to get around.Great parking. The store is central to other shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment such as the Henrietta Regal Cinemas, Walmart, Target, many plazas, and the Marketplace Mall.

It's an alright Wegmans. Definitely not as good as it gets in the area. The market Cafe is particularly bad compared to the store. If you're in the area and need to shop there's no problems getting it here but I'd order something else if you're looking to get a meal. I've had a lot of orders with mistakes and blatantly incorrect preparation but food safety is still good here.

I frequently visit Rochester on business. This would be my go-to since it has everything one may need on a business trip. BUT even though the general prices are moderate to high, the prepared food is very pricey. The prepared food here costs us about the same amount we spend at a decent restaurant with waiter service, and no need to go back to hotel and microwave their food!

Just like any other wegmans. Very nicely arranged and tidy place. Huge variety of produce, and you can find organic and gluten-free stuff there easily.I was easily able to locate the things I needed. It's a bit cramped at a few places, and people are always in such a hurry. You can't seem to stand and think for a minute or look it up on the app.

Dead Wegmans, you should learn from Aldi's or Germany's cash register system.First, the employees won't be slaving away standing all day. Second, don't make them bag it.Let customers bag it themselves.Have you shopped in Germany? That system makes the line go much faster. Or add a bagging station and let them bag at a bag station (the Americanized added system, to let slow people bag it themselves at their own pace)There are no bagging station in Germany because German people are fast and think of people behind them waiting.

I came for my flu shot at the pharmacy! Very fast check in and didn't have to wait long! Friendly staff!
