Wegmans as a whole is amazing, greatest grocery store I've ever been but over now in the course of 2 year I've bought wings from their delis 3 times and each time the wings are some of the absolute worst garbage I've ever wasted money on. Completely soggy soft mushy bone in wings every time. They aren't even deep fried yet are expensive. Everything else about Wegmans, awesome 👌 but their wings are utter garbage

My daughter went into the store with shopping bags to shop like a lot of people do. Got to the register to cash out cashier took her bags she brought in to put items in. Came across one with a tag and asked her Are you buying this? She said no you took them out with the rest. He said well do you need this tag? And snatched it off. Do you see how old this tag is? Just seemed very concerned about 1 bag because it still had a tag on it. Smh. As couple of his co workers was already looking at her basket as if she was stealing. I'm sorry but we don't all steal. When working with all people it's important that we give great customer service to all. Choose our words carefully and watch our body language. This store is convenient but I'm sure she will never shop here again.

great store. it opens till late. we brought our empty bottles here to redeem and purchase dinner here. love the lobster bisque, salad, and desserts. price is great.

Nice relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Staff very pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Clean and fresh atmosphere. A large variety of groceries, fruits and vegetables to choose from. A large variety of cheeses. Fresh Seafood and meats. Pharmacy on site. Customer Service is very amendable and the wait time is short. Cake are delicious. Several mini concession stands to purchase ready to eat dishes. Sushi bar is very good and fresh. They recognize the different Holidays and sometimes the employees participate. Very child friendly. Public restrooms available.

In general wegmans has stooped to every underhanded trick on fruit and produce .they mix old grapes , Cherries , strawberries , figs , blackberries etc with new so when you get them they go bad overnight or underneath are already bad. I have bought countless bad gallons and watermelons, appleles pears etc I'm done

I shop here all the time. The selection of products is good. They have a decent produce department, fish department, meat department, deli, an eat-in area, etc.

Large grocery store, very clean and well stocked. Great selection of ready to eat full meals, sided, salads, sandwiches, sushi, made-to-order pizzas, subs and deli foods. Able to call ahead or use their app for meals to go. Nice beer, wine selection, and cheese from around world too. Full service grocery store and pharmacy. Large parking lot with lights at main exits for easy safe access.

Qualesha is one of the best cashiers I’ve seen. She offered to scan the bigger items in my cart, and she scanned everything else quickly and efficiently. She was friendly too. 5 stars!

Liked this wegmans because it's huge and amazing produce with a lot of variety.There is no help available around. I was looking for cooked beetroot that that was shown in produce section in the app but finding such a small thing in a huge produce section wasn't east at all and I looked for help but there wasn't any.Its very crowded with hasty shoppers who would likely to hit you with their shopping carts. I wonder why it's the same in almost all wegmans around.

UPDATE 6/30/2021 This store has only gone further below its substandard expectations. I tried to buy the 1# strawberries and had to go through 9!! different boxes to find one that was not full of moldy, crushed fruit. I brought this up to a produce dept. staff member and his reply was "What do you want me to do about it?" With Aldis across the street, I see many of my neighbors and friends shopping at Aldis instead. Also note, Wegmans DO NOT sanitize surfaces between customers as they advertise presently!! and They have dropped so far below average in many WW2 at depts, produce, diary especially. When you walk into the produce on Saturday mid-morning, the place is stripped already, they are out of common stock items weeks in a row. I spoke to the produce manager and all he could tell me, "well, all orders are done by the computer now, we don't control what we get. Same question to the diary manager, twice and same canned answer "We don't control what comes in yadda yadda yadda..."It like a caned script they all must follow to protect the almighty Daniel Wegman foolishness. IT'S CALLED VENDOR MANAGED INVENTORY, TALK TO THE VENDORS!!!!!!Even went to the new store manager Dan, very nice person, promised to have things 'fixed and improved"....3 weeks ago. We now buy less than 50% there due to these constant outages, lowered store appearance standards and no one wants to 'rock the boat at 1500 Brooks Avenue'.2/9/24. Still same issues, yet another new store mgr promising improvements and SOS remains the same. Can't get even a decent sweet potatoes week after week, worm holes, mold, dried out old stock.April 2024Still same issues as above, selection is mostly Wegmans brand only and meat prices are robbery.

They have everything here. The bakery was filled with little fresh pastries and cookies. The watermelon spears were perfect and really packed as much into a container as possible. Store was really clean and welcoming. Wish we had these where I live.

Their prepared food is not prepared!Just wanted soup and of course there is none. I asked if they would make me some as they have in the past and was told it will take too long and to buy chilled ones they offer. Beware if you are depending on Wegmans you may get let down!!

Good selections. Sky high prices for mediocre prepared foods. Great way to blow a ton of money and wonder what you actually got for all the cash you spent. Definitely not your friendly neighborhood grocery store anymore.

Used to be the premiere store that began in Rochester. They have cut back on selection of brands (a lot more Wegmans branded stuff) less product selection. No bulk food anymore. Baked goods not all baked in house. Coffee cafe is self service, isles are wider and split in the center. They have instituted a LOT of self checkout and self bagging. It's just not the store that we grew up with anymore. I go because I know where everything is, they have most of what I need and the pharmacy is there. It's disappointing and almost sad.It sucks to see the Wegmans that everyone loved take such a downturn. The self checkouts get used, but there is ALWAYS a line for a human powered registers. The Christmas decorations and goods are almost gone and there are two weeks left before the holiday. BUT- they are ramping up for New Years! I only go there because it's convenient. I know where most things I need are and the pharmacy. It's a good place still, but not the powerhouse of selection it once was.Update 4/1/24. Not much has changed. The self checkouts are there while other stores are removing them. It's still not the store it used to be. It is convenient to my house so I'll keep using it.

Wegmans is my jam. As a Canadian, I was floored by how big it was and the selection. Then I tried their product and couldn't believe it. Love Wegmans and this one is super clean and has great staff.

Always very clean. I shop with my elderly grandmother, and they have had many store layout changes over the last 3 years, and she's visually impaired, so it does make it hard sometimes because she just gets used to locations of items and the aisles get switched.

They are getting rid of other companies' products. And only carry their products. Some of their things are not as good as named brands. They also stopped carrying some brands of breads, sausage from Jimmy Dean. Also, the employees are always blocking isles on a weekend. You have to check the expiration dates on their items. I have often purchased items like that.

Good grocery store, love the drive thru for the pharmacy, spacious aisles, good selection, friendly staff. Loses a star because the ladies' room was disgusting.Editing to add: By far the best subs in town. Just ordered a to-go meal of two subs for my family. The subs were fresh, had plenty of meat, and everything was delicious.Store was recently re-arranged in the cashier area to have a new section for the self check-out. The line used to bottle-neck, but now with the new arrangement it's much better.This location also has a great selection of Buffalo Bills merch too.

Have you ever had a manager take food from the freezer whenever they know your in the store shopping and replace it with something that was left out to thaw then put back in once the customer this one manager hates? I have ! It happens alot I have dates and have had people come in the store to record him I'm about to lawyer up I've spoken to a few people in charge and he hasn't stopped he even kept my credit card a few days ago that I purposely left in the machine to see if he'd give it back I was lied to and told I didn't leave it at this location.
