UpdateWell kept, well organized 👏🏼 and staff is helpful too. Once I asked about something, I couldn't find the lady there who helped me find it and was very patient.Today, the isle number of an item didn't match with the app, and I kept on looking in nearby isles till I found it.Old review:Regular walmart. Was a bit too crowded, though. Things are mostly in place, and staff is ok. You don't find the milk and eggs towards the evening sometimes.Overall good well stocked store, and I am able to find good kitchen items there as well as quality hair care products. Things you can't easily find anywhere else like spray starch.They have added more organic vegetables like organic tomatoes you can't easily find, organic cucumber and peppers, etc.

Got tires because I had no choice, I mean right before Xmas. The tires were reasonable, the service was great (maybe a little slow but VERY personable). I have been to garages and left feeling cheated, not here, good value overall and I was able to use Affirm (like a layaway plan where you can get it right away).

In trying to get air put in my tires, the Tire & Lube Express center says open until 6:30, yet no one will answer the phone to confirm. In trying to call the store itself ~ again, no one will answer the phone. I’m at ROC w/a low tire notification, and even the supposedly “here for you” Walmart seems to be on an extended break.Do better, People. I have an hour’s drive home and it is 16 degrees outside.

The prices are reasonable. However, the store near me has filthy broken carts, there are never enough cashiers especially when half of the self check-out registers are closed/down for service. There aren't any clerks to be found for assistance (except in garden or electronics).I am forced to go to the Walmart on Gates NY because I use public transportation. To go to another Walmart would mean 4 buses and 5 hours of my time.The last time I was at my nearby Walmart the self check-out registers closer to the exit near the bus stop were closed. Consequently I had to double back to find an open register. I missed my bus and had to wait an hour for the next one. This Walmart used to have benches for customers to sit on (indoors and outside) near the exits but removed them years ago.

Worst ever Pick-Up order experience. I don't typically use this store location, and know I now why. It took 34mins for my order to come out. The first 10 mins I was there, no one's order even came out. I'll continue driving to the other store's for pick-up as even then it takes a shorter time.

As a truck driver after making delivery to Wegmans and trying just to stop walmart to resupply my food i wasn't allow to park a truck for maybe 1hr at walmart parking. Shame on you and city officials. You want truck drivers to deliver goods for you but you don't want them to buy basic needs.

Why would I come back? Employees were nice. Obviously this place is being run by a management team not qualified to manage. It's Management's fault for not ordering product, it's Management's fault that there's not enough employees to do the work needed.

Walmart is a real frauds! Be careful, I made an order, called to a customer service, was assured by a representative, that everything is available , and everything is ok, I can pick up my order. When I came to pick up my order, I found out that order was cancelled!!! The items that I wanted to buy, suddenly went up twice with a price !!! As a result, the birthday present was ruined!!!!!! Called so many times to a customer service and nobody helped me!!! So!!! Everyone be careful, don’t count on Walmart when you need to get something in time and for the price that you’re counting on!!!!

Great selection, best prices, helpful staff (yes, really), I love the Walmart+ features, especially Scan & Go. I often have friendly exchanges with other shoppers on Saturday mornings.

Good store all in all. Only problem is the deli is so horribly slow, you really don't want to use it if you can avoid. The workers are extremely slow here. Seriously, you can wait a very long time trying to order anything in the deli! But i keep going back again and again because i like the store anyway. Also, i am a careful, picky, experienced shopper and this store seems to consistently please me. Prices competitive, on the lower side than anywhere else. The manager does a good job running it obviously. Have to commend them on how they do a good job making sure that their fruit and produce is top-notch regularly checking for quality and freshness. Even saw one of the employees checking the peaches and plums to ensure nothing getting too soft or old. I thanked the person for this. Its important stores keep close eye on their food, especially prices going up lately. The check-out lines sometimes a little slow, but i do the self-checkout and that significantly speeds things up.

Today I came in here and there were absolutely no carts at either entrance. When I approached an employee, after going outside and getting my own cart, he went to a manager and the manager said they were all in use. I told him no they're in the parking lot. He waved me away. There were 2 women with babies that were waiting for carts. On my way out I walked past 4 cart racks in the parking lot with carts in them, the only problem was the employees would've had to walk to get them because they weren't right next to the building. Very bad form Wal-Mart!

Supercenter was very efficient but busy. I had a gift card in my phone and they were unable to scan phones anymore. Otherwise Walmart is my go to store. I love it especially for online orders that are delivered.

Our cashier went above and beyond to make our transaction as simple as possible. We were at my Brothers choice location in gates Chili. Even the cosumers were great. Thank you for all your assistance. Wish I would of remmbered her name. You need more people like her working for your company!!!
