Mixed results. Organized shelved. Unusual layout. Many items mislabeled on pricing. Scanning was different than what was on the labels. Thankfully it was in our favor. Police cruisers at either end of the building and a couple of officers inside coupled with some bodily fluid warning stickers on the floor (which is the right thing to do) were enough to not make this a long trip. Wouldn’t come back.

Good prices, no hassle returns, convenient getting many types of items all in one place. My only problem, and why no one ever wants to give me a ride to Irondequoit Walmart, I that the lines are always too long and take more time to cash out than to shop: I've not yet seen a self checkout available in evening when I can get there; each time, Once a month for years, there have always been very few lines open, with to many shoppers cashing out, all with full carts except the one express usually open. Enough cashiers to keep the wait time in line under 45 minutes to an hour, that would solve the only problem that deters me from Wal-Mart 75% of the time.

This walmart is absolutely awful to go to. All the hygene is locked up and not only locked up but once someone finally unlocks it they stand there and make u feel rushed and awkward and then you cant even keep it in ur cart . You have to let them walk it to the front somewhere and then track it down when your done . I just had a 3 pack of dove soap less then $8.00 that i couldnt keep in my cart but wound wash that was almost $20.00 that was no issue keeping in my cart. I get that people steal so much these days that they have to safeguard stuff but i mean come on !!!! Come up with a better solution then this. Also they only have like 3 lanes open and the lines are literally into the clothing section . So to have to track down where they brought ur items you cannot have in your cart and deal with waiting in 45 minute long lines .... horrible experience

This store is a true nightmare. Staff stand around on their cell phones doing nothing or talking to each other. They don’t bag your groceries and stand there staring at you like you’re a moron bc you can’t load a full cart and bag at the same time fast enough to keep up with them. This is the only one in the area I know of that has zero self checkout lines, the regular lines are ALWAYS backed up to the clothes are and you’ll be lucky to find more than two registers open. We’ve tried going at several different times of day, including late at night, and it’s always a nightmare. Plus the last time we drove in their parking lot our truck tire got popped because the parking lot is ALWAYS filled with trash and broken glass.

Went to pick up pictures around 8:15 pm. Person was on break until 8:45. She didn't show up until well after 9:00. Was told we had to wait until this individual's break was over to pick up my pictures. Apparently the manager/shift supervisor didn't know how to work the photo counter. The manager/supervisor was informed that all we were doing was picking up as the photos were paid for online, but nope she insisted that she didn't know how to work the machines in this area. Really!!!!? Apparently only one person knows how to work the photo counter, who knew?

If Walmart took time to care about the customers it would be cool . The auto center could be soooo much better if they actually didn’t take 1 hour to 3 hours for a simple oil change unless I have nothing to do for hours I’ll go get a oil change other wise it’s cool to pay more across the street for faster service how much money your auto center lose cause people are lazy and duck work in Walmart the ai center

just had this cashier cause problems with one customer before me and then she accidentally scanned my drinks that were far back, i was reading a message, look up and theyre gone, i tell her and then she told me that i have to tell her when my drinks are up there despite that's what i was doing, she got sooo pissy about it so i turn to my girlfriend to tell her how i do not have to tell her to do her job because i truly do not. the lady took that as i was cussing at her directly, i asked for a manager which she refused to do ☠️☠️ its all recorded through audio and video, as my gf went to another line i had other customers seriously having to defend me because i never said a word to anybody around me other than my gf. next time play with another one, cuz i aint the one. i will "continue with my little video" all the way to HR/ corpo.

Always dirty especially the bathrooms, the staff is always an issue they don't know how to do their jobs ever and good luck on trying to call because you'll sit on hold get somebody to answer the phone and they hang it up immediately. Most of the time nobody knows what's going on but you get attitudes when you ask for help with things this is why I don't like shopping at Walmart.

It takes an absurd amount of time to get through the lines here. Why have all those self checkouts when you're only going to keep 4 open during peek hours? Was just here and the line was 40+ people deep wrapped all the way into the frozen section down the ice cream isle.

New Year day the customers on line behind me and my husband were abusive. The language and threats that were made to us were unacceptable. They had a young child in the cart who had to witness their bad behavior. I had held up the line because I forgot to activate my new bank card and they started yelling and behaving irrational. A very nice manager Maritz helped us and she should be applauded. She maintained her professionalism and acted promptly moving us to a different location to be helped. I don't understand people today. Anger should be the last thing one would want to display in public and in the presence of children. When is it okay to threaten and yell at people? Maritz....keep doing a great job!

I needed to make a return, the women at the desk were extremely rude for no reason. After that I needed to purchase some bike parts that were locked up, however no one would help me. Asked two employees and the second one said they would be right back.. but he never returned. My experience had already been so bad, I just decided to leave without buying anything more. Every single employee was in a bad mood... what are they doing to these people?

The worst Walmart Supercenter I have ever been too and I travel a lot! There are not enough self checkouts and all the lines are too long and I see employees walking around when they should be on a register. Also not a truck friendly Walmart.

This is a very difficult place to review. It’s honestly five stars for the prices and variety of things you can get here. Anything you need one stop one shop it’s all here. But the moment you need customer service Walmart gets -3 stars. Especially in the electronics department. If you need something unlocked expect to wait 15 to 20 minutes to find a person that is free to help you get what you want.

Unless you want to make your family sick while trying to give them a healthy snack your produce from anywhere but here and it is absolutely aggregious that there were multiple rotten strawberries on display I had to stop shopping and post while I am still in the store and it's 6 in the evening you telling me no one noticed shame on you manager Carl Larsen

I absolutely hate all the Walmarts mainly because there is never staff everything is locked up or possible to obtain the rude attitude no wonder stuff gets stolen ! And false accusations of stealing I wish there was another store I could shop at that wasnt so expensive but this location is arguably the worst

I visited your Super Walmart on Hudson Ave, and to my surprise it was well organized and your employees were very helpful and kind.Some immature employees were using a lot of ugly profanity yet a young African American female Supervisor quickly informed them that this type of conversation was extremely unprofessional and she didn't want to hear it and neither did our customers.The Supervisor even stated that they never know who could be visiting the store to check up on their performances. Could be a CEO !!!Great work Walmart Employees

Overall I'm usually able to find what I need. However, I fail to understand why there is only a few registers open each time I go with long lines waiting to check out. Also if I am not mistaken there are no self check-out lanes. I usually only purchase a small number of items each time I go.

It was horrible. I went to pick up items for Thanksgiving. I also needed Tide Pods and bleach. The tide pods were locked; therefore, I needed assistance from an associate. Associate Baylee is coming up the aisle so I ask her for assistance. She tells me she doesn't have a key but there should be an as9 in the next aisle. I walk to the next aisle and no one is there. I advise her that there was no associate in the next aisle. I ask if she could call for assistance she said that she couldn't and she said she would not go and look for an associate. I asked her name and looked at her badge she says sarcastically (with her hand next to her badge) Baylee. Meantime another associate comes by and I ask her to open the case and Baylee says " see I found someone for you. The other associate explained that the reason the pods were locked up was because someone came in a couple weeks prior and stole a huge chuck. That's all fine and well nut guess what thar someone was not me or the other thousands of people who flood this store on a daily basis and it in no way excuses Baylee's behavior. I go to the customer service desk aftrr paying for my items and I am further ignored by not 1 but 3 associates. I finally ask for the store manager and the front end manager says the manager ( whose name is Carl) is not in. It is highly unlikely that Carl was not in due to the fact that this is holiday season. I really am irritated that I wa treated in this manner. Between this store and the Webster location, I easily spend Between $800-$1000 per month CASH. I hope this review reaches someone from Walmart and I will be back after the holiday weekend to speak with Carl in person.

Great great selection of all products needed for anyone looking to do anything from home repairs to get the oil change to buy groceries to buying all types of electronics even a good selection of vacuum cleaners and also the biggest selection overall of anything absolutely to do with a Walmart ever amazing clothing selection and also very good prices on anything including groceries down to the little things even a great clearance selection very organized and very neat in this whole store anyone complaining about it I don't understand it this Walmart is way better by far more than any Walmart that I have Been too and I've been traveling across the United States Houston Texas back to Canada via the Eastern seaboard of the United States so j always am in a walmart for traveling goods .sodas cookies crackers meat cheese ice clothing etc etc efc
