Prices are always good, but unfortunately they don't stock their shelves. And the place is a complete dump as far as organization. This store is centrally located between 3 major colleges within 3 miles and does not even have sheets for a Twin XL bed which is what they give you in college dormsNever more than 75% stock. It seems and looks like a hurricane has gone through it every time I shop there.It's ignorance and apathy - They either don't take the time to look. Or they just don't care

Love this walmart. Best in the area. Clean well stocked except for milk wnd eggs which seems to missing sometimes. Staff is mostly friendly.I love their makeup section, especially for products from Milani and Nyx.Like always ample parking.

I'm a spark delivery driver and I've had non stop issues with this store. Supervisors Johnson and Robert should not be in charge of anybody. Robert told me there were no bags which I needed to complete my delivery and then after arguing he came back with the very bags I was told by the entire store that they were out of. Johnson literally mocked me for the entirety of the interaction and when I told him to leave he stayed and continued to mock me for being upset. This is a supervisor we're talking about. No de-escalation protocols were implemented by either supervisors. Simply mocking and arguing along with lies they were telling me to protect themselves. I also had a cashier tell me to go find a box. So this store is awful and incredibly unprofessional. Johnson and Robert are incompetent and deserve a demotion until they learn to handle problems without mocking the person that's upset.

Their website says that they sell unlocked phones. When you go into the store there is a section that says unlocked phones. But it's just a gimmick to get people in the door. If you actually try and buy and unlocked phone they tell you that they don't really carry them and try and sell you phone plans instead. Really frustrating because I asked over and over for an unlocked phone and they kept trying to sell a phone *plan* to me, after several minutes of this they finally told me they don't actually carry unlocked phones. Then that told me I should go to Target if I want one.

There are a million Walmart's to choose from, do NOT choose this one. I've had an employee literally refuse to allow me to try on clothes in their dressing rooms during normal business hours. More than once! Just won't unlock any of the empty rooms. Smiles, shakes her head 'no' and goes on loudly singing religious hymns and ignoring you. Go elsewhere.

Walmart is probably the most well-known store ever followed by Costco internationally great prices, even though they don’t really support the US economy, but it’s better than getting things on Amazon for the economy at least

THE MOST TRASHY, DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED WHICH HAPPENS IN LITERALLY ALL AREAS OF THE STORE!!!! Today was my breaking point with shopping here - to lock up legos and headphones is literally the most stupid thing ever, especially when you can’t even have employees with keys to open the locks and it took over ten minutes to get someone to unlock the lock to get a $20 AND $27 Lego kits!!!!! YOU HAVE MORE EXPENSIVE THINGS UNLOCKED ALL OVER THE STORE, YET YOU ARE SOOO WORRIED ABOUT LEGOS YET EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE STORE CAN BE STOLE JUST AS EASILY!? WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THE SECURITY-TAGS AND YOUR HARASSING SECURITY GUARDS/RECEIPT CHECKING PEOPLE ON THE WAY OUT IF YOU HAVE TO STILL LOCK UP THESE STUPID ITEMS ANYWAYS???!!! Then I was told that I had to check the legos out at the electronics desk if I wasn’t done shopping yet, and when I got up there the guy completely ignored me so I had to ask if I am going to be checked out after standing there for another 5 minutes for him to tell me he was getting something for another customer that was over in another aisle while the girl behind him was sitting there on her phone not doing anything, so I ended up leaving because this is the most rude and inconvenient way to operate a store. I will no longer be stepping foot back in this store, and will be going to Target, Wegmans and other stores for all of my needs going forward as they all have much kinder, respectful and more helpful employees. Maybe reevaluate the way you handle your business and the disgraceful customer service you offer, especially at this location.🙃👌

It’s great. I have only had 1 issue since Walmart started the delivery service. They are always early and have never been late. I love that will text me if something isn’t available when a choice to substitute. It’s a great service that Walmart offers and so glad they have kept it.

My review is strictly for grocery delivery or pickup. I do not shop inside the store so I cannot speak to the condition of the store or interactions with employees.I use Walmart grocery pickup or sometimes delivery with my Walmart+ membership. Grocery prices are reasonable as compared to Wegmans, and I typically save about 30%. Which allows me to buy more healthier foods, a variety produce that we enjoy and the occasional treats for the kids. Meat has been pretty good quality - But I've only purchased the 95% lean ground beef, and some italian sausage. Otherwise I usually buy meat at other local stores.

9:50pm and the longest checkout line I've ever seen anywhere. 4 of 16 self checks open and a single check line. the manager should have been running 4 more self check lines instead of watching the exit with the security guard.

Black Friday is understandably craziest day for anyone working in retail.That being said even with that understanding i can not wrap my head around the system at this store.The app let’s you select up to parking spot #13 so naturally anything else like Black Friday parking that goes up to number 57 should be there to but it’s not.I sat for 25 mins watching people leaving without their purchases and not a single person came out to deliver a package on the curbside?I ended up walking in the store and talking with the manager who directed me to call a phone number?Well I already did that three times and you can’t leave a message due to mailbox being full.After I stated that I was sent to drive on the other side of the building to Black Friday parking that had three attendants and one customer.After explaining my and their problem to one of them that person sent one of the employees to assist the other side and went out of the way to retrieve my package.This was my first time going through this process and NEVER again.I did it only because my item was only available here in entire Upstate NY.Great job preparing for the Black Friday!

Especially for people coming in from out of town, please know this is the college Walmart. College things happen here. It's busy af right up until close. People walk around with open containers of choccy milk. It's a vibe.Personally I prefer doing curbside pickup omw home from work and the team here is great.

I haven't been to a walmart in almost ten years. Someone at my gift exchange requested a walmart exclusive item, so I stopped in to grab it. Of course it had a security tag on it and when the cashier didn't remove it, he told me I had to go to customer service to do it. The line was ridiculously long so I just walked up and asked and the lady was super rude. I was about to cut it my self until another worker came over and removed it. That's the worst process for security locked things I've ever seen.

Whomever manages Walmart are dumb. Sorry but that is an honest answer. There are tons of employees walking around doing nothing; you can train them and utilize their skills to help customers check out during busy hours. Tons of cashing lanes are closed, tons of self checkout machines are broken and never being fixed.Managers themselves should take in charge at the checkout lane if you are short staffed.This is not like a rare case. This is like all the time for decades and has never changed.Get it together and do your job right. I would have fired the manager if they run my business this way.

Walmart's are Walmart's. However, this one is in above average shape for the Rochester area. Walmart focuses on value, and it is difficult to maintain value and great service. This location does a reasonable job. This is the only Walmart anywhere near me that has a gas station. There was another one that was much closer to me that was sold and turned into a bank. Having a gas station adds to the value for Walmart+ subscribers.

When I went in, there were multiple employees stocking/facing product and checking displays, but only a SINGLE cashier with a line of about 10 people, while self-check had easily as many customers.At the least, open another line instead of standing around... especially as a manager.

Do you have spectrum internet? Just one question, do you have spectrum. Oh you have free internet but do you have spectrum? I need to wear a giant hat and shirt that's says I already have spectrum so I don't get harassed by spectrum people while trying to buy food. Three people seeking me out to ask if I have spectrum within 2 minutes not joking. I hope Walmart is getting paid a lot by spectrum from the level of harassment I keep getting every time I go in the store. Do you have spectrum oh you already have it let me tell you about spectrum. Anytime anyone asks me anything while I walk around I have to immediately say I already have spectrum. I'm considering just going to Wegmans or something to stay away from these people idk if anyone else has this experience but I see them asking everyone else including me.

I've been in this Walmart a handful of times over the years and they're almost always understaffed and with significantly longer lines than any other store I've been in. They also today closed one of their entrances on a Thursday while it was pouring out for no reason. Baffled.
