The guy with the Locs always has the best customer service. He's consistently the most polite and helpful when picking up prescriptions. When he's there things move in a not only quick pace but in a qualitative fashion. This guy doesn't EVER appear to be having a bad day. Keep up the GREAT work!

These prices are just to good to be true! The deals 😍👏🏾 3 bottles of laundry soap for $8! There's so many sales going on here! The staff are just as amazing as the prices never a line everyone is very helpful! Especially Tracey and the young woman who was on register this morning it's always quick service store is always clean and look good staff go above and beyond for customers if your looking for a good pharmacy with a food front end store this is definitely the store for you!

Marie the Pharmacy Technician was amazingly friendly and courteous. She assisted with my medication change. I was surprised with the amount of time & effort she put to satisfy the customer. I’ve been going to this particular location for a few years now and I have to say they need to hire more people like Marie. Thank you very much. I appreciate you and your kindness.

Outstanding at first, then after about a year due to not picking up prescriptions on time, a few different staff members; on separate occasions were rude, apparently they were resentful and inappropriate with comments and questions RE my picking up scripts late.I did make some complaints and the managers were very good at responding. I was upset and a little over sensitive I think.I could have handled the situations better myself. It wasn’t entirely necessary to make such a big deal and complain.In all reality and after much thought it was My FAULT for being so irresponsible NOT picking up scripts in a timely manner.I do understand their position RE: not picking up on time. It makes their job harder and that’s not fair on my part. 😬So overall their customer service is GREAT. The workers are professional and courteous. PRESCRIPTIONS are done in a very timely manner and all prescriptions have always been correct.I would recommend this Walgreens.

I went to this location to return a package via their FedEx service. They are supposed to scan the QR code that you are given in your return email and print a return label for you. A lot like an Amazon return… They told me “no we don’t do that here”. I was very confused bc I had the email right in front of me with the instructions to come to this location with my code and they would take care of the rest. The said they didn’t do this anymore bc the manager told them it was “too many problems…” that was the explanation I was given. I asked if the Walgreens down the road would scan my QR for me. They said they didn’t know and suggested I drive to Monroe ave to the main FedEx location…. I called the Walgreens down the street as they were not about to offer to do that for me and the employee on the phone was super helpful. He told me they definitely DO offer this service and to come in and they would take care of me, which they did in less than 5 minutes. He also said that it’s not a managers decision to say they don’t partner with FedEx and all these major companies that Walgreens is in business with. Employees are incompetent and I would avoid this location if you are dealing with a simple return bc they do not know how to do it.

Store was out of shopping bags for weeks. Cashier asking me if I wanted a bag meant for a card for 2 liter pop blew me away.There's another store close by and I asked why they aren't asking for bags and was told they can't ask for help from other WALGREENS!!!!Great job Walgreens. You killed the better store (RITE AID) and it shows.

This location is one of the few in the Rochester area that carries antiviral drugs used to treat Coronavirus, and they have the dose needed for kidney patients like myself. My doctors (both specialist and ED staff) have called in an order and within 45 minutes my order was ready for pickup. Staff at the drive-thru window have been friendly to us, and one staff member called when it was ready - I told him it was impeccable timing because we were there in the drive-thru. The location its self is not in the greatest part of town and I would not go there alone. I did not shop inside, so I cannot speak for staff in the store or the condition of the location.

Walgreen's East ridge and Hudson isn't where I normally shop as I do not live close to this location. While shopping today with my mother around 4:19 PM, I was in the shaving needs section of the store when I hear over the intercom a call for customer service in the shaving needs section. There was no one else around but myself and my mother and we had not requested customer service. The store was pretty dead. So looked around to confirm and it was clear to me that I was being watched while shopping and the call for customer service was intended to make me aware of that. I left the store and will not be shopping there again as I was profiled. I later went home and called the store. Spoke with a nice cashier who explained that they have issues with stealing in the store so that may be the reason customer service was called. Further confirming this as aIa tactic. I explained to her that being watched while shopping and assumed to be a shoplifter isn't a feeling that makes people comfortable in your store. I will be writing a written complaint to corporate in the hopes better decisions can be made in the future.

I've been filling my prescriptions at this Walgreens for a few months now and I am very happy with the service. The staff has always been professional, kind and helpful...they have actually gone "above and beyond" more than once. Their app for Android is great too! I'm definitely glad I made the switch from my previous pharmacy to Walgreens!

DO NOT go here for a covid test. Prolly more likely to get covid at this testing site. Did not sanitize pass bucket between customers. Did not clean counter. Gloves had dark dirt stains on them like they were reused over and over. Did not check ID or appt number. Completely disgusted at this site. Walgreens in my town was on top of things they cleaned in-between customers allowed me to open the swap and checked form of ID.

I don't care for their service they're rude and inconsistent with refills of medication. Not the insurance companies fault!! Not long ago they shorten my client of his medicine and said that the medicine colud either be lost or stolen, what type of staff are they employing that would loose of possibly steal customers medication. Be sure to count your medicine everyone!! Because the reputation of Walgreens in Lake & Ridge is beyond awful.

The staff is nice and helpful. They check to see if there is something in the back if they are out on the floor. Photo services is quick and they have quality products! If something is wrong they are quick to fix it for you. The pharmacy is usually quick in and out. They are kind and remember who you are!

Just left Walgreens after going to about 5 different stores to print out pictures for my Uncle's funeral. Not only were the able to print out the pictures at 9:45PM, they even stayed late while the prints were finishing up, all the while with a genuine smile. Thank you so much!

Extremely slow service, despite the store being well manned. The staff is a bit awkward. A man popped his head out of the storage room and glanced at me and looked around, without saying a word. Must be something in the water.

Horrible! Pharmacy is just horrible , i will never go there again & tell all my friends and family to not go . Nobody is professional I called someone answered the phone not knowing I can hear them getting and saying all of someone information in pharmacy. I dont feel like my information is protected

Would not recommend this pharmacy. The drive up is very slow and going inside is not any better. This is not just a one time occurance. Switching to Wegmans or Rite Aid.
