I went here for the first time ever yesterday with my dobie mix, Sadie. I am impressed with the staff, the prices, and how well they took care of my Sadie lady. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Tom had to pick up Sadie and bring her to the back. He was gentle with her and she was back in no time! Thank you Tom & Jackie!!

Great customer service and clean place. The people here are good and attentive, and the groomer is such a lovely woman. She will take great care or your pet(s) and really loves your animal like it is hers. They will come out sparkling clean!!! Really did a nice job with a lion cut and bath for our cat who has matting, and he is loving his new look as much as us! Thanks for creating a repeat customer!

When I picked my dog up she couldn’t open one of her eyes.. Jackie had no explanation or apology! She said didn’t you drop her off like that? Come on, what can get you even more upset. She kept saying she will be ok. I noticed Jackie had long fake nails on and the only thing I can think of is my dog got poked in the eye with one of those things! She shouldnt be wearing long fake nails for hygiene and safety reasons and also working so close to animals faces/eyes! A few days later my dog still couldn’t open her eye I took her to the vet and she had a corneal abrasion and a superficial infection! I wouldn’t have been mad if she just would have told me what happened I truly would have understand!

The whole team was great . I happen to be 30 minutes late by mistake , and even so the lady at the front still manage to fit my cat in regardless of me being late. Very professional and very nice. They did an amazing job on Liam’s lion cut! Thank you again ! I will be back !

I brought my timid Italian Greyhound in for a nail trim. The shop is clean, cozy, warm, friendly. These are very nice people to deal with and she was very gentle with my boy. What a great little place. I love my Vet but should not have to pay $23 for a nail trim. This was less than half the cost and I supported a great local business. I will recommend to lots of people!🐾

Jackie and her staff have always taken the best care of my dogs. The 1st dog I took there had a difficult temperament but Jackie and her staff knew exactly how to handle him and he actually got excited to see them each time we went. I feel completely confident that my dog is in great hands when I leave him there for grooming. Even my vet commented on how nice my dogs nails looked😊

I am so pleased with our experience at Uni-pet! This was our bulldog's very first visit to a groomer and she's never smelled so good or felt so soft. Her ears and wrinkles are squeaky clean and she didn't seem stressed at all.They have a clean, cute storefront which we will be sure to check out more on our next visit.Thanks for grooming our girl!!

So polite and friendly. I brought all three of my dogs for a walk in nail clipping and the whole atmosphere calmed my babes right now. There was a nice smell and music and when they were all done they were so pleasant! My dogs really took well to the experience and they usually have a lot of anxiety when we go to new places. They have a little loyalty program too, after 10 visits, you get a free nail trimming! The prices were extremely reasonable. Its a super good deal, especially with three to take care of! I will absolutely be back.

I was very happy to find a place that was accepting walk-ins for nail clipping. Workers were polite and had my dog's nails done in no time. My only complaint is that the price given at the end differed from the prices on the website. It's a cute place and they did a good job with the nail trim, so we will definitely be back.

Uni-Pet Grooming Salon is an absolute gem to have in Rochester. Jackie and the rest of the ladies that work there are professional, kind, personable, and care for your pet as if it is their own. I have a 2 year old French Bulldog that hates the bathes we give her at home. We brought her in and Jackie and her team had her smelling like roses, nails trimmed and ears cleaned with care. Brie, the frenchie was as happy and relaxed as when we entered. In addition to their grooming services, they also sell a wide range of treats, toys, and pet hygiene products. Bring your pet in today, they will love it!

The owner and workers are fast, confident and friendly. I take my small dog here to get his nails cut, as he threatens to bite me and had bitten vets. They cut his nails in under term minutes, ni stress, no bleeding, $10 and they don't require him to be medicated like the vet does.Ive watched their grooming habits and procedures. It's humane, quick and precise! Their poodle cut is great!!

It's so hard to find somewhere who grooms cats so I'm glad Uni-Pet is around! My boy had a bit of an attitude regarding some of the grooming but they worked with him. He looks so handsome with his hair cut and I love how short his nails are now. I/we had a great experience and the prices were very reasonable.

Our usual groomer was backed up due to COVID and after 3 weeks on a waitlist with no progress we decided to try somewhere new.They got us in in one week and were Wonderful. Seriously Bark Ruffalo is back to his old self. We love the cut. He requires a lot (mostly) of hand cutting with scissors and they did a great job.
