Needed to buy some replacement belts for my Eureka upright (bagged). Had two belts break within 5 minutes. Owner was very helpful explaining to me what my problems might be and possible fixes. Turns out the belts I had bought online were older and less pliable than the new ones he stocks, that's why they kept breaking. His worked great. Would absolutely recommend him and will do business with him in the future.

I took in a Miele that wouldn't turn on. When the service guy tried to turn it on, it worked, but he said he'd look at it anyway. Pulled it apart and reinforced the cord reel, gave it a good cleaning. Then, when I came back to pick it up, it wouldn't turn on. He said he couldn't find anything wrong with it. It still doesn't turn on, but I paid $60 for this service. Nice guy, but not sure I'm going to continue to take my business there.

Think about good old fashion service and you have the Vacuum Center and Janitorial Supply. I have made large item purchases and small purchase from them. They communicate, they explain their product or service, they are honest, if they don't have what you need often they will get it for you, if possible. Nothing, NOTHING negative to say about this place.

Had a rug emergency - Huge black charcoal stain (dog ate charcoal from our fire pit - you can guess the rest) Brand new rug - almost white in color. Stain was probably 12" by 8" (Husband tried to clean it but ended up making it bigger) Anyhow Billy came out same day with some special cleaner and a machine. You'd never know the stain was even there. Wasn't even all that expensive to boot. Looks like he does various things too - I'd give him a try again for sure!
