Large selection of everything. We went there on Black Friday and we waited six minutes in the self checkout line. It was a smooth process. There’s a lot of other things in that area. There’s a Starbucks at the front near the dollar spot.

I was helped by a woman named Kathy who is hearing impaired. She was so helpful. She just kept looking for a product even though it wasn't on the shelf. She looked through boxes and tried to help me. So nice!

I love shopping at Target, many of the people I encounter are very nice and helpful. My last few encounters haven’t been enjoyable, I’m followed around in the store and the front end manger Zenobia is obnoxious and watch me everytime I check out, mind you I don’t use self check out. Every black women isn’t in there to steal, some of us actually have money and like to spend it.

Target is always a wonderful shopping experience. Most recently, I had to return an item of my daughter’s that simply stopped working. No questions asked-the employee was kind and helpful and the return process was quick. I also purchased a gift card at the customer service desk with no issues.

This location is pretty big and very nice. They have a much wider selection of items and almost always have what I'm looking for in stock when the Chili Ave. location is out. The online pickup service here is very speedy. They also have a Starbucks here as well. I didn't have to wait in line at the registers or worry about checking myself out. The staff I encountered were all very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of parking. I also noticed they had mobility scooters for those who might need them by the service desk.

I appreciate that although I no longer had a receipt for my purchase the customer service department was able to find proof of purchase on my credit card and refund my money.

I went to shop at Target and did not have my RED card with me. They would not let me use my license to make my purchase on my Red card. I go to Kohls and other stores and I am allowed to use my license to make a purchase on my credit card.

I won't shop here because the website is always misleading. Whatever it says is in stock at the store is actually sold out anytime I look ahead of time. Also called to see if they're hiring for a friend of mine.... indeed website and the front of the store say they are. The girl in human resources claiming to be a hiring manager said no we're not hiring and hung up right away. Hmmmm 🤔

For a large national chain, it is surprising that they only carry a bare minimum of shoe accessories. And in order to find what minimum they do have, you will need to scout out an employee for directions.

Larger store in the Rochester area and has a wider selection. Finding someone to assist in the store is an issue with all big box stores, and the self checkout is quicker than the one or two lanes usually open

I went to Starbucks at this Target, and in Webster, when visiting family. At one of those Starbucks, an employee named Evonne was very friendly, efficient and cheerful, on a busy day there. Just wanted to leave a compliment.

My daughter found BARBIE THE MOVIE - BARBIE PINK POWER jumpsuit doll on the toy shelf with other Barbies. When I scanned it at the self checkout, it said to contact an associate. The Target associate said it’s not supposed to be on the shelf until 9/1/2023. She wouldn’t hold it for me under my name and my daughter left crying cause she wouldn’t let me purchase the item. Since it was Target’s fault that this doll was put out early and I had already scanned it, I think the least that could have been done is to hold it for me until 9/1/23:

I try to avoid big retail stores, customer service was abysmal! It took two trips to complete the return including having to take pictures of the item I was trying to return, still on their shelves - as customer service claimed that Target didn’t sell the item. If I had my receipt it would have helped prevent the issue, so I do own some responsibility for the challenge, it still should have been smooth without it.

I like this Target 🎯. Has a lot of options for Formula. Went to the Walmart in Henrietta and they had none. I especially like the Starbucks in this target store. They had lot of options for cups :)

I did expect any different from the target in my community.....grab some products that I forgot for my son .Sometimes you've got to make a list of things you need, specially on empty stomach; otherwise you'll be going in target back and forth...

This store was clean, well stocked and had a great sale/clearance item that I was so happy to find! I like Target! They were phenomenal during the Covid too, keeping items in stock and reasonable. As a shopper, I remember.Thank you, Target!

This store has never, ever given me any issues, checking out, finding items or returning them. This is my GO TO STORE for Target. Bathrooms are always clean and the staff has been polite, except for I always have to go find assistance, i can never find anyone just watching over a department.

Went into the store and saw a sign that said buy 2 get 1 FREE. I took them up to pay and they didn’t ring up as such. Called the employee working there over and said they were excluded from the promotion. Right on the paperwork it said it included FAO Schwarz. She called her manager over and the manager had a very bad attitude. Started yelling at us over what the sign had said. Update your signs if it’s not included. Very bad experience. Will never shop here again.

Webster target is the absolute worst target ever . I love target, however the managers or the corporate people don't feel the need to staff the Starbucks properly. Every single time it's about a 15 minute wait to get a drink, then another 5 minutes to get the actual drink. Will not buy coffe here any longer.

What has happened to this store?My husband and I stopped in this week to buy a new lamp.The entire store is disorganized, dirty, and in a general state of messiness.Lots of items were on the floor in each aisle and many more items were just in the incorrect spot.This used to be such a nice store. What a shame.
