This Target is never cleaned. Large selections of items are out of stock. Many shelves are bare. Things are damaged and still on shelves. Trash everywhere. It looks like it's ransacked but It's just plain neglected. They should probably close this location to save their reputation.

First time placing an online order for pick up, I had called the store prior to picking up, asking for a physical receipt printed from the register I had also asked the person that handed me my items for a printed receipt, and I still did not get a printed receipt I will not be using store pick up ever again if this is a continuing problem which I won’t know because I won’t use it. It is completely ridiculous to not give a customer their receipt. It is also unlawful to not give a receipt

The employees are all lovely, but the stock in this particular store is always lacking. Lots of empty areas on shelves, often items I want to go buy aren't available at the Chili store so I end up having to go to another Target across town or just buying elsewhere. It's not a one time or just recently issue either.

Parked, saw a dog in the car next to us (20 degree Fahrenheit out), shopped for an hour, dog was still there in the freezing cold & making distressed sounds. Tried to call their help desk 3x so they could make an announcement & no one picked up… three times in a row… wild.

I go into this target about once a week. It's generally clean inside the store, minus the normal array of items that get thrown around by customers on some shelves. I do "Drive Up" orders occasionally too and they're always super quick. My only complaint is the newer self-checkout lanes. They don't offer much room at all to actually do your scanning if you have more than 2 or 3 small items. They really should provide more counter space and room for bagging the items. On several visits I've seen the customer lines backed up because they only leave one or two registers open with cashiers. So there's a bit of room for improvement.

I am very disappointed to see the arrival of self checkouts. My experiences at other stores show they do not save time. Open more regular checkouts, especially for customers making larger purchases.August 30, update. Well, it finally happened at 4:30 this afternoon. All self checkouts were in use. The line was way backed up. No checkouts open. I went to the service desk. No checkouts open until 5:00. Fortunately, the service desk associate checked my $130+ purchase out for me. A couple of disgruntled customers looked at me as I left the store while they still waited at the self checkout. It's time for a managerial meeting at Chili Target!

Normally I love Target but this one is such a mess. Every aisle had empty shelves or messy shelves, toy area was wiped out, and I didn’t even bother checking out the clothes because displays were such a mess. It felt like K-Mart after a Blue Light sale.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience with in store pickup. I wish Target would empower their people to make exceptions to help the customer. Instead they are incredibly rigid when it comes to their 2 hour pickup window even though it was a single specific item. Instead they made us wait until the item was dropped off at the desk and even prioritized a drive up customer when we were standing in front of them.

I love target and the chili location much!. They have long lines during the holidays but that’s to be expected anywhere. I’ve never interacted with an employee that didn’t leave me with a smile or a sense of satisfaction afterwards. There is this one tall guy who called himself “trouble” at the checkout lines once. I don’t know his actual name but he most certainly does not cause any actual trouble. I actually look forward to running into him any time I go. & each time I do it’s a warm welcoming interaction. No matter if he is in check out, walking by or gathering the carts outside! 😀

I went to the Chili, NY store to pick up an online order. First the online order to be picked up at the store was super fast. Only a half hour after I completed the order I got a text saying it was ready. The customer service was awesome when I went to pick it up. I was in and out under 10 minutes! The associate was super nice and positive. Great way to end my day! Good job Target!

I normally choose this Target because it is organized and neat. That was not the case today. Everything was a mess. The shoes were mostly out of boxes and all over the place. Same with the clothes. Just thrown on racks not in any order. The home goods shelves were also in disarray. I was in the store 15 mins after it opened, what the heck? I saw 2 employees having a conversation instead of fixing the mess or even wiping down carts. When I went to the one open register I interruptted a conversation between 2 more employees. Disappointed, not the norm at this location. Hope it turns around

As always Target had what I was looking for. I ordered online for pick up same day. Of coarse I shopped for those teacher/bus driver gifts while I was there. The girl at pick up was polite, fast, and very nice.

This store sucks. It’s always a mess, never has enough cashiers, items that are marked .99 are actually ringing up $8.00. Cashier just rolls eyes when you ask her a question. Gee sorry to bother you while you are cashing me out! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TARGET.

Target is always awesome...they have the cutest clothes and home decor! Great place for gift registries and they have a Starbucks! The grocery side of the store has great healthy food options and wide selection of fancy beers. The staff is very helpful when you need to find items or answer questions. The store and restrooms are always clean too!

I just witnessed the staff do absolutely nothing to stop blatant theft. These two women came in, masked and with shower caps. They loaded up two carts of diapers and then walked out the front door. There are was an employee or maybe a manager that followed them. But did nothing. Didn't call security, no police, didn't get a plate on the vehicle parked out front. Its a smack in the face to their customers that pay for groceries. It was around 9:30 on 2/21/2022.

Every Target we shop at in Rochester, NY is mostly clean and organized and has the same layout,, making shopping effortless and pleasant. The friendly and helpful workers are most often patient and smiley to my bouncy and curious 3 year old. I appreciate shopping in Target, Rochester, NY, locations and shop there with a smile. My 3 year old thinks going to Target is a trip and an adventure adventure constantly asks to go back!

I was struggling with my 1 year old who refused to stay in the cart and wanted to nap on mommy. As I walked out with her asleep on my shoulder and me trying to push the cart which has the extra extention for the two kid seats. Tamra who was also delivering groceries to a drive up vehicle asked if I needed help. I said a little bit, and we both laughed. She helped navigate me to my vehicle and put my groceries in the back of my vehicle for me, as I buckled my sleepy toddler in the car. We need more people like Tamra. She had a sweet smile and spirit to go along with her helpful hands.

Cashier and Store manager were talking nonstop while I am checking out. The cashier keep telling me to stay back. I have a mask on and stay 6 feet back or more but they were stand next to each other and talking. I appreciated essential workers but not necessary to be rude during Covid19.
