I mean it’s a Target but it’s not cared for. The staff feel like they’ve sorta given up here and I don’t blame them. The place is never neat whenever I go here (at all hours of the day) and I can see why it’s impossible because of how others treat the things here. The clothes are always bundled up and thrown back on the shelves or left on the floor, products will be knocked down - entire shelf-fulls some days - without a care, usually there isn’t stuff actively blocking the floor, but basically half the store looks like someone’s kitchen junk drawer. It’s a lot to manage and I’m sure the people who work here aren’t paid enough to do it. I’ve seen them clean and reorganize things only for me to circle back around ten minutes later and it’s destroyed. It’s disheartening. The employees are always nice and polite, so the staff as a whole is great. It’s just always messy and it’s impossible for them to keep up on it and I don’t think at all that it’s their fault.Product selection is okay; some Targets have better things but between Irondequoit, Henrietta, and Greece, there’s no real difference. Greece and Chili is less disorganized than Irondequoit and Henrietta and Webster has far more selection than the other four, so I prefer that store when I’m over there.My only real complaint is really just check out (the messiness aside) because it’ll always been two, maybe three, registers open and it’ll be half the customers in the store trying to check out at the same time. I don’t blame the employees for that (because I know they’re not in control of that) but just the management of this location. This location is just getting less maintained and it must be exhausting for them to try to keep up with it.I added a couple of pictures I took to show what they have to deal with on the daily/some of the random things I see whenever I come here.

Great pillows. Food over priced so I look for discounted items. Pillow covers great price. Body pillows ! Great too love mine. All stores are different. Henrietta is great. Men's clothes there are great.

Love Super Target, has almost everything i ever need! Love the dollar section at entrance ($1-$5) & clothes clearance! And this one has my CVS pharmacy in it! Convenient!I SPEND SO MUCH MONEY HERE! Lol. One challenge is the little Pizza Hut counter is almost never open! Once in 3 blue moons. But i love their bread sticks when they are open. Of course the Starbucks is ALWAYS open. Lines go fast.

This target doesn't practice FIFO. As someone who managed several restaurants and was Serve Safe certified for many years i understand the importance of first in first out. I bought several yogurts from here a few days ago. Been eating them once or twice every day. Had one for breakfast this morning and now i have food poisoning. The only thing I've eaten was the yogurt. So i had my bf check the package since i was already at work. 2 weeks out of date. Meaning it was already out of date when i bought it. Do better target. Food poisoning can kill people. This is a huge safety hazard.

Target's visit was just alright. Layout’s clear but plain, found essentials, nothing more. Staff do their job, but lack enthusiasm. It's your average store – serves the purpose but doesn't impress. Alright for quick runs

Great helpful staff , neat and sorted isles , I found exactly what I needed PLUS everything was correct pricing/discounts. I will return if I’m ever in the area again(Purchased khaki pants , formal bottom shirt)

I walked up and smiled and said I had some Cat & Jack clothes to return and I had the receipts in my app. She rolls her eyes and calls out to another associate she will need help as she needs to “deal with” a Cat & Jack return. Great start. I begin going back to the oldest receipt within the 1 yr requirement and I show her the receipt and begin separating the clothes that are on that receipt and others. She begins the return typing in the SKU and the first item we tried didn’t match - it was a set but the top was different from the bottoms. When it wouldn’t work she tossed it at me instead of placing it on the counter and said the numbers aren’t matching. I asked to try the pants and they worked. She continued on. Eventually we came to one pair of shorts that the numbers were a bit worn and she tossed that at me and said I can’t read that. I tried to show her the item on the receipt but even connecting to the Target WiFi wasn’t working it kept saying unexpected error. She begins huffing and says “how about you come back with better wifi?” I asked if I could try to read the numbers and she shoulder shrugged I attempted once and it was wrong. I tried to read the number again but at this point my vision is blurring and I can tell I’m having a panic attack. I said out loud “I’m sorry I think I’m having a panic attack I’ll try this later let’s just finish up”. She responds with “oh please it’s not that serious” in a very sarcastic tone. I said well it is actually my husband recently lost his job and these don’t fit my son and every little bit helps”. I grabbed my receipts and gift card and ran out crying. All because I utilized a service Target offers. So if you are okay being treated with complete disrespect and looked at like an inconvenience this is the Target for you. I will never shop at this location again.

Does anyone work. I’ve been trying to call the store and no one answer. I know damn well they are not busy. The lack of people is horrible there. They let phones ring for mins I’ve even called 6 times. They need to shut that store down

It was terrible. I ordered a $50 record player and the delivery person went against my specific text to NOT buy a different item. They did it anyway and brought me a $180 record player I didn’t want. Then, when I went to the Henrietta Target, the manager was so rude, totally blamed their “third party” delivery service and rudely walked away. I will never order or shop again at Target…3 trips, a rude manager, and they still wouldn’t return the full amount with the record player never touched…they kept the delivery fee! A total fail.

This my local Target, and the people there are wonderful. I wish they had a self checkout to make things faster at times, but all in all a great store.

I purchased a small heater with curbside pick up and found that it was too small and didn’t have a remote so I actually brought it in to the store. They returned it no hiccups and I went and purchased what I needed. I must say that the curbside attendants were very helpful.

This target is usually friendly but today the cashier was rude. She didn't greet me or anyone else and she was on her phone so she wasn't aware that I also had other things that needed to be scan until I told her. I know everyone has their bad days but being on the phone while scanning. That's just not right.

Irondequoit Target is going down, just like the rest of this towns bigger establishments. Not only are the employees just about as “solid” as the shoplifters who frequent. The amount of time the IPD is using and taking away from (REAL) incidents to have about 10 OR more to be outside at 6:00pm on a Sat night is insane. I’ll side note: I’m glad they are doing their due diligence to get these shoplifters, BUT.. it was SHOCKING how many needed to be there, and thankfully never saw or heard anything while I was there for that 1hr- any true Irondequoit resident sees where this Target is going unfortunately 😣😩

This target is alright I usually don't come here but I was interested in the vegan meat replacement that was sold here. I usually would not shop here due to the prices being a little higher than Walmart. I don't see a difference in quality but I can't find frozen vegan meat at Walmart.

This store always has carts full of incoming stock blocking up the shopping aisles when you want to look at books or music. Several aisles down are empty aisles where they could put their carts out of the way. Store generally pretty messy also.

Gaby is amazing! they need more people like her. I don't live in the area but always shop there when I visit. Shes always running around helping even out of her department. I was really surprised she even recognizing my other family members by name. 10/10

I always find going to the target different, I Mean the feel of the store. I more than often find what I'm looking for and am able to get in and out. Nice store!!

It's a bigger Target in the area and the staff keep it clean. This location doesn't have a self checkout so it takes some time to get out quickly. There is a Starbucks here.

Target is the " In Place," to stop and shop, for they have the service and products and special deals and new merchandise not some of the time, but all of the time.My youngest three granddaughters, Madison (14), Alexandra (10), and Jessica (8), love to shop at Targets. And, my 3 papa's Angels, love shopping at Targets more, if it;s with me.3-18-24 visited Target in Irondequoit and took my friend Frank for first time.Frank needed a electric razor and beard trimmer.
