I don’t usually write reviews for chain stores, but the staff here are so nice and helpful I thought I would take the time. You can find some great buys here. I do wish the store would divide up the long clothing racks so things are not so crowded. Otherwise, it’s good!

Supervisors help out with absolutely nothing. I went in and the line was very long a worker called in for help a girl helped her with one customer and then left. Atleast try to pretend to care about your customers please and thank you!

Has great stuff, but customer service is horrendous. We waited in line for a good 20 minutes. Line backed up to the entrance. At least 5 to 6 workers that I could see on the floor, but only had 3 registers open. Took the manager a long time to realize she needed to do something and open up some registers.

Great place for discounted brand name outdoor clothing and equipment. The only downside is that if they run out of stock of something, it’s gone. If you see something you like, don’t wait…like I did. Good prices for dehydrated camping food.

I love this store. I used to spend thousands at their online store before it was bought by the TJ Maxx company. I also remember ordering from their old physical catalog. I used to get these great brands and they would always email me great coupons all the time. It has definitely changed. They don’t get as many high end brands like they used to but you can still find some decent stuff here if you really visit on a consistent basis. Overall it’s still way better than Dick’s or anything else in the area for the prices. I love REI but they never have any good sales and it’s wicked expensive. I miss the good ol’ days.

Upscale type store way better than Marshalls & TJ Maxx. Organized and good sales..camping equipment. Candles, personal care items, food, etc. Highly recommend this store!

There is never anyone working there. One register with 20 people I. Line. Managers don’t care. Employee cashiers move at snails pace. Not worth your time.

Really appreciated the clever disguising as "just a sporting goods store" as this helped me lure my husband into the store. He's pretty tired of the hours I spend at TJMaxx analyzing every good deal and product. He quickly noticed in Marshalls that it was just another version of the same. But he was completely fooled when we walked into Sierra. He casually browsed the aisles with me, no complaints, looking at the hiking pants and dog toys. We made it all the way to the checkout area before he finally got wise to my tricks... "Wait a second... is this just a TJMaxx with different colors!?" ...drat, my cover was blown!

Excellent store! They offer a wide array of outdoor products at discounted prices. The store is clean and offers clean restrooms as well. Employees are helpful and friendly .

It's been a few years since I've been in, and I feel like the selection, especially of shoes, isn't as great. A little disappointing, but I still left with a few purchases so I can't complain too much! But for shoes, their website is definitely the way to go.

Hate this store. No matter what, I will end up spending 100 to 200 bucks every visit. You can find something every time. I just moved from Georgia to Rochester, NY and have zero winter gear. Went in to just look, and found a Carhartt parka, winter gloves and some nice warm long sleeved shirts. So, yes I hate this store. While also loving it. Keep up the amazing selection and pricing Sierra! I will be back.

This store is part of the TJ Max, Marshall's, Home Goods coalition. Like its sibling stores, it has a very broad array of goods. Sierra is more focused on sporting and athletic attire and equipment. Decent selection with reasonable pricing. They seem to have quite a few pet (mostly dog) related items as well.This is the only Sierra store in the area. As such, merchandise turns over quickly. As with its sister stores, if you see something you like, buy it. It most likely will not be there when you return. If you decide you don't want it after bringing it home, they have a 30-day return policy for unused items with reciepts.

Clean, attractive, well managed store. Staff are efficient, warm,welcoming and go out of their way for the customer. Focus is on clothing, outdoor recreation, with a good selection of nice gift items. Quality items normally sold at retail in speciality shops can be found at a significant discount.

I had never been to this store before. I didn't even know what they sold. It is an outlet for high end name brands of outerwear for the entire family such as ski pants, jackets, warm sweaters. They also sell shirts, blouses for men and women and clothes for kids.. Hats and gloves are abundant. Camping supplies were very interesting. They even sell toys. Will definitely go back.

Bring your wallet and give yourself enough time to shop this store is amazing I got lost it in there for hours. If you have dogs they have four aisles of dog toys alone.woof

Well good deals and stuffMy card for whatever reason didnt update after it expired. In the store they said they'd take care of it. Sounded like they'd fix it. So I'm thinking they will reactivate my card. Unbeknownst to me they signed me up for a new card! Gr. Will pay off and cancel it soon.
