We live out of town and did some research in order to send flowers to my mother in law. Rockcastle was new to us however from the moment I spoke to the staff about sending flowers I knew I was in good hands. The women answering the phones were so helpful and carefully took all of the information to assure the flowers were delivered to the nursing home correctly. I just spoke to my mother in law and she couldn’t believe how beautiful and how fresh the flowers are. I’m letting my brother and sister in law know, so that they too can use your services in the future! I recently ordered a gift basket to be delivered as a thank you to the team of a local business. The comments I received regarding the basket and its contents were way beyond positive. I was told by multiple recipients that not only was it aesthetically gorgeous, the products were all high-quality. I live out of town, and I order a bouquet sent to my father every year on what would've been his and mom's wedding anniversary (married 63 years when she passed). He sends me pics every time, and the flowers are always so fresh and they last a while! Ordering over the phone is fast and easy, the employees are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Rockcastle Florist!

I reviewed their website and decided to call to place my order as I had some questions about an edible gift basket. They were able to accommodate some changes to their gift basket as the person I was having it delivered to has a special diet. Excellent customer service as she didn't make me feel like I was a hassle. I even requested same day delivery and even though I knew there was no guarantee that could happen, they made it happen!

I just had a little birthday surprise delivered to a dear friend. When she wasn't home, the delivery person called me to ask if there was a better time to deliver or if it was ok to leave it on the front porch. I was very impressed and pleased with the service provided by Rockcastle Florist. We had an order late Friday afternoon for calling hours Saturday morning. Their normal delivery window is 11:00 am but I mentioned in the notes that calling hours started at 9:00 am and they made sure to get the arrangement to the funeral home before 9:00. We had a fall designer's choice vase of flowers sent to a friend. Knowing how talented the designers are at Rockcastle it was a no brainer to make that choice. The arrangement was more than I could have hoped for. It was beautiful! The mix of flowers amazing and for the price, it was outstanding. Using the website was easy and convenient. I have ordered flowers online before from other companies and was very disappointed. Not this time! We were very impressed and the flowers made our friend very happy 😊

I got a picture of the arrangement. I am dissatisfied, it's not that special...in a Mason jar! It doesn't warrent the price for a special 50th anniversary piece. Those little daisy flowers look like weeds. Not at all pleased!

Amazing florist with incredible service. We needed a last minute arrangement for my Mom’s celebration of life. I called half a dozen others, but Rockcastle had the flower we needed. (The others were super nice as well, but didn’t have birds of paradise. Rockcastle made the arrangement in 45 minutes. It was beautiful! Thanks for making our Mom’s day special. She loved Birds of Paradise.
