We've had a really great experience here so far! Our dog's injury is quite minor compared to some of the other cases I'm sure they work with here, but that didn't prevent the team from being extremely thorough and compassionate for our exam. The doctor took his time and had great patience with my dog throughout the exam. The staff was so very kind and gentle with him too. He received laser therapy and they made the process so quick and easy for him!

Could not recommend this place highly enough! I have an adopted pitbull with pretty significant hind limb trauma. Dr. Jones and his assistant worked with us for over an hour on our intake exam, and his attention to detail is amazing. He was also incredibly gentle and careful upon physical examination, making sure to never push my dog too far or hurting him. Dr. Jones' assistant (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was also incredible. She treated my dog like it was her own and made the check in and check out process a breeze (this is definitely not always the case with a very reactive dog)! Thank you to the whole staff!

Dr. Jones was supportive, patient and professional as he thoroughly examined my dog. Also, there was a vet technician present who scribed all the doctor’s readings and measurements. The tech exhibited the same excellent traits as the veterinarian. They were both very empathetic. In fact, when my dog became restless, Dr. Jones was responsive to my dog’s need for a break. I briefly walked her outside and returned to finish the exam. Just that small break was just what she needed to be able to complete the exam.My dog was given an immediate laser treatment after the exam. I was very impressed that I did not have to wait for a return visit but the treatment began immediately.I cannot say enough to praise ROC Pet Rehab!

Roc Pet Rehab is the absolute best place to bring your pet for Rehab. Dr. Jones, Kristine and Taylor are some of the most caring people I have ever encountered. We have brought 2 of our dogs to them for both water therapy and laser therapy. They both had tremendous results. The staff do what is best for the individual pet and I have never felt that they had any intentions other than the comfort and and care of my dogs. Once you go there for yourself, you will see that this clinic is one in a million!

First visit went really well. Dr. Jones and staff were thorough, gentle and kind with our dog. He took time with us, answered our questions and gave us detailed information on our pets health. I felt reassured for my pets improvement with their help and cold laser therapy. the doctor and his staff provide excellent services and to my surprise my dog was really good with the exam and laser.. He can be sassy!

Dr. Jones and been amazing with my dog Fergus. He was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis also called Westie lung disease. This disease is not common and hard to treat. Dr. Jones was willing to help me with laser treatments for Fergus.Taylor does Fergus’s laser treatments and she has been amazing! She is caring knowledgeable and always asking how Fergus is doing and if we need to change anything. Taylor is one of the best laser techs I have had the pleasure to work with my dogs. I have had laser in several of my dogs. We are lucky to have Taylor working here and lucky to have a place like this in Rochester!

Great experience with Dr Jones and the staff. He recommended a surgeon take a look and he was correct.Now post surgery we are going back for therapy. Can't say enough about the staff. They are educated and knowledgeable and make my dog feel comfortable.

Dr. Jones and his staff are wonderful! My cat was experiencing urinary issues and conventional treatments were not working. I was not sure if acupuncture was going to work; however, I am now a firm believer! I highly recommend ROC Pet Rebab.

I totally agree with the one review Dr Jones is a miracle worker. I have a 4 yr old, 15 pound Yorkiepoo who suddenly got sick and would not eat or drink. I took him to the ED vet 3x, to our Vet and Urgent Care. He was diagnosed with Esophagitis but the medication was not working and he continue to lose weight rapidly 4 pounds in less than a week. I became extremely desperate and was trying everything possible to get him to eat and drink. I tried baby food, peanut better, soft food even cat food so after three weeks at was at my decide to schedule an appt for acupuncture. Dr Jones examine Chewy throughly and asked me lots of questions then he put the needles on him. As soon as we got home he went right to his water bowl and had a big drink and ever since he has be eating and drink like normal. I’m very greatful and thankful to Dr. Jones 🤗

Dr. Jones is a miracle worker! My sixteen year old dog has disc issues and could not walk.He was not a candidate for surgery, but with laser therapy, acupuncture and exercises he is back to walking and feeling like himself again. Thank you so much!

Our dog needed water therapy, but we felt like we got the absolute bare minimum, way overpriced treatment from uneducated staff who have little knowledge of animals or physical therapy. There was no explanation or education given to us and generally very little care or effort by the staff. We felt like this was way overpriced which was compounded by the lack of communication. If were going to pay $70 per visit for 5 minutes in a water tank, it’d be nice to have someone tell us why water therapy is helpful, valuable, and what to look for or expect after each visit. But we still don’t even know if the 4 weeks of therapy did anything to help our dog because no one told us, probably because the staff didn’t know either… very disappointing and way overpriced.

These guys saved my dogs life last year. Kona and I and the rest of our little pack will forever be indebted to this extraordinary group of people. We still go for maintenance treatments (Kona had a back injury where he became paralyzed in his back 2 legs last year). The original vet wanted to perform a $10k surgery or put my precious boy down. THANK GOD the front desk girl mentioned ROC rehab and I took him there instead. Kona is thriving, being naughty and living a happy healthy life. Yes, he can walk, bounce and even stand up again!!
