Good prices, nice variety of foods & household products. Shopping there since it opened. Had issues ever since they hired a manager from Tops on West Ave. who was fired for mistreating the female customers. Lately the cashiers and staff are rude & treat customers like they are the enemy. They do not stop to help or answer your questions. Too few cashiers. If I have to be the cashier and scan my own groceries, I should get a discount.

I like the fact there is a good variety of Latino products that I cannot find anywhere else near Rochester. I don’t like that it doesn’t really look clean.

Go in, look straight ahead and mind your business and you should be just fine. They always have what I need and always good customer service, you may be in line behind someone who smells pee, but hold your breath in increments, mind your business, pay for your stuff and have a safe drive home. 🤗

CHECK THE DATES ON YOUR FOOD. I just went there the first time on the 16th, and of the food so far, I have a stale pack of snack cakes, which is I just kinda rolled my eyes at, and then, today on the 18th, I opened a big container of Greek yogurt, and there were odd spots on top (Kinda hard to see in the picture, so they are circled in blue. Kinda hard to see in real life, because it's vanilla, so it has other spots that SHOULD be there.). So glad I saw them. Checked the date, it EXPIRED ON THE 10TH. Again, I BOUGHT IT ON THE 16TH. I'm pregnant. What if I had eaten the bad yogurt and not noticed? Or if my daughter had opened it and not noticed because she is old enough to grab food for herself, but she doesn't know to look for stuff like that yet? This kind of negligence can make some people seriously SICK. Haven't caught anything else yet, but apparently they don't bother to rotate their products. Absolutely disgusted, and so mad I threw out my receipt so I can't take it back for any money. I WILL be taking it back to show to a manager tomorrow, regardless of being able to return or exchange it. Utter lack of attention to stock. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHECK UP ON MY GROCERY STORE LIKE THIS. Keeping my business at Wegman's and Aldi's, where I can trust my kids won't be getting sick from basic food.

Price Rite is a jewel of a grocery store. It is huge in the interior and it is stocked with everything you love and need for incredible prices. A great store for nearly all your needs. Check it out. You will be happy you did!

Self check out is closed & apparently not opening back up so remove the self checkouts COMPLETELY & PUT MORE REGISTERS with FRIENDLY cashiers because it's not enough staff & they don't open up the registers they do have so the lines are ALWAYS long for no reasons...Open back up self checkouts or remove them PERIOD ❗❗❗❗They only doing this in the CITY👀😡❗❗❗

Yes, it's in an iffy neighborhood. But the produce is fresh and they have a huge variety. I'm coming here when I'm making sofrito. It's hard to find culantro and ajies. It's just like any bargain supermarket. The lines may be long but worth it to me if I can find fresh food.

It was my first time shopping at Price Rite they have a large selection of meat products and fresh vegetables and fruits, the store space is open making it easy to shop with your cart. I did have some trouble checking but one of the cashier came over and helped me out with a very pleasant attitude this made my experience at Price Rite comfortable and l will shop again.

Employees are always so nice! & that's not an easy store to work in! They all deserve a raise! The trick here is make sure u go early enuf that the self checkouts are still open & shop for the 20items or less @ a time to be able to use em, after that ur in for a long line no matter how many items u have. Luckily the cashiers are super quick. But the prices are worth it 4 sure! Cuz I've been going here since back when it was a small Wegmans. & price rite actually has a better produce selection/prices!

Good selection. A lot of good sales! I got 16oz pineapple cottage cheese for 46 cents a piece! They recently switched to Bowl and Basket as their generic brand name instead of Price Rite brand and everything I've tried is way better!! Also no long waits. It's pretty easy to get in and out.

The produce department in any Price right is the best in the County! Puts that other big grocery store to shame. More selections, clean, fresh, bright, un cluttered and staff are very helpful. Very good pricing. In general the whole store is very clean and well stocked. Good deals on a lot. A must for anyone looking to stretch a buck. Weekends and the first of the month are really crazy in their but I found best times are mornings to get in and out. Worth a trip just for the produce alone!

Very fresh produce. Great prices for meat and lots of variety of different meats. Other products are great too has some name brand and lots of store brand items. Checkout only had 2 cashiers though and had to wait for like 15 minutes, but it was worth the trip.
