This was the second visit from our pet to this grooming establishment. They did not deliver everything that we pay for. His 1st visit was great and $40 Cheaper for the same service as requested. This time he didn’t receive half of the services that we paid for and it’s a fact I brought up to their attention.

I love shopping here for supplies, but the last few times I have asked for help getting crickets, I have waited 30 minutes to an hour. Today, I ended up waiting nearly an hour before leaving, which is unacceptable, after being today someone would "meet me back there" yet nobody did within this time slot. This is utterly unnecessary.

feel too bad. They don't clean ears in the shower and they dont cut feet hair . They shaved all the hair off the dog, but they charged me $20 for combing. I spent 183 dollar to take a bath and cut dog hair like this. It's ugly. I'm so disappointed ，won't come back！

Gretchen hasn't stayed here in quite a while and was so excited. She got a great Pawgress Report so we know she enjoyed her stay. The staff is always so amazing at the Pet Hotel she just goes running back and cannot wait for her stay to begin.

You pay for grooming service and you don't get what you pay for. Pay for it deluxe and only got the basic wash bath. They have to do better job at getting people what they pay for

We love the grooming services here! Was in need of a groom after going too long between bathe and trims. So gentle.. I was pleasantly delighted by the knowledgeable and kind staff. Sometimes our pup is skittish due to past grooming accident at a different salon. They did great! No problems and very clean facilities.

Brought the pup by for a new harness. We were reluctant to return to a petsmart for grooming after a prior issue with other stores. Me and the dogs love petsmart because they always have the best and freshest treats. Highly recommend the store. Most consistently quality experience. Reliable!Everything looks very clean and tidy in this salon. I spoke with staff in grooming about how they could accommodate a dog with grooming anxiety. They seemed very knowledgeable and kind. They were very patient with me and found the time to help answer my questions! Very well trained staff. I was reassured we were in good hands.Small animal section seemed to be well maintained and humane. Sometimes you can tell the little animals are stressed and unhealthy. Everyone looked well cared for.Great experience, thank you Petsmart! Definitely found my familiar favorite store again!

Our “Lucy Girl” , a 10yr terrier mix ,with debilitating anxiety .. had an episode of hoarse coughing & breathlessness Fri.eve.to Sat an.We scrambled to find a vet that would see us after hours ,..all other places were closed for the day!We stayed up through the night watching our baby.. cough ,hack & gag , in such distress ..(I gave her a very small amount of my Benadryl , just to get her by.My phone then rang back from Banfield( of the many calls to different vet practices ,that I made overnight ) .They left voice mail with openings at Hen. & Web. offices .we took the earlier ,11a appt. And had the great pleasure of meeting Dr Steve deVincetti .. he quickly calmed Lucy , Assessed her lungs & overall health , had a care plan & even trimmed her nails ! We love Banfield !♥️

I took my 60# Pitt mix to be groomed. I've always bathed him myself but now he refuses to get in the tub so I brought him here. They did an excellent job and he smells so good. He not only got bathed, they clipped his nails, brushed his teeth and expressed his glands.

This was our first time buying a pet. My daughter was very excited to get a leopard gecko. We were immediately greeted by a girl named Jade, who helped us throughout the whole process to select not only a Gecko but also our supplies. She was so helpful and so kind and patient with us. She clearly loves these and all animals and gave us so many great tips. We were very happy with our purchase and with the whole experience. Jade was awesome!!

PetSmart is a great place to bring your pet do some shopping! I've been bringing my new dog Tasha a little outings there. Staff is so friendly they even have a dog trainer she's awesome. Prices are very reasonable and it's a great place to have an outing with your puppy or your kitty. We always have a good time and Tasha loves the treats when we reach the cash register. Highly recommend them!

Went in to buy kidney-help cat food for my 15 year old Dorothy. Flailed around the aisles looking until I found a young lady employee who directed me to get a copy of my Rx at the desk and the correct aisle. Then there were no problems.PetSmart could use a Greeter or more Employees around todirect puzzled shoppers.

Large selection of cat food, and lots of supplies. I wish there were a slightly larger variety of "simple" toys like balls or springs, but there's a decent selection for cats perhaps less stubborn than mine.I usually switch between the PetSmart and the PetCo just around the corner, but find that PetSmart usually has the food I'm looking for more frequently in stock. Prices seem very comparable between the two places.

We took our puppy here for a haircut and I would highly recommend! Misty did a wonderful job and our pup came out so soft, fluffy and handsome. They give you a report as well that explains what they did and how your dog was. We’ll be coming back!

Grooming salon looked very clean. They were very busy on my visit. Must be good! PetSmart is my favorite destination for hard to find dog treats. Sometimes they're even on sale. I love the rewards programs. They make me feel valued.Never taken my fur babies to a Retail grooming salon before. The groomers there made me feel safe and reassured in their quality. The prices seemed very reasonable if the cut service is as great as their customer service.

Place should absolutely be shut down and has no business watching dogs in a pet hotel. 4 year old rottie onyx was left with a mauled hind leg after staying in the pet hotel with no answers. Pet smart won’t release video of what happened & will not help with vet bills. Absolutely pathetic corporation that does not care about your pets. Shop local
