The last two times I have scheduled grooming here, the company has canceled and not bothered to tell me. The first time, I learned that their groomer who handled large dogs was no longer available. Today, I went in and learned that the groomer that I had confirmed an appointment with three different times was in Buffalo for the day learning to style hair. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The experience was terrific. Dog looks great.. good connection to groomer. Ralphie is a reactive dog but he was fine leave us and his hair and nails look terrific

Nick did great! We’ve been here a few times and this is the first time my dogs nails were cut and buffed right. Usually they are jagged and I have to try to file them myself.

Normally when we bring our pet they take care of him well even with Matte and all he’s been there previously at least 5 times. This time around we had a groomer named Samantha P she seen our dog previous into booking the appnt and said she can be his groomer and scheduled the appnt and now the appnt date comes around she made it an issue saying he was too matted knowing the schedule is hard to book I believe because the appnt was a 5pm she just didn’t want to do the grooming.. I was upset I left work early just to make it the appnt just for Samantha to deny! Very disappointed

Dominique is a wonderful groomer and I felt really bad for her being alone to groom, answer the phone and check in and check out clients. She was so efficient and friendly under such pressure. I hope you reward her for outstanding performance and value her as a leader in your company.

Dominique was awesome! dropped off Cleo at 805 and I was picking her back up 30 min later, all clean smelling like a blueberry, nails but and buffed and teeth shiny. Every time I have been before the wait was always over an hour. I will request Dominique all the time

We found Petco to be very friendly and kind to our little dog. We use to go to another big chain store and they were always to busy and it was total chaos. We felt sorry for the other dogs at that store. Now we feel like we have found a nice quite home to have our dog taken care of. Thank you so much for your service.

The groomer was very knowledgeable, talked through everything very clearly (and went above and beyond to share knowledge from when she was a vet tech). She was very efficient with my girl who HATES nail trims! After struggling to find places in Rochester to bring my girl, this is our new spot!

I’ve always had good grooming with my dogs at Petco. The only thing I would recommend is that when they clip the nails that they also use a quick file on them. But his nails were clipped but still very sharp and scratched easily.

The team was at the front desk and ready to go when I arrived with Osa. They asked a few questions about Osa and were very friendly. I think this was the best cut Osa has had! They did a great job!

Nice work, but the stylist needed to cut all areas as requested, not sure if nails were trimmed or if dog was expressed as part of grooming costs, need explanations.

They made my maltese look like edward scissor hands.. cuts on his belly, chopped hair long in spots short in spots. I literally coukd have done a better job at home. Left knots and clumps all over. Id NEVER recommend this service

I took my puppy in to get nails done. The groomer had very little experience with bigger dogs. She tried for 2 mins than gave up. My advice bring your dog to someone who knows what they are doing. It was a total waste of time going.
