Great selection of pet care supplies and foods, very small selection of pets. Lots of fish, but not very well cared for tanks. Knowledgeable staff and clean store. Well stocked and well organized. Would shop there again. 🙂

My go-to for local purchases remains Petco. Although a smaller store, their fish tanks always seem to be cared for, and they definitely have better customer service than the bigger chains. I have dogs, parrots, and fish, so my purchases are a wide range of products. I would definitely be negatively impacted if they went out of business, so I do try to support them despite Amazon and Chewy.

Went to first dog class. Other dog was too reactive to stay, no other dogs in class. I’d have preferred some more socialization. The trainer was very nice and knowledgeable, but gave us no homework for the week so I’m kind of floundering on what to work on still.

I showed up there with my dog for a nail trim, they open at 10am Sundays. 10:03...the front door was still locked, I had to call and ask them to let me in. The manager who opened the door was rude and said "we were busy doing stuff "I go to the groomer and there's another poor dog in there getting a nail trim, getting his legs pulled and screaming bloody murder. I never heard a dog scream like that before. The guy back there grooming the dogs kept saying that the dog was crazy but he had no clue what he was doing and he had NO BUSINESS trimming that poor dog's nails. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THERE and if you love your pets, you shouldn't either.

From the moment we walked in the door to the minute we walked out the door we had amazing customer service! We were greeted by Wendy who was very helpful and she even offered to walk around the store with us to help us get all of the necessary items we needed for our new puppy. Then we ran Into the dog trainer Rachel who was also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! We also go to visit the grooming salon inside where we were able to get some background on grooming and puppy shampoos. I am very pleased and they made our shopping experience much more fun and relaxing! Thank you ladies for a great shopping experience!

I would not shop here again. Prices seem higher that the Greece Petco and they don't carry a lot of needed items like the Greece store does. Either go to Petsmart, which I highly recommend, or the Petco in Greece.

We went in to buy some fish and the tanks were sad. Dirty, algae covered, and my son kept pointing out the dead fish. There was one staff member there scooping dead fish who ignored us until we asked for help. He was good for helping us get the fish but we couldn't help but notice how much filth came up. Poor selection of dog toys and the treats were way overpriced.

We love coming here! They have everything I've ever needed for my pets. They have food, toys, grooming, cages, live animals, and MORE. I really like their chinchilla food and treat selection. The dog treats are fairly priced and keep our dog occupied for hours. They have days where you can adopt cats and dogs that visit from local shelters. They also have fish, spiders, lizards, birds, ferrets, and other small animals as well. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Had amazing experience with Rachel training and Jordyn grooming my Shiba Inu. It was my third try grooming my 6 mo Shiba and I was almost losing hope. Jordyn was ready for her and tried her best. She definitely has a new loyal customer!

Went in for a beta filter, was on sale online. Had the ad open so I could make sure I got the correct product... not so much for the sale as the actual need for specific item. Item was not on sale in store, but the cashier noticed my phone with ad and gave us the sale price w/o issue. It was not requested nor expected but definitely appreciated!

I took my small dog to get a bath and nail trim service at this particular location. I will never go back. Every employee I encountered was passively rude, I was charged an “additional materials fee” for I have no idea what because the woman that took care of my dog was trying to tell me that she could only cut one of my dogs paws and that I would need to go to the vet for the rest of them (I have always gone to the ridge location and NEVER had that issue) she didn’t give him the cologne thing or the little neck tie around thing which I don’t really care about but if he didn’t even get that then why are they charging me for additional materials??? And the women that did my check out barely said a single word to me to the point where I had no idea what the total was when I was paying or that she was ready for my card. The whole experience was disappointing and I will not be taking my dog back there ever again. Also the place was FILTHY!!!!!!

The best prices and selection for my chinchilla buddy Cheeko. He loves their dandelion treats and begs for them every morning. The workers here are pretty awesome too! They are helpful and knowledgeable. This is the only place I go for all my chinchilla needs. It's honestly hard to find someone that can match their selection. Let alone their prices.

It's PetCo..... you know your average billion dollar company. It's clean. They normally have what I'm looking for. Sometimes the prices are a little higher then others but it's nice to grabe all I need for the dog/cat/fish&rabbit all at one place.

Normally go to different location.. but man say away from Megan at this location. She’s terribly rude and has no customer service skills.. get there to pickup online order and it’s for 4 items of the same item. She gives me one and I say it’s supposed to be 4.. she proceeds to just tell me “maybe we didn’t have enough” and just walks away and leaves me standing there. I go check and they had plenty. Other employee who helped me after just said “I’m sorry Megan’s in a mood today” someone like her shouldn’t even be in customer service.

I drove over 40 minutes to get there to be turned away from getting both my dogs a bath bc no where on your website stated wouldn’t be able to give them a bath bc they got microchipped & rabies even tho their vet said it would be okay I couldn’t find their current paperwork so I ran & got them new ones I wanted their baths bc I got pictures with my daughter & the dogs tonight & now I can’t get them

I had to return an item that I bought online that came broken. I was only refunded for the item but not the tax or shipping. I got penalized because you guys sent me broken goods. I won’t be buying from you again.

Don't go here if you have a happy and vocal dog when excited. I want to get my dogs nail and teeth clean but was turned away. You could clearly see that the person with full black sleeve tattoo was afraid to assist my large dog.

I PCS to Rochester recently and been picking up food from this location ever since. I ordered a bag of food for my working dog and found out it’s been expired, call and talked to the manager Victoria and I stopped by today 08/15/22 to exchange for a new bag. Can not find the same bag of food in shell and I returned back to the front line and ask for help to see if they have anything in the back. Cashier today is Megan,there was no one in the line waiting to cash out, she have some attitudes while I asked for help. After we returned, there was a line like 6 to 8 people, she took that out on me! Would not do an exchange for me and I just waited and waited, I finally said that hello I am here, she said , don’t you see there is a line?! I do see there is a line but I’ve been waiting too! She turned to my husband and said: is any of you gonna wait in that line or should I keep cashing out other people?I went to some places and see some people, but this kind of attitude I really never seen it anywhere else, not sure what happen to some young people nowadays, I hope Megan find her peace someday.
